Method of Fixed Assets Financing under the conditions of risk and uncertainty

Diploma thesis deals with the issue of choosing the right form of financing in the risk and uncertainty conditions - by bank loan or finance leasing. The leasing principle, contemporary condition of the Czech leasing market and the factors influencing the price of the financial leasing are reviewed at first. Then the attention is transfered to bank loans and their diversification. To finish the theorical data I´m featuring the methods of comparing both forms of financing and defining the risks. The aim of diploma thesis is choosing which of two forms of financing is preferable for the enterprise who wants to buy new goods vehicle for its business.

Financing of small and medium-sized enterprises

The goal of the diploma thesis "Financing of small and medium-sized enterprises" is to systematically analyze and review the financing options for SMEs in the Czech Republic. In the introductory part there is a definition of small and medium enterprises with its social contribution and meaning, I describe the needs and potential barriers for further development. The thesis proceeds with specification of various financial resources, there are mentioned own, external and alternative financial resources as well as trade finance possibilities. The last chapter of the theoretical part focuses on the support devoted to SME. In the practical part there is a business and financial analysis of the selected company on the market with artificial sweeteners.

Zdravotní systémy-možnosti a perspektivy z pohledu zvyšování efektivnosti

Disertační práce se zabývá otázkami efektivnosti fungování zdravotních systémů, rozsahu a struktury poskytovaných zdravotních služeb či jejich účinnosti. Hlavní cíl práce: vymezit základní trendy a faktory ovlivňující efektivnost zdravotních systémů a navrhnout metody jejího hodnocení. První kapitola se zabývá vymezením pojmu ?zdraví?. Současně jsou zde vymezeny dva základní normativní přístupy ( liberální a rovnostářský, resp. sociální) k právu na zdraví. Na základě metody analogie, s využitím přístupu K.J.Arrowa, je zkoumána analogie mezi trhem obecně a zdravotnickým trhem zvláště a analyzována ekonomická podstata poptávky po zdravotních službách. Druhá část, která je založena na použití systémového přístupu, je zaměřena na analýzu zdravotních systémů . V rámci tohoto přístupu je na zdravotnický systém nahlíženo jako na systém produkční s jeho vstupy a výstupy, což umožňuje aplikovat pro jeho hodnocení nástroje ekonomické analýzy. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na problematiku výdajů na zdravotnictví. Vychází se ze současných obecně se prosazujících se tendencí. Dále je věnována pozornost vztahu mezi celkovými výdaji na zdravotnictví a výdaji z veřejných rozpočtů. Nedílnou součástí této kapitoly je predikce vývoje výdajů na zdravotnictví v České republice do roku 2050 při využití demografické projekce ČSÚ a nákladových koeficientů určených Kotlikoffem . Metodologickým základem čtvrté závěrečné kapitoly je strukturálně funkční přístup a institucionální analýza aplikovaná na zkoumání funkcí nemocnic, jejich vývojových trendů a způsobů financování.

European Union and Economical Migration from Countries Outside the EU - the Issue of "Blue Card System"

This bachelor thesis refers to the economic migration to the European Union from third countries, specifically to the Proposal for a Council directive on the conditions of entry and residence of third-country nationals for the purposes of highly qualified employment (the system of {\clq}Blue Cards`). The aim of the first part of this bachelor thesis is to introduce some of theories dealing in migration with the application of the descriptive method of work and by the secondary analysis of the data compiled in the scholarly literature. A brief history of migratory flows, a basic summary of the contemporary demographic evolution and the situation on the labour market, a security point of view and sociological theories serve as an introduction to the broad issue of the migration phenomenon. The second part is based on the analysis of existing documents of the EU.

The first part deals with the theoretical lighting techniques and methods, which are then practically applied in the other. For each company is essential to reporting a profit. Financial health is an important component of a prosperous business perspective. This bachelor deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the methods of financial analysis. These methods will evaluate the financial health of a particular construction company.

