The design of automatized working place for product assembly
Rusnák, Jakub ; Sýkora, Jan (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
This thesis is deal with design solution of the part of automatized working place, concretely inset-paper manipulator. The first part describes working place. After that fallows design of effecter, manipulator construction and pro-pulsions. In the last part is solved pneumatic system. The part of thesis is 3D model of inset-paper manipulator.
Design of control of axis with linear motor
Chaloupka, Roman ; Bradáč, František (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This thesis deals with construction, connection and control axis with linear motor. The beginning of thesis is focused on principle of functioning and characteristics of linear motors. The following part describes used components of axis, their mechanical configuration and electrical wiring. Further thesis deals with creating PLC program and user interface for control axis in TwinCAT system. In last part is dealing correct software settings of axis.
The modernization of CNC system of milling machine EMCO
Kučera, Vítězslav ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
This master´s thesis deals with the modernization of the EMCO milling machine control system. The theoretical part is focused on the basic description of CNC machine and current state of EMCO milling machine control system. The main point of this thesis is new control system design for given milling machine, when the proposed variants are described and compared according to construction and price. The one variant is selected that best suits the specified parameters. Also, in the TwinCAT development interface from Beckhoff the new control system is created and described in the end of this work.
Gearbox for portable power generator
Kolka, Roman ; Hubáček,, Tomáš (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
The submitted project deals with a complete design of a gearbox of a portable ground power generator designed for preflight preparation of helicopters. The gearbox has been designed to meet given specifications, which are based on required electrical parameters of the entire power unit and with regards to parameters of driving turbine engine. The introductory section deals with a kinematical design of transmission gears with regards to required parameters and design constraints. The kinematical design determines whole concept and resulting form of the gearbox. Next part deals with optimization of gearing, the design of wheel bearing, and design of oil system. The implementation part of the project consists in the engineering design of the gearbox, which was made in 3D environment Pro/Engineer. The design is reviewed and first operational results of manufactured and tested gearbox are discussed in the concluding section of this work.
Extension of the 3D printers with head changer
Pavlík, Martin ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
This work deals with a constructive solution of printheads exchange system on 3D printer. For keeping a RepRap-type printers concept, using as much 3D-printable parts as possible is emphasized. The system has solenoid-based exchange mechanism.
Quadrocopter - Sensory Subsytem
Bradáč, František ; Šolc, František (referee) ; Žalud, Luděk (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with processing of measured data from inertial navigation system in order these could be used for stabilization. There is general information about aerial vehicles called copters with emphasis on four-rotor construction called quadrocopter at first. Then mathematical model of quadrocopter in state space form is derived, the particular implementation of university developed quadrocopter is described and the design of data processing algorithm is presented with measured results. Finally achieved results are discussed.
Modification of 3D milling machine to 3D printer
Taska, Abraham ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
This work deals with the possibility of reconstruction of 3D milling machine into 3D printer. The first part is devoted to the search of possible printing heads for the use in the milling machine. This section also describes the most widely used 3D printing technology. Another part addresses proposal of connection of printing head into milling machine. The last section describes the control options of 3D printers and printing head.
The design of sand mixer with output range 1-3 TPH
Bilský, Adam ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
The aim of the master’s thesis is to design continuous mixer for preparation of molding compounds on the performance of 1 – 3 t/hour. The first part of the thesis contains recherché from molding compound and molding compound mixers field. In the next part there is an own design of mixer containing basic calculations and strength analysis by FEM. Part of the thesis is also 3D model of the whole machine as well as drawing documentation of selected parts. At the end of thesis partial risk analysis by FMEA is made.
The analysis of boring process of automatic horizontal boring machine
Šohajek, Jiří ; Roubíček, Jiří (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
The object of this dissertation is to analyse a drilling process of an automatic horizontal boring machine the SVD2 for drilling of bearing holes. There were problems with vibrations during drilling process, causing an extreme noise and this dissertation solves them. First of all it was necessary to analyse the vibrations, to examine a machining process and measure machine dynamics and statics. Another task was to compare measured results with mathematical models and after their analysis to design structural and other solutions. The SVD2 machine was designed on the basis of a previous type the SVD. Its conversion to a new one was based on adding of six spindles. As a result a number of drilled bodies was increased from one to four, so a performance was increased four times. That is why there was an original intention to rebuilt the other two spindle machines. To leave the basical parts of the machine without any modification ( such as a reinforcement of a mount and adjusting of a bigger distance of a side linear spindle guideway and a cross linear guideway of a support for clamping devices), would be unsuitable solution, which was confirmed after a measurement and a following analysis.
Stacking device for replaceable heads of maching center
Včelica, Josef ; Malaník, Vojtěch (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
Diploma work deal winth resolution automatic heads for high-speed shaping centers exchangas, so there was not those exchanges need of the human factor. It meaning that will using element automatic interface directly to programme as are Ball screw drives, ball rail systems, hydraulic element atc.
