Multifunctional building object
Habartová, Lucie ; Žižka, Lukáš (referee) ; Vajkay, František (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with design documentation multifuncional object in Uherský Brod. The building consists of two parts. First part has five floors and saddle roof with an angle of 12°, second part has three floors and green roof. In the basement are car parking and storages. In the first floor is a pharmacy, restaurant, shop and hairdresser´s. In the second floor is located fitness center and four flats. In the third and fourth floors are nine flats. The structural system of building is reinforced concrete frame. The project was processed by a computer program ArchiCAD.
The influence of alcohols on the flow properties of sodium hyaluronate
Habartová, Lucie ; Pekař, Miloslav (referee) ; Smilek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis examines the influence of alcohol presence on the conformation of sodium hyaluronate aqueous solutions primarily about the use of flow methods utilizing. Two molecule masses of sodium hyaluronan were studied, namely 1500-1750 kDa further referred to as high-molecular sodium hyaluronan and 500-750 kDa referred to as low-molecular. The flow and viscosity properties of high-molecular sodium hyaluronate have been studied in the presence of methanol, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol and terc-butanol in the concentration range 0-80 wt. %. Low-molecular sodium hyaluronate, and above all its flow and viscosity properties, were measured in the presence of ethanol and isopropyl alcohol in the concentration range 0-80 wt. %. Based on measured data, viscosities were assessed at infinitesimal stresses consistent with zero-rate viscosity. The high-molecular sodium hyaluronate ranged up to 327 mPas in terc-butanol solution. Viscosity values increased with the increasing length of the alcohol chain. The low-molecular sodium hyaluronate reached a maximum of 39 mPas in an isopropyl alcohol solution. The viscosity curves of low-molecular sodium hyaluronate were close to that of the Newtonian liquid.

Metabolomics Study of the Association between Pancreatic Cancer and Diabetes Mellitus.
Michálková, Lenka ; Horník, Štěpán ; Sýkora, Jan ; Habartová, L. ; Setnička, V.
In our study, 1H NMR metabolomics was employed to plasma samples of pancreatic cancer patients, individuals with long-term diabetes mellitus type 2 (lasting more than 5 years) and healthy controls. The NMR analyses were followed by establishing a statistical model based on principal component analysis and discriminant analysis. The aim was to discover differences between these groups and to define a potential biomarker panel. The statistical evaluation of metabolomics-based profiles provided high values of sensitivity and specificity. Subsequently, plasma samples of the risk group, specifically patients with recently diagnosed diabetes mellitus with a duration of <3 years (possible T3cDM), were analysed and the possibility of PC development was predicted. The achieved results showed strong potential of 1H NMR metabolomics to establish a biomarker panel that would facilitate the early diagnosis of PC and the possibility identify diabetic individuals, who are at risk of developing PC.

Social plugins: history and usage
Habartová, Lucie ; Šlerka, Josef (advisor) ; Zbiejczuk, Adam (referee)
Thesis aims to present the current situation of social plugins growth. It examines social plugins from users and website owner point of view. At the beginning, the work reminds of web present emergence and comes after with emergence of social plugins. Work examines also the terminology of term "social plugin". Social plugins (as is Facebook Like button) are described in chapter Type of social plugins, after this comes chapter about practical usage of social plugins. Parts of this chapter are case studies and evaluations of advantages and disadvantages. Last chapter follow social plugins from the user's point of view. The subjects of examination are motivation to share information online and present results of studies and research, which has been prepared by author of this thesis. In enclosure can be found complete list of the most exploited social plugins including their functions and possibilities of usage.
The manifestations of motoric laterality of middle-aged people and elderly
Habartová, Lucie ; Štochl, Jan (advisor) ; Chytráčková, Jitka (referee)
Název dielomové eráce: Motorické projevy laterality u osob středního věku a starších. Název v gnglickém jazyce: The Manifestations of Motoric Laterality of Middle-aged People and Elderly. Cíle eráce: Definovat, popsat lateralitu, zjistit stupeň laterality horní končetiny, dolní končetiny a oka. Zjistit vztah laterality horních končetin a očí, horních končetin a dolních končetin. Metoda: Lateralitu budeme zjišťovat na základě dotazníků a motorických testů. Testovaný soubor čítá 50 probandů ve věku 58-78 let. Získaná data zpracujeme, zaznamenáme do tabulek a grafů. Ke zjištění vztahu laterality mezi jednotlivými orgány použijeme neparametrickou korelaci. Výsledky: Stav laterality horních končetin, dolních končetin, očí. Stranová preference, vzájemná závislost horních končetin a očí, horních a dolních končetin. Klíčová slova: Lateralita, laterální preference, dominance, motorika, neparametrická korelace.
