Design of lathe

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is a design of a turning machine. The first part of this thesis includes brief overview of turning machines and their main parts used nowadays. The second part includes the choice of basic technical parameters, necessary calculations and structural solution. 3D model of lathe made in SolidWorks 2012 Premium, assembly drawing and parts list are included.
Method proposal and evaluation of circular accuracy tests of large machine tools with mobile measurement devices

Diploma thesis offers a new approach to the measuring of circular interpolation applicable for measurement of large machine tools. In the thesis is proposed mathematical procedure of evaluation of this method, together with filtration of outlier measurements. Furthermore, there are designed and performed two experiments and in the conclusion of the thesis is composed methodology of measuring, which is using the proposed methodology of evaluation.
Daily Liquid Consumption among School-age Children

When studying the literature related to drinking regime , I found a series of lofty introductory sentences . They point out that life emerged from water , and that the human body is liquid consisting of approximately sixty percent. Already for these facts is obvious as sufficient fluid intake for the preservation of human life and health is important. Unfortunately, nowadays life goes faster and the large number of us do not have time to eat healthy and think adequate and regular payment of loss of fluids . In the children's body contained more fluid than the percentage in the body adult Moreover, children are given the greater weight of the body surface and the fluid are so relatively more are lost by evaporation. Daily turnover in the adult human consists of 6 % in Newborn 15% of the total volume of fluid in the body. The feeling of thirst in children weaker than adults. These are all reasons why we the drinking regime had children increasingly observed. The choice of this topic for the subject of the thesis led me was his importance in relation to human health.
Food consumphon and lifestyle of students of the 3rd Faculty of Medicine Charles University

Importance of good nutrition and eating habits is indisputable. Role of physicians as public awareness of factors to ensure proper nutrition is obvious. In terms of prevention of diseases associated with poor nutrition is necessary to take into account especially these postulates and abide by them. These are mainly adjusting energy intake dose, reduce fat intake, lower cholesterol intake, reduce consumption of simple sugar, table salt, increasing the intake of vitamin C and other protective substances increase fiber intake, increase consumption of vegetables, legumes and products cereal with a higher proportion of whole grains, increase fish consumption reduction consumption of animal foods with high fat, reduce the consumption of eggs ensure proper drinking regime, moderate consumption of alcohol products. Furthermore, it is necessary to focus on changes in technology and culinary in food production. Prevention of Osteoporosis

This work is concerned about osteoporosis. In the first part is decribed anatomy and physiology of the bone and prevention and treatment of osteoporosis among women as well as men. In the second part are presented the results of my questionnaire study, which deals with risk factors of osteoporosis in women older than 45 years. The results of this research are that at least one risk factor is present in 68% of women. And number of risk factors increases with increasing age. Among the most frequent risk factors belong: lack of physical activity, family history of fracture and premature climax. Further, risk of fracture is increased in women with increaced number of risk factors.
Content of macronutrients and salt in the nutrition of toddlers

The present diploma thesis is engaged in the content of macronutrients and salt in the diet of toddlers. The theoretical part examines the characteristics of the toddler age, delineating the physiological and psychosocial development of toddlers. In addition, the theoretical part analyses in detail the individual components of a healthy diet, fluid intake and technological procedures of meal preparation. The theoretical part further provides the characterization of correct and incorrect eating habits. The objective of the research part is to determine the knowledge level of parents with respect to a healthy diet of toddlers; another objective is to ascertain the intake of macronutrients and salt on individual days and a four-day average, based on the programme Nutriservis Professional. The third objective is to compare results relating the intake of macronutrients and salt with DACH recommendations, binding in the Czech Republic. On the basis of the evaluation of our results, as the fourth objective, recommendations for parents as to the diet of toddlers will be prepared. Vegetarian food - forms, roots, significance

Bakalářská práce uvádí jednotlivé formy vegetariánství, odhaluje kořeny a motivace a vyhodnocuje význam. I přes to, že je práce pouze teoretická, přinesla určité výsledky. Vegetariáni mají úplně jiný přístup k životu, jejich myšlení je mnohem složitější. Nejedná se pouze o redukci potravin živočišného původu z jídelníčku, ale o životní styl, určitou životní filosofii. Motivace k vynechání masa ze stravy nemusí být vždy pouze jedna, často se jedná o kombinaci několika důvodů. V poslední době má velký význam motivace zdravotní, ale mnoho vegetariánů uvádí také důvody etické nebo náboženské. Vegetariáni udržují celkově zdravější životní styl. Velká část nepije alkohol, nekouří cigarety, jsou fyzicky aktivnější, rozvíjejí se i po duchovní stránce, meditují a relaxují. Většina vegetariánů odmítá výrobky z kůže - opasky, boty, nesouhlasí s testováním kosmetických výrobků a léků na zvířatech. Preferují ekologicky šetrné výrobky, či biopotraviny. Opakované studie potvrzují, že vegetariánství je zdravý životní styl. Tato bakalářská práce může pomoci těm, kteří hledají odpovědi na svoje otázky. Je každého soukromá věc, do jaké míry přemýšlí nad tím, jak vegetariánství může pozitivně ovlivnit život lidí, jejich společné soužití a vztah k okolnímu světu. A je na zamyšlení a vytvoření si vlastních postojů na každém z nás.
Nutritional knowledge of high school students

Nutrition is one of factor which can positively or negatively impact on human health. Because of that it's necessary to get right eating habbits and to have right information about nutritioning which is good for human health. This habits has to be aquired in childhood.Main focus of this study was to find out how well are educated students on secondary schools and compare their knowledge about nutrition. Theoretical part of study describes how should right nutrition for childs and youths look like. It informs about creation of right eating habbits and takes look over influence of family and all kinds of advertisement.on childs and youths choices of food and drinks. Level of knowledge about nutrition is gathered by simple questionaries. This questionaries are analysed in practical part of this study. In first part are compared boys between girls from grammar schools in city Nový Jičín. 101 people were questioned in total. Second part - practical compares level of knowledge between students from czech region and moravian region Form gathered data we can see that, knowledge about nutrition of moravian region students was found quite good. In the Czech Republic, but also in the world , is well-known and widespread saying that consumption of fish , fish and fish products for human body healthy. In the Czech Republic, but not consumption of fish and fish products very extended and consuming very lagging . Primarily, we should think about the importance and increasing fish consumption among children , pregnant women and in the elderly . Few people realize what lies beneath onou sentence " is healthy " . Since i I'm interested in a nutrition, good eating habits and everything that could man do to live a little bit healthier life , I chose this work and in the preparation of this topic I've answered the question - " A So what is healthy . " Worth mentioning the fact that in recent times to multiply the opinion that fish Meat is not entirely harmless and beneficial only . I, too, when treatment of this topic came across a chapter concerning possible hazards arising from the consumption of fish and fish meat . In conclusion but I must say that although there is some doubt about the benefit or disadvantage consumption of fish and fish products , always dominated by positive Ratings and always indicates that clear recommendations that consumption fish and fish products should increase , and in our circumstances to double
