This work describes the current variants of parametric modeling, there is a list compiled new possibilities of program Autodesk Inventor Series 2012. It also included a description of the module it self. There are also summarized the advantages of adaptive modeling and a simple model of adaptive modeling is almost done. In the practical part I devoted to the possibilities of animation creation model in the environment of the presentations and in the program Autodesk Inventor Studio, which is then created animations magnetic stand.

Electrolytes characterization based on mixtures of ionic liquids and aprotic solvents

The thesis deals with liquid aprotic electrolytes based on mixtures of ionic liquid and solvent. EmimBF4, namely 1-ethyl-3-ethylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate, was used as the starting ionic liquid. A mixture of propylene carbonate, ethylene carbonate and dimethyl carbonate was used as solvents. Electrolytes were enriched with two electrolyte salts LiBF4 and NaBF4 from the resulting mixtures selected the most suitable electrolytes for Li-ion and Na-ion accumulators. Electrolytes were selected taking into account the required properties: the width of the potential window, the measured electrical conductivity and, last but not least, the safety.

Comparison of online interactive applications and their use in education

The purpose of this thesis is to select a user-friendly interactive application for teaching and to present it in the form of an instructional video including instructions in text form for its use in pedagogical practice. Selection of the most suitable interactive application was made by comparison on the basis of a five-element methodological evaluation scale, which resulted from a literature search and Internet resources and from the experience gained from my own teaching practice. The applications were evaluated on the degree of interactivity, accessibility of the application, availability of the license, language proficiency and user experience with each application. The comparison was then evaluated and the selected Nearpod application was characterized, its features and capabilities were described from the perspective of the teacher and the student. Instructions for its use were created in the form of a set of instructional tutorial videos, which were published on the website https://sites.google.com/view/vyucovat-interaktivne. These videos present the environment of the interactive application Nearpod, show the basic way of working with the application, the preparation of teaching material and focus on practical recommendations for using the tool in daily pedagogical practice. Use of online advertising (PPC) to increase sales of ecommerce website

When doing business on the Internet, it is crucial to have the potential customers informed about websites, offered products and services. In the online world, these customers are visitors who come to the websites through some medium. One of such frequently used media, which can bring new visitors, is Internet advertising. This thesis is focused on the paid Internet advertising model known as the PPC (Pay per click). The main scope of the thesis is implementation of advertising campaigns for a particular e-commerce website in order to increase the number of sales. The campaigns run on the Google Search network. They are managed by the advertising system AdWords which is presented in the theoretical part of this thesis. The essential terms of the online marketing and principles of Internet advertising are also is described in this thesis. In order to create a successful advertising campaign, it is crucial to ensure its measurement and evaluation, which are handled by AdWords and the analytical tool Google Analytics within the practical part. Moreover, this thesis focuses on optimization of the running campaigns based on the measured data. In the conclusion, the goals and benefits of ads for the advertised eshop are evaluated.

Role of exocyst at plant pathogen defense

Exocyst is a protein complex conserved in yeast, animals and plants. It mediates tethering of a secretory vesicle to the plasma membrane in the semifinal step of exocytosis. Several roles of exocyst in the processes of cell polarization in plant cells have been implied, including polarized growth of polen tubes and root hairs, cytokinesis, deposition of seed coat pectin and possibly autophagy. One of the most recent roles of exocyst includes also a response to bacterial and fungal pathogens. Exo70B2 and Exo70H1 subunits were shown to play prominent roles in this respect, with Exo70H1 being responsible for mediating defense against bacterial (Pseudomonas syringae) and Exo70B2 defense against both bacterial and fungal (Blumeria graminis) pathogens. Recently, new data appeared indicating the interaction between Exo70B1 and RIN4 and Exo70A1 and NOI6, respectively. RPM-1 interacting protein 4 (RIN4) is a well known negative regulator of both basal and effector-triggered resistance. This thesis shows interaction between NOI6 and several exocyst subunits, confirming previous data. I show here that exocyst subunints interact specifically with N terminus of NOI6 protein and that this interaction is lost in the shorter version of NOI6 mimicking AvrRpt2 cleavage. Art, play and the development of personality

Art and play are social phenomena with features which could be used in personality development. This thesis is at first plan trying to see what these phenomena are likes. It seems that mentioned phenomena are cultural universalities and that art has a longer tradition of thinking of its subject than play. This thesis tries to say how play manifests itself. Its manifestations are called symptomas and we can find ten of these. We part from works of J. Huizinga, R. Caillois and E. Fink. In this way we get a measure to distinguish among the play and other forms of activities, e.g. little games, riddles, sayings as less structured activities. And sport, outdoor, model and psychological activities as the ones with greater complexity than the play on the other side. We point that a play lies on the aesthetic ground or even that its aesthetic activity is dominant. In the following part we deal with the term art. Across historical use of this notion we come to Jan Mukarovsky's and Nelson Goodman's point of view. Art is a system of signs which not only in functions as means of meaning, but its meaning lies on different symbolical fields from plain sign immediacy to complex reference.
