Kafková, Pavla ; Urban, Kamila (advisor) ; Popper, Miroslav (referee)
The present study examined the relationship between creative self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation, and creative performance in the population of Czech university students. Creativity is currently an increasingly valued skill and if we want to develop and use creativity effectively, whether in ourselves or in others, we need to know its wider context - what creativity is, how and under what circumstances it manifests itself, and what other factors influence creative performance. Previous studies have pointed to the existence of positive correlations between intrinsic motivation and creative performance, as well as between creative self-efficacy and creative performance, but the interaction between these three variables has not been sufficiently investigated. Relationships between variables were analyzed using Spearman...

Kafková, Pavla ; Kulhavá, Miluše (advisor) ; Kohout, Pavel (referee)
This bachelor's dissertation tackles the problem of educational activities which are performed by a nurse taking care of a patient with planned home parenteral nutrition /HPN/. The theoretical part contains the outline of basic concepts and principles that are essential for the appropriate educational work. The substantial part of the dissertation deals with the parenteral nutrition and the tunnel catheter /Broviac's type/ as a vein access of the first choice concerning the majority of patients who depend on HPN. The empirical part concentrates on the creation of the manual for the patients with planned HPN and the documentation of educational process. The aim of the publication is to provide a patient with a comprehensive manual and hereby to try to reduce the percentage of complications /mainly infectious/ which have been caused by insufficient education. Not only patients and their families but also the medical personnel ought to benefit from the manual as there has not been any similar comprehensive manual until now. The absence of such publication might have caused great difficulties during the educational process. The systematic approach together with continuity should be ensured by the newly formed documentation.

The subject of the research proposal is mainly such problematic behaviour, which can at least partially influence the student, and which disrupts his learning process. The research consists of a qualitative and a quantitative part and its central question is whether the line between appropriate and inappropriate behaviour is perceived equally by teachers and students, or they differ in their judgment.
