Proposal for the effectiveness of work in the organization culture

This bachelor thesis describes problems of development and pottering of organization culture in IVes, spol. s r.o. This work is based on assigned hypothesis of particular problems that relate to the organization culture. A description of activities of the company is included. In this essay an actual quality of the organization culture will be researched. The results of the survey will form suggestions, that will lead to raising efficiency and quality of work in the company.

Center of water skiing Soběslav

The thesis is focused of proposal and procesing of project documentation Center for waterskiing. The proposed object is located in the western part of the town Soběslav, in the locality aimed at sports activities. The building is created of facilities for summer sports, especially water skiing and wakeboarding. Further there will be built a playground for ball sports and track on roller skates. This is a three-storey no with a cellar object with a flat roof. The object is based on the foundation reinforced concrete pads a strips. The first floor is bricked of permanent formwork and partly of cast in place structure. The second and third floors is designed of clay blocks POROTHERM. This masonry is insulated with the aid of external contact thermal insulation. In the western part of the building is designed ventilated facade. The floor structures is designed from prestressed reinforced concrete panel SPIROLL and partly from reinforced concrete slabs. The object is divided into several operating units. They are the gym and its facilities, restaurant with kitchen, facilities for employees and the necessary storerooms, coffeehouse, shop with sporting equipment, rental equipment for water skiing and a dressing room serving the outdoor sports. The essential part of the second floor is comprised outdoor terrace. From this terrace is allowed entry to the coffeehouse, restaurants, shops and on the main staircase.

Two-stroke Engine Pre-ignition Controller with Microcontroller

This paper deals with the problem of two-stroke engine pre-ignition controller with the use of microcontroller for single-cylinder engine and double-cylinder engine. The mechanical design is drawn for motorcycles JAWA and ČZ and for engines of the same mechanical type. The establishment uses non-contact status analysis of engine with non-electric sensor. The very important thing for the design is the simplicity of the establishment. The other important thing is the minimisation of mechanical arrangement of engine and the vehicle as a whole. The importance of this establishment is non-contact switching and the possibility of changing pre-ignition maps depending on the number of rotations per minute, the temperature and the load of the engine.

This master’s thesis gives a development proposal for XYZ, s.r.o. The line of business of this firm is mainly a passenger transportation service by client’s own vehicle. The thesis contains a theoretical review of running a small business, providing a customer service and making a business plan. The development proposal itself provides a highly professional analysis of up to date status of the firm and gives a specific business development programme for the company. Implementation of the proposal will ensure a future growth and also the firm’s profit will increase.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is „Evaluation of the efficiency of the company using financial analysis tools“. This bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of the financial situation of the company TOS Znojmo a.s., which is focused on development, production and sale of transmission equipment. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on principles financial analysis and its use in practice. In the second part is made an analysis of the chosen company and in the third part there will be determined measures and proposals for improvement of financial situation based on the results of financial analysis.

Proposal of the Communication Mix of the Selected Company

The goal of the thesis is, based on analysis of the current state of the communication mix of selected company, to propose specific measures, which will lead to their improvement. This thesis is divided into three parts – theoretical, analytical and propositional. The theoretical part is dealing with defining theoretical background which serves as the basis for the development of analytical and propositional part. In the second part is introduced the selected company and are performed the analysis of current state of the communication mix. Results of these analyses are used in the third part of the thesis, which describes the measures to improve the current communication mix of the company.

The acquisition and operating costs (efficiency) of different types of HV lines

The master´s thesis deals with the evaluation of the efficiency of investment of various types of high voltage lines in terms of capital expenditures and operating expenses. The thesis describes the issue of the regulated environment in the field of electricity, the analysis of the pricing for ensuring the distribution of electricity and the analysis of the capital expenditures and operating expenses of the authorized returns of the distribution company operator. Subsequently, an analysis of the capital expenditures and operating expenses of the overhead and cable lines is processed. The particular components of the operating costs are determined either by annual energy loss per unit of length, an annual hourly labor demand, or an annual cost per unit of length. Another point is the evaluation of the investment efficiency for two different model lines, evaluation of capital expenditures and operating expenses, allowed investment returns and economic evaluation. The conclusion of this pursuit is the comparison of both types of lines, both with the view of capital expenditures and operating expenses, as well as with the view of economic appreciation.

Multifunctional Building

The aim of this diploma thesis is to elaborate a project documentation for a construction of a polyfunctional house in Trebic. The emphasis is placed on a procedure respecting valid standards and prescripts. The object is designed as a four-floor building without basement, the ground floor serving as a location for services (florist’s, hairdresser’s and a café) and technical facilities of the object. The remaining three floors contain 11 apartments. The house is built using the Heluz brick system, and has a flat, single-skin roof.
