111 SUMMARY INSTRUMENTS OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION IN CZECH LAW Tereza Fiedlerová This graduation thesis is concentrated on the main categories of instruments applied within environmental policy, such as legal, conceptual, economic and penal instruments. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter presents an introduction to the issue, it deals with the categories of instruments used for the protection of environment on international, European and Czech level. The second chapter is focused on particular administrative (legal) instruments which constitute the basis of every system of environmental protection. They are mainly represented by general legal rules and individual administrative acts such as bans, permits, authorizations and obligations. The third chapter covers the conceptual instruments (policy tools). The aim of these instruments is to contribute to the improvement of the state of the environment. Conceptions, programs, projects and plans present an expert, long term frame conceived documents, emphasized either on the environment in general, or some of its components ( e.g. air, water, soil, rocks, live organisms, ecosystems or energies). This Diploma Thesis deals with financial market in the Czech Republic and selected prospects of its future development. The author concentrates his analyses on following four areas: 1. Missing Central Securities Depository, 2. Act on Supervision on the Financial Market, 3. Introduction of Euro in the Czech Republic, and 4. Establishment of a Financial Ombudsman. The structure of the thesis is divided into two parts. The first part provides a brief description of the financial market, instruments of the financial market and subjects of the financial market. The second part analyses future prospects of the financial market in the Czech Republic as detailed above. There are three appendices attached: no. 1: Chart detailing position of SCP (Prague Securities Centre) on the capital market, no. 2: Indicative timetable of Czech Republic joining the Euro and no.3: List of questions for public discussion regarding Act on Supervision on the Financial Market. The thesis inquires into the introduction of information and telecommunication technologies to Czech and European curricular documents. Together with the introduction of this educational area the thesis focuses also on the subject of key competencies. On the basis of the above mentioned fadts the practical part concentrates on the application of the new teaching objectives to the system of elementary e d u c a t i o n . Action r e s e a r c h e x a m i n e s possibilities and paths that lead to reaching the defined objectives and to creation of selected key competencies of fifth grade pupils in the subject "Information and communication technologies".

Relationship between CASE tools and integrated development environments

This bachelor thesis concentrates on relationship between CASE tools and integrated development environments. In the center of concern are CASE tools which support UML notation and automatic generation of source code from UML diagrams to Java object oriented programming language. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. First part concentrates on basic introduction to theory of CASE tools. There we also discuss the utilization of CASE tools in various parts of project, which dealt with creation of information system. In first part is also proposed simplification of projects life cycle to meet creation of simple programs. Theoretical part of thesis continues with brief explanation of object oriented approach and brief description of Java object oriented programming language. The fist part of thesis is ended by brief introduction to UML and there is also description of most important diagrams, which are basis used to generate program code. Second part of this bachelor thesis is concentrated on comparison of several UML CASE tools, which are free for non - commercial use. The comparison is realized through simple exemplary program, which is worked up in each CASE tool. The solution contains basic UML diagrams created in each CASE tool and also generating of source code from these diagrams. In this thesis is also presentation of each CASE tool's reverse engineering and round -- trip engineering support In the epilogue of this bachelor thesis is summary of contribution of using CASE tools to help realize simple programs.

Fundamental and Technical Analysis of Stock Komerční banka

The Bachelor's thesis deals with the fundamental and technical analysis of stock Komerční banka. After the introduction I concentrate on fundamental analysis, specifically global fundamental, sector fundamental and firm fundamental analysis in which I apply certain models in order to determine the intrinsic value of stock Komerční banka. In the next chapter of the thesis I concentrate on technical analysis of stock Komerční banka, I gradually concentrate on charts, chart's formations and technical indicators in order to determine a suitable time for purchase or sale of stock. The last chapter summarizes the results of both analyses and investment recommendations.

Managing of the change in the nursing care in The Regional hospital Kolin,a.s.

The dissertation is devoted to the introduction process of changes in the directing of nursing care in the pilot program of the Continual increasing of the quality in the neurological department of the Regional hospital in Kolin, a.s. In the preamble of my magister work, I deal with theoretical informations, which are very important for understanding of the processus of the changes in practice. I generally deal with the quality of the health care and with the models how to direct the quality of the health care. I compare if there is a difference in the protests of the staff against the changes in the health care and in some industry branches. The theoretical part of my work is concentrated to the quality model of the Continual increasing, to the problems in its introduction into practice and to the barriers against its realisation in practice. The practical part of my work is devoted to the methods of diagnostics of the organisation, which were used in the process of the direction of the changes. The main part of the work is in the analysis of the situation, which has become the starting point for the direction of the changes in the nursing care. First volume of new, third series of the project on Documents on Czechoslovak Foreign Policy contains documents from May to December 1945. The documents concentrate mainly the restoration of postwar-Czechoslovakia, Czechoslovak-Soviet relations (mainly cession of Subcarpathian Ruthenia), Czechoslovak-Polish conflict on Teschen, relief of UNRRA and another question. Documents are published including historical and editorial introduction, list of documents, English summaries of documents and name index.

The Bachelor's Thesis is concerned with Web 2.0 phenomenon. It defines meaning of this phenomenon and submits its features and characteristics : change in comunication system, freedom of content editing, content created mostly by its users, reputation systems, conversions of desktop applications to web services. It concentrates on technology background of web services, particularly AJAX, Adobe Flex, Silverlight. It focuses on designs, that were starting point for Web 2.0 and uses them to show principles of the whole concept. Selected designs examples were : community servers MySpace and Facebook, search engine Google with its additional services, video sharing server Youtube, bookmark server del.icio.us, content sharing server digg.com, the free encyclopedia Wikipedia, personalised internet radio and music encyclopedia last.fm. The work continues by describing current situation in the Czech Republic. In the end the paper summarizes and answers the basic questions asked in the introduction and mentions major obstacles of current development together with their possible solutions.

Diploma thesis Utilization of weekly diary for developing personal competences of primary school pupils deals with strategies of development of pupils' social and personal competences, namely with fulfilling the chosen goals of personal and social education in primary school. The theoretic part of my thesis proves the meaning of the goals of personal and social education and lists the possibilities of their realisation in primary school. The thesis is farther concerned with the development of the key competences with the help of personal and social education and its methods. I concentrate on the meaning of the individualisation in pupils' education and the means of the development of reflective skills in a heterogenous class. The empirical part is an teacher's action research in its character. It presents a description of an authentically created process of the introduction of Weekly diary method to the work of primary school pupils'. This thesis is focused on the analysis of the global lighting market and the assessment of the current position of the Czech Republic in this market. The first part is devoted to the theoretical introduction in the field of lighting technology. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the relation between lighting market and energy sector, especially with regard to energy efficiency policy. The market analysis is concentrated primarily on general lighting, which forms the largest and the most important lighting market segment. The development of the Czech lighting market is then discussed in the context of the global as well as the European market. Additionally, the thesis includes analysis of current trends in lighting technology and research conducted among manufacturers of lighting.
