The Issue of Childcare in a Home Environment in a State of Emergency
CVRČKOVÁ, Zlata
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of care for children in the home environment in an emergency state. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out how the closure of schools due to the state of emergency affected parents in the work sphere and in society. In the theoretical part, there are four chapters that define the period of younger school age, Covid-19, state of emergency and distance learning. The practical part is developed using a quantitative research strategy using the questionnaire survey method. The respondents were parents of children who were aged 6 to 12 in the 2020/2021 school year and participated in distance learning during the closure of schools due to the spread of Covid-19. A total of 77 respondents participated in the survey. The data obtained by means of the questionnaire survey were then processed in Microsoft Excel. The results of the research showed that parents who did not have the opportunity and their jobs did not allow working from home during the pandemic could hardly cope with the combination of childcare and work responsibilities and had to use the help of other family members and friends. On the other hand, for parents who had this opportunity, the combination of work and child care was a little easier. The bachelor thesis can serve as a feedback for social workers with families with children, but also for teachers on how home schooling and child care affected parents during the state of emergency.
Distance teaching of informatics at specialized high schools
BOBER, Patrik
This bachelor thesis deals with the mapping of distance learning in se-condary schools specializing in information technology and ICT. I conducted eight semi-structured in-depth interviews with selected IT teachers. I selected these teachers based on a Google search of suitable schools across the country. In addition, to triangulate the collected data, I conducted interviews with students who were students of these teachers at the time of the research. During the interviews, I was interested in how distance learning was conducted from the teachers' perspectives, as well as what methods were used in the course. I was also interested in what online tools the interviewees used in their teaching. I also explained the scope and methods of synchronous and asynchronous teaching and I also indicate how the objectives and methods in question changed as a result of distance teaching. I also focused on the effectiveness of distance lear-ning versus face-to-face instruction and the barriers to effective distance learning. As part of this, I also investigated the positives and negatives of distance learning. Lastly, I was interested in the impact that the respon-dents' experience of distance learning had on the future of face-to-face teaching of information technology and ICT. In the theoretical part I describe the teaching methods used in teaching informatics and ICT.

Difficulties of pupils and teachers in the period of compulsory distance education
Bartoušková, Veronika ; Syřiště, Ivo (advisor) ; Kovaříková, Miroslava (referee)
This thesis presents the experiences, insights and experiences of participants in online and offline distance education in a selected primary school during the covid-19 pandemic. The thesis focuses on the educational and hidden difficulties of students and teachers in one primary school, coming as a result of the transition of full-time study to distance or irregular hybrid learning, but also focuses on the pedagogical activities of teachers under the influence of online learning. For schools and especially for their teachers in the era of mandated distance education, it was necessary to change their ways of working, to choose methods and forms not used so far, to adapt didactics to the virtual socio-space and to significantly change the existing pedagogical communication, ways of self-reflection and evaluation of students' activities. The aim of the work is to search and record knowledge and information from educational actors about the impact of online distance learning, to analyze and compare these findings and to elaborate an overview of possible learning difficulties and their impact on further education.
