Blažík, Radek ; Šťastný, Petr (advisor) ; Chlapek, Dušan (referee)
The purpose of this thesis is to discover in what scale freeware project management tools are used in the Czech Republic. The specific goal of this thesis is to verify whether these two hypotheses are true: Freeware project management tools are not used by majority of organizations in the Czech Republic. Freeware project management tools do not reach the functionality level of commercial software. This objective is achieved firstly by making a survey in the whole state scale in the field of information and communication technology and secondly by evaluating the most widely used freeware project management tools, based on the survey, by their functionality level and by considering their ability to replace commercial software. The contribution of this thesis is to discover the actual state of project management tools usage in the Czech Republic, to introduce these facts to the companies at this market and to define the functionality level of presently used freeware project management tools. The structure of this thesis is based on three parts. The first part refers to general information about project management such as its terms, usage, processes, factors that affect goals of a project, methodologies and tools. The second part involves the analysis of project management tools usage in the Czech Republic. The third part provides the most widely used freeware project management tools evaluation analysis.

Tisucká, Beáta ; Czumalo, Vladimír (advisor) ; Lapka, Miloslav (referee)
Landscape, language, man - a culturological study Abstract The first part of this study views some of the contributions involving landscape theme. One of them analysis water element in landscape as the symbol of the human imagination and unconsciousness. Symbols, meanings and their creating are the most important human ability; this is the typicall quality for the human kind. In opposition to culture and its network of meanings exist nature and wildness that represent primary world without artificial interferences. At the present time this primary world can be nearly experienced in forest, where no loud meanings and hypertrofic symbols disturb us. Thus forests have an important function for reanimating and purification of human culture. An interesting mention of forest aesthetics from foerster H. von Salisch shows how creative and beatiful can the forest managering or landscape managering be. Next part references to space and to relationship between a subject (man) and its space. In generally meaning we can use the term environment. Each man needs to identificate with his living environment and he also needs to understand its meaning. According to Martin Heidegger's phenomenological philosophy we use term habitation. Habitation means existence in human way - each man lives between sky and ground. Ancient...

Charvátová, Alena ; Kračmar, Bronislav (advisor) ; Hošková, Blanka (referee) ; Jandová, Soňa (referee)
: The content of the following thesis was to determine whether locomotion through the shoulder girdle in our case, kayaking and paddling simulator, made the same timing of muscle involvement. Muscle loops run in a diagonal character and chaining muscle groups depending on the imposition of puncta fixa, proximal or distal . Locomotion research provided through the shoulder girdle will be made at kayaking, which is typical for this locomotion. Movement is carried trunk muscles, shoulders and upper limbs. There is, however, also activate the muscles of the lower limbs, motion pattern is becoming global and it also serves to link with the ship. The research objective was to determine the content of the kinesiology of movement while the frame forward to kayaking gear, and its comparison with other types of locomotion made through the shoulder girdle. According to the timing of muscle involvement can specify a "reference framework map of coordinating locomotion. Successive order to evaluate differences in timing of muscle involvement in different types of activities and determine the effectiveness of their use as training resources for performance paddlers. Electromyographycaly we watched the activity of selected muscles in repeated actions: typical human locomotion braiding shoulder, while kayaking and...