Process management in chosen company

The work is focused on the use of process management in small and medium-sized enterprises because nowadays the processing management becomes a new way of management in successful companies. It deals with its importance within the modern management conception. The theoretical part/literature search explains important terms about management, the progress of the process management and its principles and sorts of changes in the transition from the functional to process management. The practical part presents the company basic characteristics, organization structure and working positions. Some processes are chosen and described in detail. The analysis shows working operations in printing company ORICON. The work concludes with flowcharts and processing maps. Thanks to implementation the Quality Management System in 2011, every process in company are superintended by employees. There is no possibility for making big mistakes. The processes are made effectively in time with low costs. The recommendation lays mainly in investing to the missing marketing department in order to increase an interest of new potential customers. A new process called TCS (Total Customer Satisfaction) was made. It makes better situation of costumer relationship and organization of business processes. Next recommendation is related to the technical training for leading workers. The main aim is to make costs lower and safe some money. Their new experience are given to the other employees in the next step.

A relationship of seller and customer

The reason, why I had chosen for my diploma work topic The Relationship between seller and customer, is this time, when powerful competition press upon the firms to improve quality of their products or services, the top management is aiming at the quality of communication with customers, too. They are aware of that good or bad relationship with customer may determine if the firm will be successful or not. For it is necessary to train and motivate employee who communicate with customer, but first-rate direction by management too and to created positive firm cultural which will motivate the employees to longtime and high-quality work and affect at customers, too. In my diploma work I had aimed at factors which motivate customers but employees and management too. The employees and top management, they are links of firm which have influence to work and results of enterprise. In the first part of my work I had aimed at these factors general. I had analysed them and my result is that this factors really influence the relationship between seller and customer. In the second part of my work I had analysed these factors in elected enterprises. For synthesis and comparison of results of firms I had chosen the form of many-criterion rate.

Management of Enterprise Information from the Information System Point of View

Tématem práce jsou informace v podniku a práce s nimi. Cílem práce je definice podnikové informace a seznámení s hlavními oblasti využití. Práce popisuje podnikové aplikace pro zpracování a správu podnikových dat a nástroje pro jejich vyhodnocení. Výsledkem je zdroj informací pro tvorbu krátkodobé i dlouhodobé strategie podniku. Dále se práce představuje a hodnotí alternativní řešení a nové trendy z oblasti podnikových informačních systémů. Práce se věnuje také podnikových informacím mimo softwarová řešení, neboť podnikový informační systém netvoří pouze technická řešení, která práci s podnikovými daty pouze ulehčují, ale i ostatní prvky podniku, jakými jsou zejména jeho pracovníci, kteří data do systémů vkládají, zpracovávají je a nastavují metody vyhodnocování, stejně tak jako vytváří podnikové informační strategie. V poslední části práce jsou příklady možného uplatnění informačního pracovníka v komerční oblasti.

FDI incentives in the CR with focus on size of companies in selected regions

Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat velikostní strukturu firem dle jednotlivých regionů a posoudit vliv investičních pobídek na hospodářský růst a zaměstnanost. Dále na základě faktorů jako obrat a velikost exportů porovnat konkurenceschopnost firem na relevantním trhu. Analýza by měla zhodnotit, jaké regiony jsou pro investory nejvíce přitažlivé a za jakých podmínek. První část práce se bude věnovat vysvětlení pojmů - investiční pobídky, přímé zahraniční investice, zákonu o investičích pobídkách a podmínkám nároku na investiční pobídku. Druhá část bude analyzovat zastoupení firem v regionech. Součástí bude rovněž posouzení překážek vstupu do odvětví , exportní výkonnosti firem a vlivu na zaměstnanost. Závěr se bude zabývat zhodnocením reálných dopadů na českou ekonomiku, zda mají investiční pobídky do budoucna význam a případnými alternativními možnostmi. Z práce by mělo vyplynout, zda-li jsou ekonomická pravidla nastavena tak, aby vedla k dlouhodobé prosperitě země a zda-li jsou investiční pobídky dobrou formou podpory podnikání.
