Markvartice during 20. century

The goal of this paper is to assess the impact historical events of the 20th century had on the town of Markvartice. The paper documents chronologically the historical evolution of the town in reaction to significant political, economic and social changes. It aims to show how important historical events influenced the life of a small town in the Vysocina region. It describes life in the town through both World Wars, the golden era of the First Republic, the 40 years of communist rule and gradual social reforms in the 1990's. The history of the town is set in the context of the historical evolution of the entire region and with a focus on testimonials of survivors. The paper also shed light on the destiny of the Premonstrate monastery in Nova Rise. This was monastery was charged with maintaining the town's spiritual well being and hence its tribulations also influenced life in the town. Sport club HC Sparta Prague development prognoses

Title: Sport club HC Sparta Prague development prognoses Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor's thesis is to propose and draw up 3 possible prognoses of HC Sparta Prague financial situation development based on financial analysis of past years. Methods: In the first phase of the thesis a financial analysis from past 8 years is drawn up. The data required for the aforesaid analysis are gained from the analysis of the balance sheet, profit and loss account and financial ratios. The third phase deals with reconstruction of Taffler model for predicting bankruptcy. Based on the results of the financial analysis, 3 prognosis, namely optimistic, pessimistic and realistic are drawn up. The prognoses are drawn up using and taking into consideration the past development of profits and loss figures, as well as net income up to/till 2020. Modelling of the prognoses is carried out with the use of Forecast function in MS Excel. Results: The compared results of financial analysis and sports achievements have shown that the HC Sparta Prague financial situation develops depending on sports achievements of the extraleague team. System of Teachers Evaluation at FTVS UK

Title: System of Teachers Evaluation at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, UK Objectives: The goal is to identify the functionality of the evaluation system at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport. Based on the information, the thesis should develop an evaluation system and its application in practice. The first part of the evaluation system is focused on the evaluation of the boss-subordinate relationship. The second part focuses on the creation and application of the evaluation questionnaire. Methods: In this thesis I used the method of interviews. Guided interviews I led with the managers of departments. I also used an evaluation questionnaire at the treatment I have used the frequency and the percentage frequency of responses. For graphical illustration I used the pie and bar charts. Results: I discovered that on our faculty is not introduced any evaluation system, in which are university teachers periodically evaluated by their boss. The university teachers are evaluated only on the base of salary tables. Teachers are not evaluated by students, which is contrary to the Order of evaluation of teaching by students at Charles University in 2001. The History of a Parish Stará Říše in the First Half of 20th Century

This thesis describes the transformation of a parish life in Stará Říše in the context of historical events of the first half of the 20th century. This historical period represents the parish at the beginning of the new millennium, in the reflection of the first world war, a more peaceful period of the First Republic, then the 2nd World War and finally shows the changes brought by the new politico-economic structure of society. This thesis also focuses on the development of the parish under the patronage of the nearby Premonstratensian monastery in Nová Říše, under whose administration the parish always historically belonged. Finally, the attention is paid to the personality of Josef Florian, who is widely known for his publishing activities. His Publisher attracted many artists and writers into Stará Říše, on the other hand, his point of views became a source of disagreement between him, local people and monastery.

Advertising campaign of the event Týden hokeje on Facebook

Title: Advertising campaign of the event Týden hokeje on Facebook Purpose: The main objective of this thesis is to prepare, implement and analyze the results of the Facebook advertising campaign for the event Týden hokeje, which is a part of the four-year project of the Czech Ice Hockey Association called Pojď hrát hokej. Methods: Methods in this thesis relate to two areas: advertising on social network called Facebook and qualitative research. Due to the specifics of Facebook advertisements this thesis also provides instructions for creating an advertising campaign on this network using the tools of Power Editor software. Efficiency metrics provided by Power Editor were used to evaluate the campaign on the grounds of given research queries, whereas Microsoft Excel was used to process the data of the metrics. In order to summarize all channels of marketing communication of the project and to incorporate the Facebook campaign into their enumeration, a qualitative research in the form of an informal interview with the project manager was carried out. Results: As a result, this thesis brings a stepping stone for creating Facebook advertising campaigns connected with further promotion of the event Týden hokeje. Poetic experience of Vysočina

A number of renown poets and writers were born in the Czech Vysocina area and continued to return there throughout their lives. This thesis aims to compare the works of four Czech poets which feature reflections of the Vysocina region. In his collection of poems "Greetings to the sun", Jan Zahradnicek focuses on the sun as it shines upon the region and assists local inhabitants in their work. In his lyrical prose "I shall return there..." Frantisek Halas reveals incredible nature scenery as he introduces seasonal changes in the region. In Bohuslav Reynek's collection of works named "The sawing of loneliness" the region becomes the setting of the poet's conversation with God. In his collection of works titled "Springs opening" Miloslav Bures portrayed the annual tradition which every year renewed man's relationship with life giving nature.
