Brabec, Martin ; Čech, Petr (advisor) ; Oehm, Jaroslav (referee)
67 English Summary Title: Rules of Conduct of an Investment Firm towards Customers Summary: The purpose of my thesis is to analyse Czech legal regulation of business activities on capital market with focus on rules of conduct of an investment firm towards customers (henceforth only as "rules of conduct"). The reason for my research is that this regulation has been modified recently due to implementation of the EU directive on markets in financial instruments (so called MiFID. Therefore this topic is currently actual in this field of business. At the same time it is interesting to observe this special regulation on the background of general legal regulation especially regulation set up in Czech Commercial Code (but not only in this codex). The thesis is composed of nine chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of rules of conduct structured in chronological order. Chapter One is introductory and defines purpose and methodology of the thesis. In Chapter Two there is an entrance to the subject matter itself from historical and theological points of view. Chapter Three explains basic terminology necessary for understanding the thesis such as Financial Instrument, Investment Service (Activity), Investment Firm and Customer. Chapter Four introduces general rules of conduct on which following specific...

Odds are that this dissertation on the theme of community does not contain all matters dealing with because matrimonial law of property covers so extensive area that every indivivual aspekt of this specific kind of property partnership would appertain essay. It would be posiible to write paper on this topic about much more pages but that wasn't the aim. The object consisted in creation certain summmary and vignette here of institute. My dissertation targets the spousal joint ownership being influenced and threatened by a spouse-businessman. But it's the only one visual angle on this problem. On the other hand also community can have an averse effet on undertaking. In future the engaged couple should approach to their prospective marital proprietary more responsibly and be not afraid to express their will. The basis of this thesis is the...

Krivda, Anton ; Matysová, Ludmila (advisor) ; Nováková, Lucie (referee)
Title: The usage of HPLC in pharmaceutical analysis Name: Anton Krivda This labour deals with determination and validation of method suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of dimetindeni maleas in Fenistil® gel trough the use of high performance liquid chromatography with UV detection. There were two differential analytical columns tested (C18 and ZICTM column). Acceptable outcomes were got with these chromatographic conditions:  wavelength λ = 258 nm.  analytical column: SeQuant ZICTM Column(50 x 2.1 mm; 5 μm)  compound of mobile phase: acetonitrile : aqeous solution of acetic acid (25 mM) and ammonium acetate (2,5 mM), (87,5:12,5)  flow rate fm = 0,3 ml/min  internal standard: diltiazem hydrochloride Recovery, effectivity of column, assymetry and resolution of chromatographic peaks were tested in validation tehse method. Each of them reposed in licenced range.

Reorganization and discharge of debts
Figelová, Dominika ; Pohl, Tomáš (advisor) ; Macková, Alena (referee)
The title of my Master's degree thesis is " Reorganization and discharge of debts". I have chosen this topic because of various reasons. Firstly, I consider the need of special legislation for the insolvency as necessary because the enforcement proceedings can be considered fair when the debtor has sufficient assets to satisfy all creditors' claims. In the case of more creditors who the debtor is unable to meet over a long period, then the enforcement proceedings do not achieve this purpose any more. Property relations between the debtor and his creditors need to be arranged equitably so that the registered creditors will be repaid in proportion to the debtor's assets. Furthermore the subject is very close to me because of a half-year traineeship with a trustee. This is a continuously developing branch of private law, which has undergone a significant change during the year 2014 and I had a chance through my thesis to become acquainted with this amendment of the Insolvency act. The aim of my work is to describe the progress of the insolvency proceedings by focusing on remedial actions. A fair debtor, who is taking such a serious-minded and responsible approach to this proceeding, can start new life without debts and creditors may be get higher monetary payment than they would have received through...

Šupová, Renata ; Matoulek, Martin (advisor) ; Svačina, Štěpán (referee)
Název práce: Srovnání různých metod pro stanovení množství tuku v těle u žen s nadváhou a obezitou Title of thesis: Comparison of various methods for body fat assessment in overweight and obese female Cíle práce:Cílem práce bylo srovnání nejčastěji UŽívaných metod v klinické praxi (BlA metody pomocí přístrojů Bodystat, Omron a Tanita, metoda kaliperace) pro stanovení množství tělesného tuku u žen s nadváhou a obezitou s metodou referenční (DEXA). Dalším cílem bylo sestavení predikčních rovnic pro výpočet % tělesného tuku za použití dostupných metod. Metoda: Studie se zúčastnilo 61 žen s nadváhou a obezitou (průměrný věk 48,6let ± 13,9). Pro stanovení množství tuku v těle byly využity čtyři terénní metody - bioimpedanční metoda s tetrapolámím uspořádáním elektrod (přístroj Bodystat), bioimpedanční metoda s bipedálním uspořádáním elektrod (přístroj Tanita), bioimpedanční metoda s využitím úchopu rukama (přístroj Omron) a antropometrické měření -metoda kaliperace.

Cobalt phthalocyanines as sensors for detection of htiol groups
Vaňková, Kateřina ; Nesměrák, Karel (advisor) ; Schwarzová, Karolina (referee)
Title: Cobalt phthalocyanines as sensors for determination of thiol groups Annotation: The possibility of employment of cobalt phthalocyanine as a material for the modification of HOPG electrode for construction of a sensor for quantification of thiol groups was studied. Thiol groups are occurring in various biologically active substances (sulfur amino acids). The electrochemical behavior of cobalt tetraneopentoxy-phthalocyanine (CoTNPc) in the water/organic phase system was studied, and individual peaks of cyclic voltammogram of the compound were identified. The electrodeposition of CoTNPc on HOPG electrode was found as a suitable method for construction of the sensor for quantification of thiol groups. The reproducibility of fabrication of the sensor and its time-stability was studied. The calibration dependencies for model analytes (cysteine hydrochloride and homocysteine) were measured. Key words: thiols, phthalocyanines, amperometric sensor, cyclic voltammetry
