Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem strategie rozvoje rodinného podniku Víno Pokorný. V první části této diplomové práce jsou definovány teoretické pojmy potřebné ke zvládnutí této problematiky. V druhé části je obsažena analýza současného stavu rodinného podniku Víno Pokorný a v poslední části této práce jsou prezentovány návrhy strategie rozvoje rodinného podniku, vycházející z provedené analýzy současného stavu podniku. This diploma thesis deals with a development stratégy design for family business Víno Pokorný. The first part of this thesis defines the theoretical concepts needed to be dealt with in respect of this issue. Part two contains a current state analysis of family business Víno Pokorný and the last part of this thesis presents development stratégy plans for the family business, based on the business current state analysis.
