Tato diplomová práce předkládá zkušenosti, poznatky a prožitky účastníků distančního vzdělávání online i offline formou, a to ve vybrané základní škole v době pandemie covid-19. Práce se zaměřuje na vzdělávací a skryté obtíže žáků a pedagogů jedné základní školy, přicházející v důsledku přechodu z prezenčního studia na distanční nebo nepravidelnou hybridní výuku, ale je také zaměřena na pedagogickou činnost učitelů pod vlivem online výuky. Pro školy a zejména pro jejich učitele v době nařízené distanční výuky bylo nutné změnit způsob práce, zvolit doposud nepoužívané metody a formy, přizpůsobit didaktiku virtuálnímu socioprostoru a výrazně změnit stávající pedagogickou komunikaci, způsoby sebereflexe a hodnocení činností žáků. Cílem práce je vyhledat a zaznamenat poznatky a informace od aktérů vzdělávání o dopadu distanční výuky online formou, tyto poznatky analyzovat, komparovat a zpracovat přehled možných výukových obtíží a jejich vliv na další vzdělávání. Empirická část práce předkládá kvalitativní výzkum a popis zkušeností žáků a pedagogů jedné základní školy v důsledku dopadu distanční výuky online formou. Výsledky výzkumné studie jsou zpracovány na základě sběru, kategorizace a analýzy dat, jejichž zdrojem jsou nestrukturované rozhovory s učiteli a žáky. Poznatky a prožitky oslovených... This thesis presents the experiences, insights and experiences of participants in online and offline distance education in a selected primary school during the covid-19 pandemic. The thesis focuses on the educational and hidden difficulties of students and teachers in one primary school, coming as a result of the transition of full-time study to distance or irregular hybrid learning, but also focuses on the pedagogical activities of teachers under the influence of online learning. For schools and especially for their teachers in the era of mandated distance education, it was necessary to change their ways of working, to choose methods and forms not used so far, to adapt didactics to the virtual socio-space and to significantly change the existing pedagogical communication, ways of self-reflection and evaluation of students' activities. The aim of the work is to search and record knowledge and information from educational actors about the impact of online distance learning, to analyze and compare these findings and to elaborate an overview of possible learning difficulties and their impact on further education.
