Autonomous mobile robot communication interface design
Bajer, Jan ; Šnajder, Jan (referee) ; Věchet, Stanislav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and implementation of a communication interface for an autonomous mobile robot, which is designed for watering plants. The theoretical part is a search for possible ways of communication with the ROS system, which runs on the robot. Subsequently, the possibilities of designing a mobile application for interaction with this robot are explored. In the practical part, a communication interface is designed using the MQTT protocol together with the implementation of this interface into a robot, database server and mobile application, which is created using the Flutter framework. The conclusion of the work discusses the suitability of the communication protocol used and the evaluation of the functionality of the created system.
Samples of examples for configurable gate array
Bajer, Jan ; Spáčil, Tomáš (referee) ; Bastl, Michal (advisor)
This thesis introduces the issue of configurable gate arrays and their position with respect to microprocessor technology. The aim is to present work with gate arrays on a set of basic realizations within the field of mechatronics. The examples are processed using VHDL and they are primarily intended for Altera / Intel devices.
Evaluation of the Financial Situation of Company and Proposals to its Improvement
Bajer, Jan ; Sládek, Libor (referee) ; Hornungová, Jana (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of selected company Kronospan CR, spol. s r.o. for period 2015 to 2019 using the methods of financial analysis. Status is assessed on the basis of financial analysis methods, which are described in the theoretical section and then used in practical part. According to the result of selected methods will be this information used to propose improvements to the financial situation of the company.
The Proposal for a Stabilization Strategy for a Small Business Dealing with the Production and Assembly of Hole Fillings on the Czech market
Bajer, Jan ; Kaňovská, Lucie (referee) ; Bumberová, Veronika (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on the proposal of the stabilization strategy of a small enterprise engaged in the production and assembly of window openings on the Czech market. The theoretical part includes a literature search in the field of strategic management with regard to small enterprises, life cycle, competitiveness and then selected analytical and research methods, which are used in the next part of the thesis. The analytical part focuses on the practical application of the selected analytical-research methods in the context of the company's environment in order to reveal the key factors influencing the current situation and its evaluation. The design part is based on the evaluation of the current situation, on the basis of which a suitable variant of strategy and changes is chosen, leading to the stabilization of the enterprise and strengthening of competitiveness.
Vibration energy harvester influence on vibration base
Nagy, Andrej ; Bajer, Jan (referee) ; Rubeš, Ondřej (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to describe the impact of the energy harvester on the vibrating base, while also showing the basic aspects of energy harvesting. We first describe the issue on the research side, where we explain the concept and real use of energy harvesters, we show their basic construction with pictures of models and graphs from experiments showing their behavior. We also show how energy harvesters can be optimized and improved. At the end of the research part, we describe how the energy harvester can influence the deviation of the base, and therefore why it is important to model the system with a feedback impact on the base. In the practical part, we derive a mathematical model using Lagrange equations of the second kind, which we subsequently use for numerical and analytical solutions. In the final part of the work, we analyze the influence of individual parameters of the energy harvester on the output power and base deviation with the help of Matlab and Simulink.

Microstructure and mechanical properties of aluminium alloys prepared by severe plastic deformation
Bajer, Jan ; Cieslar, Miroslav (advisor) ; Král, Robert (referee)
New technologies of components assembling in car and aircraft industries and requests on improved mechanical and corrosion properties of metallic materials in the packing industry activate the utilization of highly innovative and unconventional manufacturing processes. There are only a limited number of processing, that retain the original material thickness and in an appropriate manner modify material properties. These are different types of annealing, severe plastic deformation methods or combination of both. In recent years constrained groove pressing (CGP) was devoloped with this method the grain size can be reduced from tens of micrometers to sub-micrometers. The present work is focused on a study of evolution of microstructure and mechanical properties of two alloys based on EN AW 3003 after CGP deformation and subsequent annealing.
Structural changes in aluminium alloys studied by in-situ transmission electron microscopy.
Bajer, Jan ; Cieslar, Miroslav (advisor) ; Šíma, Vladimír (referee)
Aluminium alloys of the 6### series are widely used in the industry. To achieve the optimal properties, the as-cast alloy must by treated by several steps. The first treating step is the homogenization annealing of the as-cast alloy. During homogenization dissolution of eutectic phases occurs and distribution of impurity elements in the alloy is more uniform. It requires a high annealing temperature near the melting point of the alloy. One of the method that allows direct observation of the microstructure during homogenization is in-situ electron microscopy. Specimens from EN AW 6082 alloy were annealed in several model homogenization regimes and in-situ monitored by electron microscopy. Observed processes were compared with the results of resistivity measurements. EDS measurements were taken at the beginning and at the end of the homogenization process.
