Advantage and disavantage of the development of pre-mathematics literacy in "wood kindergarten"

This Diploma Thesis deals with possibilities of developing pre-mathematical literacy at Wood Kindergarten. The Thesis submits a proposal of Kindergarten Education Programme concerning this aspect. The proposal is the result of a detailed theoretical part which precedes. The concept of this Educational Programme aimed at pre-mathematical literacy in a specific environment focuses primarily on the development of manipulative motor skills connected with special orientation and the child's individual body scheme. The practical part verifies suitability of selected activities related to the specific environment of forest and other kindergarten surrounding environment. This Thesis is based on 'action research' combined with qualitative research elements. It introduces a new perspective regarding the issue of preparing children for school mathematics.
Comparisons of softball swing at pitches from a pitching machine and pitcher

Title: Comparisons of softball swing at pitches from a pitching machine and pitcher Objectives: The aim of this research is to compare the timing of players of softball within individually phases of hitting by a standard softball pitcher and a pitching machine. Another aim is to analyse individual phases of softball hitting and determine whether the training of hitting through a pitching machine is a appropriate substitute for the preparation of a standardized softball pitching which softball players experience during each match. Methods: This research is a descriptive case study, in which we gather a large number of data from five individuals. A ride of five players and their execution of hitting approaches against a pitching machine and real pitcher was created. Subsequently the record from the camera Basler GeniCam piA640-210gc with frame rate 200 frames per second was then evaluated via of computer program Dartfish, which is designed for analyses of motor skills. Results: The results show that the whole movement of players was noticeably slower, in the case of a pitching machine use. Regarding the use of a pitching machine and real pitcher, the statistic results show differences. The differences derive from the absence of conscious prediction of pitches motion in the case of the pitching...

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is the issue of employee care. The main object is to analyse the legal institution of employee care, assessment of legal regulations and assessment of degree of employee care in particular institution. The thesis is divided into four parts, the first part deals with definition of employee care and its legal regulations. Furthermore, the work analyse the working conditions, professional growth of employees, catering of empolyees and special working conditions for some employees. The second part of thesis describe the professional growth of employees in detail. The third part is devoted to employee benefits, its meaning and types. The last part analyse the employee care and employee benefits in particular institution. This part includes a questionnaire whose task is to determine the employee´s satisfaction with the care of employer.

The aim of the master thesis is to introduce Belgium as a tourist destination. The work is devided into 6 chapters giving the basic information about Belgium, describing its prerequisites and conditions for the development of the tourism and covering the relation between Belgium and the Czech republic. The responses of the questionnaire about the interest in mutual tourism are included. The last chapter presents the analysis of tourism in Belgium, also related to the Czech Republic.

It is concentrated on this magnificent subjekt of art in detail so that to capture and characterize it as a remarkable art treasure of Russian culture. Its history and development are delt with minutely. The special attention is given to Pavel Tretyakov as well. The great patriot and admirable patron deroted all his life to creating this rational treasure house of Russian painting. The gallery has borne his name until now. The goal of the submitted thesis: "Low-cost air transport in the period of current economic crisis" is to analyze current low-cost air transport. The first part describes the air traffic and concetrates on the low-cost carriers. The second part analyzis the low-cost airlines in the different regions. The third part deals with the world economic crises and how it affected the low-cost carriers. The last part is focused on the future development of low-cost air transport.
