My work concern with about application renewability sources of power and economical contribution. The first part contain present situation of power system in Slovakia, installed capacity, producing of electric power, power supply and distribution. The second part concern with power effects enviroment. In next part compose ability of using renewability sources of power in Slovakia, possibility of using biomass, sun, water, wind and geothermal power. The last part deal with economical contribution of renewability sources.

The use of soft computing as support for business decision-making

The presented dissertation deals with the problem of deploying the charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in the Czech Republic. The core of the thesis is a mathematical optimization model, which is implemented in the language of MATLAB computing software. The model consists of several sub-units representing separate models of studied sub-problems. The individual chapters of the work describe successively these sub models. The sub models are: demand model of the charging service, model of charging supply, charging simulator model, optimization model and its resolving optimization method. The optimization model is accelerated by parallelization on the graphics card. The optimization method is designed as a case-specific implementation of genetic algorithms on a population of tree-structured individuals. The final chapter deals with an economic aspect of the problem under consideration, the implications of the findings and the role that the optimization model plays in the context under consideration. The main benefit of the work lies in the formulation of the problem as a mathematical model, the accompanying analyses and the provided justifications. Any user with updated data can then use this work along with the attached scripts to find answers to questions about the relationship between electromobility and the charging infrastructure.

Cross-border coopertion of the Moravian-Silesian Region

The topic of this diploma thesis is cross-border cooperation of the Moravian-Silesian region. It contains a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on regional development and regional policy, including the financing of development strategies. Furthermore, it covers the topic of cross-border cooperation and the characteristics of the Moravian-Silesian region. The practical part is focused on the investment project Hraniční vrch Lookout Tower located in the town of Albrechtice. This project was created in the framework of cross-border cooperation with Poland. Using the knowledge from the theoretical part, the outcome is processed as the evaluation of the impact of cross-border cooperation project on the development of the region in relation to tourism.

Analysis of Economic Indicators Using Statistical Methods

The goal of my bachelor’s thesis is to valorize economic situation and to predict future development of economic indicators using Statistics. This thesis has two main parts – theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part discusses about methods of financial analysis and principles of time series in statistics. In practical part I will analyze current economic situation and I will try to predict future development. And at the end of the thesis I will try to determine suggestions for improving the deficiency.

Logistický informačný systém v prepravnej spoločnosti Packeta Slovakia s.r.o.

Currently, logistics is considered one of the most dynamically developing industries. The aim of the thesis is to describe and evaluate the logistics information system in the transport company Packeta and to point out the importance of new communication possibilities and trends with the use of software tools for support in the future. The thesis will be divided into two parts. The first part of the thesis will contain the theoretical basis of the issue, such as defining concepts in the field of logistics and transportation, online marketing communication, and the principles of logistics information systems (telematic approach). The second, practical part of the work will focus on the characteristics of the digital e-commerce platform of the company Packeta, on the current information support of its activities, and ways of marketing communication with customers using software tools. In the final part, innovative recommendations and proposals will be formulated, their optimization, through which the transport company Packeta will provide a quality information and communication tool to support planning and decision-making processes to meet the needs of customers.

The possibility of using law & economics as a tool for application and interpretation in the field of right to privacy and personality rights Abstract This thesis is focused on the area of economic analysis of law (law & economics) and it is based on an assumption that law & economics is a suitable addition to other methods of interpretation, especially as a part of purposive interpretation. We apply economic analysis to the field of privacy and personality rights, especially intrusion into privacy by libel, or slander. In other words, we use law & economics to help solve conflict between privacy rights and free speech rights. The thesis has six main parts. In introduction (part 1) we discuss reasons for the choice of this topic and formulate hypothesis, which is: (i) that law & economics can help distinguish which situations are covered by privacy rights protections, (ii) that using law & economics one can valuate privacy and therefore estimate damages for infringement of privacy rights and (iii) law & economics is capable of estimating pecuniary damages for infringement of personality rights. Their main task is to ensure the payment of health services in the form of health insurance. The objective of the work was to analyze the development of health insurance companies in the Czech Republic with a focus on the costs of medicinal products (MP) and medical devices (MD) dispensed on medical prescription in the years 2018-2020. Methodology: Data on health insurance companies' economy were obtained from the annual reports for the years 2018-2020, which health insurance companies publish on their websites. Data on the total costs of selected health services related to prescription of MP and MD and expenses for MP and MD dispensed on prescription issued by health service providers were processed. For the possibility of comparison, the data were converted to one insured person. Amatrya Sen - and New Economic Thought of Our Time

The thesis is dealing with a complex content of tasks and work created by Amartya Kumar Sen, Indian economist, holder of the Nobel prize in 1998. In the first part, his personal, professional life and career is outlined. This should be an attempt to introduce into significant approach, essential concepts of his work in particular publications, that are fundamental for this recognition. Each publication has been selected according to the contribution to the global issues. At the same time figures cooperating or influencing and bacis economic theories specific for his work are being presented. Second part is devoted to the questions of poverty, famines and equality in the world, which is influenced by the economical behaviour. The purpose it to draw attention to importace and to inform about the status typical for this period. The section of the thesis are translations of English text as well. The reason for the publication is the lack of transalted works into Czech and to refer to critical thinking of Amartya Sen and his connection with democracy and human values.
