Individualization Approaches in Kindergarten

(in English): The diploma thesis entitled "Individualization approaches in kindergarten" deals with the individualized education of preschool children in kindergartens. The thesis deals with the study of ways of individualization approaches through observation, analysis of documents and structured interviews with teachers of a selected kindergarten. The theoretical part of the case study defines the basic concepts related to the concept of individualization and provides a broader view of individualization and its possible strategies in the kindergarten environment. The aim is to find out and describe what ways of individualization principles are used and how they are implemented in a regular kindergarten. The work focuses on the different approaches that the teacher looks for concerning respecting each child's the individual needs, abilities and interests. It focuses on the conditions that need to be created for this form of education. The first part of the work introduces the basic concepts, brings a theoretical outline of concepts that affect individualized education and are related to the ways of individualized work. The objective is to compare the life stories (related to nursing) of Mary Seacole, Florence Nightingale, and Nicolay Ivanovitch Pirogov. The dissertation is composed as a historically comparative and qualitative research.
Attitude of Trained Nurse Towards a Possibility of Academic Study

The diploma work deals with an attitude of trained nurses to a current possibility of studying nursing care at university and gaining graduation degree from a university. The main aim of the diploma work is to find out a current attitude of trained nurses towards academic study of nursing care and to survey readiness of nurses to study at a college. Another aim is to evaluate extension of support for academic study of ward nursing staff of the part of ward and head nurses. The work is conceived as theoretic-practical. In the theoretic part I summarized the initial state of nurse education up to the current transformation nursing care educational system in our country. The other part is exploring. I compare the attitude of trained nurses from general and teaching hospitals towards a possibility of gaining graduation.degree from university. Concurrently I want to show the point of view of head and ward nurses from teaching and general hospitals of academic education of the nursing staff. Female education in the Czech countries in the 19th century and the break of 19th and 20th century

One of the key elements of the emancipation process of Bohemian women in 19th century was the beginning of girl's education. It represented an important role in the development of the society those days and helped to change the acceptance of the social role of women and girls. Graduation theses is focused on the development of girl's education at the 19th century and at the beginning of the 20th century. Its aim is to cover the beginning of all types of secondary and technical schools and their specifics. Attention is also focused on beginnings of women's college education. Thesis is divided into four thematically different chapters. First one brings brief information about the emancipation process in the historical circumstances of the 19th century. Second chapter describes education of girls in the first half of the 19th century. Following chapter evaluates the development of the girl's education in the second half of the 19th century and contains a lot of information from this period. It brings information about Higher girl's school in Prague, educational activities of the women's clubs and also the foundation of the first Bohemian Grammar school in Prague.
