Differences in thinking about educational goals for educators of school groups ZŠ Záboří and ZŠ T.G.Masaryka Blatná

The work is devoted to goals in the school group. It characterizes the school group, its school educational program and describes the most important developmental characteristics of the child that influence the creation of educational goals. The work also describes the role of the educator in the school group. In the second chapter, the work deals with the term goal and goals in the school group in connection with the goals of school education. In the last part, the work presents an illustrative survey conducted with educators of two selected school groups (ZŠ Záboří, ZŠ T. G. Masaryka Blatná). The obtained information confirms that educators are working with educational goals and curriculum documents that refer to them.
Impact of the Application of the Quality Management Systems on the Satisfaction of the Students of Secondary Vocational Schools

The subject of the dissertation is the issue of school quality, resp. quality management systems used by secondary vocational schools in the Czech Republic. The use of these customer-oriented quality management systems is common abroad, in some countries even mandatory. According to the available information, these systems are not widely used in the Czech Republic, their use in the education sector is not registered. The aim of the work was to evaluate and compare the impact of the most frequently used systems (self- assessment framework CAF, EFQM and ISO standards: 9001) on the student's satisfaction and their attitudes to school. An experimental, exploratory and ex-post-factual study was carried out in 2020 using a standardized questionnaire developed by the Institute for Pedagogy and Adult Education at Leibniz Universität Hannover. The questionnaire has been used since 2011 to assess student's satisfaction and the quality of vocational secondary schools in Lower Saxony. Through factor analysis, the questionnaire was divided into three main and five sub-indices. The questionnaire was piloted on a sample of 741 respondents in a Prague secondary vocational school. Managerial Competencies

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is Managerial competencies which is based on analysis of the problem and create a competency model for a human and resource manager that has been chosen by author in this particular company. The theoretical part of this thesis, at the begining it has been examined the concept of manager and competencies. Further was define the components, and also have been investigated the definition of the competency model. After that, the processes have been described by creation a competency model. The practical part includes description of the selected organization that name is Treolan, for which was created a competency model. Basis on the information that was obtained by interview with the human and resource manager of the selected organization as well, it was created a competency model by the specific process that was chosen by author of the thesis. The thesis has been authenticated over questionnaire at the end of work.

Through marketing communication tools, businesses attempt to convince customers about the uniqueness of their product. Marketing communication is therefore a key part of the company's strategy, helps to shape its image, which also affects the public view of the company. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part presents theoretical basis where basic concepts are characterized. First, the definition of marketing, market segmentation, targeting, positioning and customer relationship marketing. This part is also focused on marketing mix and marketing communication tools. At the end of the theoretical part, brand image and method of semantic differential is introduced, which is utilized in the practical part of the thesis. The practical part examines marketing communication of Adidas, which is described using concepts introduced in the theoretical part. As this company makes extensive use of a wide range of marketing communication tools, I chose one of them, event marketing and activities associated with the existence of its official running club, Adidas runners Prague. Questionnaire survey among the public and members of the runners club was used, the method of semantic differential showed how different target groups see the Adidas brand. The final part is based on the results of evaluation of marketing communication and also introduces suggestions for future improvement.

The main goal of this thesis is to evaluate marketing promotion in selected organization. Its first part is focused on the analysis of theoretical knowledge in the field of communication, marketing, mainly various marketing communications tools. In the second, practical part is initially introduced under investigation by KOH-I-NOOR Mladá Vožice join stock company, for which are used marketing tools analyzed. Here are described all currently used tools. This thesis is focused on two most important tools for the company. To achieve a partial goal is used evaluation of actively used tools,trades and exhibitions, the method used to describe the passive utilization tool, the website is used the Google Analytics tool. Based on these results are proposed solution for improvement.

The theme of this thesis are the competencies of a manager. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the concepts of executive and management skills, executive function, managerial skills and managerial activities. It includes individual competencies and competency models manager. In the practical part will be focus on the enterprise "Sammit Motors (Vladivostok)." On its example we will show, how managerial skills work in practice and how the competency model is created. The aim is to build a competency model specific to job positions in an organization. The partial objectives focus on the analysis of the concepts of competencies and managerial competency models.

This thesis deals with one of the key marketing communication tool of Tesco company, which is a promotional leaflet. The aim is to evaluate how is visual design and user friendliness of leaflet perceived independently and in relation to competing leaflets. The first part defines the theoretical basis of the areas of marketing, marketing communications and marketing research. The following practical part of the thesis contains a two-phase marketing research composed of individual in-depth interviews, which is followed a survey. In conclusion, the research results are summarized. Based on the results proposals are recommended for possible improvements of the current version of leaflet.
Incubation Processes in Selected Organization

The thesis is focused on the benefits of process management in startup incubators. The thesis aims to identify the existing cycle of incubation process and subsequently also aims to propose the optimal incubation process within the incubator Point One located at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. Identification and mapping of business processes of this organization should ensure more efficient management of incubated projects in the future. In the first part of the thesis theoretical bases are developed, which were obtained from the literature dealing with system analysis and also with identification and modeling of business processes in the organization. Subsequently the thesis introduces different approaches and developments in business management from the oldest functional management to the process and project management. The second part introduces the incubator Point One, located at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague, along with the services offered by this organization. The author together with the manager of the Point One incubator analyzed the current state of the organization and also identified its business processes. Business process analysis is based on the method MMABP (Methodology For Modeling And Analysis Of Business Process). Such analysis clearly defines and maps the processes of Point One incubator. Based on this analysis, the proposals of optimal organizational processes are designed.
College Launching Business Plan

The topic of thesis is a business plan for the establishment of private universities. The aim is to propose a procedure for establishing a business and develop a real business plan for the launch and operation of the college. Individual work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Based on the literature describes the concepts of business, legal forms and business plan with all its parts and appurtenances. In the practical part there are the theoretical knowledge into practice. There is processed actual business plan. Part of the business plan are environmental analysis, financial planning, risk and business scenarios. Finally, we evaluated the results of the practical and possibly feasibility developed business plan. On the basis of the procedures, it is possible to determine whether the project is viable and can be profitable.
