Jedním z klíčových prvků emancipačního procesu českých žen v 19. století byly počátky dívčího vzdělávání. Ty zastávaly ve vývoji tehdejší společnosti nezastupitelnou roli a přestavovaly výrazný posun kupředu ve vnímání sociálního postavení žen a dívek. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vývoj vyššího dívčího školství v 19. století a na počátku 20. století. Klade si za úkol postihnout vznik jednotlivých typů středních a odborných dívčích škol a jejich specifik. Pozornost je též věnována počátkům ženského vysokoškolského studia. Text práce je rozdělen do čtyř tématicky odlišných kapitol. První část podává stručné informace o emancipačním procesu a historických souvislostech 19. století. Druhá kapitola pojednává o vzdělávání dívek v 1. polovině 19. století. Třetí část textu si všímá vývoje dívčího vzdělávání ve 2. polovině 19. století. Obsahově se jeví poměrně bohatá. Předkládá informace o Vyšší dívčí škole v Praze, o vzdělávacích činnostech ženských spolků a také o vzniku prvního českého gymnázia v Praze. Poslední kapitola zaměřuje pozornost na prvních 20 let 20. století a pojednává o vysokoškolském studiu žen, dívčích lyceích a odborných školách, jež připravovaly na určité povolání. Mezi odborné školy připravující k povolání patřily průmyslové, kuchařské a hospodyňské školy. Diplomová práce je koncipována jako... One of the key elements of the emancipation process of Bohemian women in 19th century was the beginning of girl's education. It represented an important role in the development of the society those days and helped to change the acceptance of the social role of women and girls. Graduation theses is focused on the development of girl's education at the 19th century and at the beginning of the 20th century. Its aim is to cover the beginning of all types of secondary and technical schools and their specifics. Attention is also focused on beginnings of women's college education. Thesis is divided into four thematically different chapters. First one brings brief information about the emancipation process in the historical circumstances of the 19th century. Second chapter describes education of girls in the first half of the 19th century. Following chapter evaluates the development of the girl's education in the second half of the 19th century and contains a lot of information from this period. It brings information about Higher girl's school in Prague, educational activities of the women's clubs and also the foundation of the first Bohemian Grammar school in Prague. Last chapter is focused on situation at the 20th century until 1920 and reports about college education of women, girl's lyceums and technical...