Cultural Activities of Visually Impired People
Mračková, Petra ; Neudörflová, Jana (advisor) ; Slabyhoudová, Barbora (referee)
My Bachelor's thesis work discusses cultural activities of visually impaired people. My work has to offer explanation to questions, which sighted person can pose with connection of cultural activities of visually impaired people or to questions, which visually impaired person can pose to himself - can visually impaired person create, can feel an art, does need art for his life? We cannot hear and read much often about haptic exhibitions and visually impaired person is not seen much often at common exhibitions. I consider about this problem in my work. I can claim partial evaluation of situation that refers an offer of cultural activities of visually impaired people. Cultural activities has according to my opinion an inconsiderable effect to handicapped people and are very important for them. From all those findings appears discovery about need of person to create and picture. Visually impaired people has the same needs and their creativy, need not to be affected with visual deffect. And need not to be restricted, if we offer an involvement to different kinds of cultural activities and make an accessible art with the help of modern technical instuments and sensitively creation of cultural and educational programs. Comparing tractors and motorized vehicles transport systems with swap bodies in agricultural businesses engaged in primary production.
DVOŘÁK, Tomáš
There are two transport systems used by agricultural businesses engaged in primary production. These are transport systems involving tractors and motorized vehicles. Transport systems involving tractors are made up of motorized vehicles and vehicles that are Toled Grand Super , or more specifically, a motor vehicle plus one or more vehicles that are towed along. A motorized vehicle refers to an agricultural traktor John Deere 6620. Motorized transport systems are comprised of Lorries Tatra 815 Agro. A lorry can only have one additional vehicle connected to itself. The transport systems mentioned above can be used in agricultural businesses engaged in primary production along with similar or identical productions. Motorized transport systems used in agricultural primary production are in the majority of cases applied to additional productions. This is the given transport system framework, which can be setup with adaptations for various uses. It therefore follows that the possibilities of comparing transport systems using universal undercarriages are increased. Expenditure associated with these transport systems, are easily compared. It is also possible to easily compare transport systems involving tractors with motorized transport systems as long as there is no need for more vehicles connected to them. It is obvious that the use of motorized transport systems for longer distances is preferable to transport systems involving tractors. Expenses for every driven kilometre with the comparable transport systems show a significant difference in cost. This difference is 36,85 Kč. On the other hand, it is preferable to use tractors for shorter distances involving a larger amount of material. he cost of one tonne of material transported is different about 11,55 Kč.

Lost sex: multilocus DNA evolution the hybrid fish complex C.taenia (Teleostei)
Choleva, Lukáš ; Janko, Karel (advisor) ; Mikulíček, Peter (referee) ; Hulva, Pavel (referee)
12 General summary "It is unwise to intrude the suggestion of parthenogenesis, even of a modified sort, into vertebrate literatures. The phenomenon is so at variance with what is known and beleived about vertebrates development that I am sure no vertebrate morphologists would admit for a moment that the natural development from egg to sexual maturity of an individual vertebrate without the direct inclusion of the male element is within the realm of probability", reacted the morphologist Howell (1933. Science 77: 389-390) sarcastically on the discovery of the first recognized asexual vertebrate, a live-bearing fish Poecilia formosa (Hubbs et Hubbs 1932. Science 30: 628-630). "The examples of parthenogenesis has been reported in almost all vertebrate groups," (Lampert 2008. Sexual Development 2: 290-301). The ongoing effort to explain the widespread occurrence of sexual reproduction among animals is often called the "queen of problems in evolutionary biology", and there is still no consensus regarding the explanation. Simultaneously, asexual reproduction exists among some animals. Here, the 'asexuality' refers to any reproductive process that does not involve sex (Mendelian meiosis is mising), except self-fertilization. One individuum produces a progeny genetically identical to its parent, except those sites...

The female element in Hebrew biblical and postbiblical commentaries
Dubinová, Terezie ; Sadek, Vladimír (advisor) ; Oliverius, Jaroslav (referee) ; Šedinová, Jiřina (referee)
In the Introduction (pgs.7-8) the following aims ofthe work are formulated: - to inform about the process of the change inside Judaism, especially the changing interpretation ofwoman and female element in the essential document of Judaism- Tanach, - to refer to involving this change into the wider process ofthe female element transformation in the universa! Conscience and consequently in the science (feminist theology, Bible Studies) and real everyday life of contemporary people, - and to contribute to that change at the same time. Part I. Methodology (pgs. 9-28) briefly deals with the feministic methodology, i.e.approach of feminist scientists, biblists, historians, literary theorists to the text of the Hebrew Bible (Tanach), their conclusions, premises and criticism. Rabbinical methodology is not dealt here, because this has been done in the diploma work. We are dealing with the definition of the term patriarchy as it will be often used in this thesis. The chapter The Jewish Feminism (pgs. 20-24) characterizes different attitude seeking the change of Judaism, its doctrine and religious law, based on the example of two important Jewish feminist scientists, Judith Plaskow and Blu Greenberg. The Part I ends with formulating our own research views (Ann Belford Ulanov's term) and giving several...
