Analysis of Labour Market in District Kutna Hora

Diploma thesis is focused on labour market flexibility in the Czech Republic and rate of unemployment in the district Kutna Hora. Study is divided into three parts. First main chapter is analyzing the rate of unemployment and its evolution in Kutna Hora. Main employers of the area are mentioned. Second part is referring to the problem of unemployment generally (problem of education, gender, length of unemployment). Third last part is related to the Taiwanese Foxconn Company which was founded in 2008 and has its head office in Kutna Hora and represents the strongest employer in the area. The main purpose of this thesis is to show the impact of Foxconn Company on Czech labour market and the situation of the rate of unemployment in district Kutna Hora between 2005 and 2010. Conclusion part includes a few recommendations.

Valuation of the company Třinecké železárny, a.s.

Main objective of this thesis is to estimate the approximate value of the company Třinecké železárny, a.s. on the date 13. 5. 2011 based on three methods. The valuation will be realized according FCFF and EVA method within yield methods and the third way will be applied the accounting method. Valuation according these methods is designed for owners and management in order to determine the value of the company after economic recession and for potential investor. The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part deals with the principles, financial indicators and process of individual valuation methods. The practical part gives the answer for the estimated value of the company.

Design of rehabilitation of selected parts of the sewer network in Valašské Meziříčí

The aim of this master´s thesis was design of rehabilitation of selected parts of the sewer network in Valašské Meziříčí. The work is divided into several parts. The first part is a description of the preliminary research based on appointments with the operator of the sewer network. The second section describes the basic information on the assessment of the sewer network. In the third part, the evaluation of technical and operational conditions according to ČSN EN 13 508. This section was supplemented by creation of supportive software program in Microsoft Office Excel, which is based on the proposed TNV 756905. In the next part the environmental assessment was performed digging and trenchless technology and then selected a possibility representative to design of selected parts. The fifth and sixth section contains technical and economic evaluation designed technology. A final section deals with the choosing optimal rehabilitation technologies for the design of selected parts of the sewer network.

The Laffer Curve and Its Verification

The thesis deals with a conception of the Laffer curve. It shows up economic chain of events of the Laffer curve origin. The conception is upgraqded by administrative costs of tax collection, thesis put into the connection tax rate and tax efficiency through this way. Further, there is checked by statistical software relation between tax yield and tax rate. There is also made quantification of administrative costs of the tax collection.

This paper God's Trinity from the Feminist Perspective is a try to draw direction and basic contours of feminist renewal of metaphorical speech about the Holy Trinity. The author draws especially from works of Cathryne M. LaCugna and Elisabeth A. Johnson. Target of the paper is to investigate feminist starting points and inclusive images as means of reviving trinitarian faith for present time. Deconstruction of Latin trinitarian theology of Sv. Augustine and Tomas Aquinas aimed at critique of detachment of immanent and economic Trinity in their works forms a basis for reconstruction of metaphorical speech on St. Trinity in metaphors of wisdom, friendship and perichoretic relation. The comparison of development of a capital adequacy in chosen banks during the period of crisis in years 1997 and 2008.

This Bachelors thesis tries to introduce one of the most important indicator in banking sector -- capital adequacy. Text is aimed for a progress of a capital adequacy in chosen banks within Czech banking system during the period of crisis in years 1997 and 2008. Also it compares the steps taken by the banks in order to minimize negative impact of the crisis. Conclusion if steps in question were right or wrong is left for the reader. Analysis results from commonly known and available data and the assessment comes from the expected knowledge of a third class student of an University of Economics.

University of Economics in Prague graduates in labour market

This thesis is focused on labour market integrtation problems of graduates of University of Economics in Prague (UoE). The theoretical part shows advantages and disadvantages of graduate status, presents current trends in employment of graduates and offers known methods how to subsidy an assertion based on cooperation between academic and entrepreneurial area. The practical part issues from findings acquired by process of the theoretical part. This part is based on data analysis among influaential companies cooperating with UoE concernig actual percieved grade of the graduates from UoE and on data analysis of satisfaction with this cooperation systém. Last part is oriented on factual recommendations for behalving the assertion of graduates from UoE.

A nation lives as long as its cultural monuments

The Nazi occupation of the territory of Bohemia and Moravia, the creation of Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia and subsequent events are without any doubt one of the fundamental themes of the Czech historiography. In last decades the Czech historiography brought near and analyzed the basic principles of the ocupation politics, position of the Protectorare of Bohemia and Moravia within the Grossgerman Empire, clarified the social and economic relations, integration to mechanism of the Nazi economy, outlined the principles of collaboration, restistance, racial and political persecution, the proportion of individuals and groups on this crimes. On the other hand, it very rarely touched the research of methods of spoliation of cultural assets on the territory of Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. This Doctoral Thesis retlects the need to clarify methods, technical, personal and legislative framework of spoliations of moveable art assets of the enemies of National Socialist Regime in Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia, bring closer in a certain chronological and factual order and capture of spoliation methods. KOMPARACE TEORIÍ KARLA ENGLIŠE S TEORIEMI RAKOUSKÉ ŠKOLY

Karel Engliš (1880-1961) patřil v období první republiky k významným ekonomům své doby.Pro odvozování ekonomických teorií vychází z Kantovské filosofie. Vedle kauzálního přístupu k vědě, který se používá při vědách přírodních, a přístupu normativního staví přístup teleologický, ze kterého logicky odvozuje ekonomické teorie. Engliš vychází z rakouské školy při odvození teorie hodnoty a relativní ceny. Na stranu druhou odmítá základní pilíře této školy, metodologický subjektivismus a částečně i individualismus. Liší se také rozdílným přístupem k nákladům, to je také důvodem, proč byl odpůrcem teorie nákladů obětované příležitosti rakouské školy.
