Zároveň obsahuje výčet možností pořízení účetního software nejen pro malé společnosti, rozebírá a hodnotí problémy výběru a implementace účetního programu, které se vyskytují v praxi u konkrétních podniků. Může sloužit jako základní návod pro malé firmy, které se rozhodly pro koupi a instalaci nového ekonomického software.

The occurrence of the HW element in Welsh English

The aim of this diploma thesis is to investigate the accent realizations of the initial consonant in wh- words in Welsh English. The theoretical background of this study deals with the development of Welsh language and its interactions with the British standard variety. Together with the previously mentioned the phonological inventories of Welsh, RP, and Welsh English are described in the first part. We further analyzed the development of the <hw> element in the British Isles in general. The research part of this study is concerned with the analysis of the data from 20 speakers of Welsh English. Three speech styles were used for the final analysis: spontaneous speech (informal style), isolated words (formal style) and reading of Cinderella (formal style). Signal-to-noise ratio and voicing of the <hw> segments were measured in order to discover the occurrence and the nature of the <hw> element. The lowest levels of harmonicity were measured in segments that were obtained from the formal reading style. The highest levels were measures in the spontaneous speech tokens. Younger speakers showed higher levels of harmonicity than older speakers. The results of the male and the female participants were different in each type. Calculation of the Credit Value at Risk

Thesis describes calculation of the credit value at risk for portfolio composed of traditional bank loans. The risk is measured by incurred expected and unexpected losses at the end of some time horizon. Thesis is splitted into two parts - theoretical part and computational part. The most known and most widely used models are described in the first part, in conjunction with definition of their main input parameters - probability of default, exposure at default, loss given default and correlation between debtors. Detailed theoretical description of two chosen methods comes after - CreditMetrics method and Vasicek's method. The examined portfolio is characterized in the computational part, along with other input parameters, essential for evaluation. Then model implementation into software Mathematica is described, evaluation run and the results. Eventually both methods are compared.

Implementation of the digital archive in multinational company

The goal of this work was to process the problematic of the digital archive -- implementation of the digital archive into the payroll system include completion analysis of effectiveness. A part of this diploma work includes detailed analysis of the effectiveness of the digital archive used in the company with the international activity, from its benefits till its cost that relate with the implementation of the digital archive. In the work it is described the problematic with the implementation itself in praxis, it is explaining the digital archive from the technological aspect in detail, even from the users side. It is described the process of extensive analysis of the digital archive in the company and comparing with the manual archiving of the data, with the help of the multi-criteria decision making. The goal was to find out if the implementation of the digital archive has got such a proofing value and met the expectation of all ADP managers. For the calculation there was used the method the determination of the weight of certain criteria and the levels of realization. The method was used for analyzing of the benefits, analyzing of the cost came from actual measurable units. Then there were used three methods for the comparison of the costs and incomes: creation of the quotient of costs and incomes, the graphical scheme of costs and incomes and transformation of the costs into incomes and defining the value of benefits. This whole process of calculation was repeated twice. In the first part there were used my own experience and knowledge and the weight was chosen by my opinion. Then In the second part there was used a question-form that was given to the German clients.

Personality Typology of Ice Hockey Player

Název diplomové práce: Osobnostní typologie hráče ledního hokeje Název diplomové práce v angličtině: Persona! typology ofice hockey player Cíl práce: Cílem práce je zdokumentovat rozdíly v temperamentu hráčů ledního hokeje juniorské kategorie z hlediska jejich role, výkonnosti, věku a úrovně ligy kterou hrají. Metoda řešení: Zkoumaný vzorek tvořilo 5 družstev z 1. juniorské hokejové ligy a 5 družstev z extraligy juniorů. Hráčům byl předložen Eysenckův osobnostní dotazník (EPI), který byl vyhodnocen standartním způsobem. Získané hodnoty extraverze a neuroticismu byly z hlediska statistické významnosti srovnávány v hlediscích výkonnosti (reprezentant- extraligový hráč - prvoligový hráč), úrovně ligy (extraliga- l.liga), věku a specifické role hráčů (útočník - obránce - brankař) ve statistickém programu CNSS 6.0. Jako statistická metoda pro srovnání hodnot byla použita MANOVA analýza. Výsledky: Statisticky významné rozdíly v hodnotách extraverze a neuroticismu určujících temperament hráče jsme zaznamenali při srovnání hráčů z hlediska úrovně ligy kterou hrají a jejich výkonnosti. Statisticky nevýznamné rozdíly v hodnotách extraverze a neuroticismu JSme zaznamenali při srovnání hráčů z hlediska jejich role a věku. The Influence of Acral Setting on the Activation of Muscles in Upper Limbs and Trunk - According to R. Brunkow's Method

Title: The influence of acral settings on the activation of muscles in upper limbs and trunk, according to R. Brunkow's method. Aim: The aim of experimental study was to record the electric activity of particular museles in upper limbs and in the area oftrunk at various angular acra settings and during the activity ofgiven force on the root ofthe arm by means ofsurficial electromyography. Methods: First, bibliographic search was completed. Theoretical knowledge on R. Brunkow's methods, neurophysiological principles of motion management, functional anatomy of arm, functional biomechanics of arm joints and electromyography is summarized in the opening part. Then a random group of probands was selected. Consequently anamnestic date was gained and approximated kinesiological analysis was carried. Afterwards, a record of electrical activity of particular muscles by means of surficial electromyography was created. Every examined person was measured three times; at isometrie contraction 30ř and 70ř of dorsal flexion in wrist and at 70ř of dorsal flexion in wrist and parallel force of 40 N on the root of the arm. Business environment in the Czech Republic

The thesis deals with the quality of business environment of the Czech Republic, nevertheless, the main goal of the thesis is to evaluate the current system of the export support. Firstly, the opening chapter attempts to define the term business environment theoretically, after that it puts forward the possibilities of quantifying the quality of this indicator and then summarizes its evolution specifically in the Czech Republic. The second chapter is particularly devoted to the system of economic diplomacy in the Czech Republic and concentrates primarily on the support of export as a part of national business support programs. In this context, the thesis analyses in full detail the Export Strategy of the Czech Republic for the period 2012-2020, its updated version of 2016 and also how defined goals are met on an ongoing basis. The final part provides the export survey carried out within small and medium-sized enterprises. This survey evaluates whether the system of the state export support is generally known and used within this segment.

Thesis "Financial analysis firm Hotel, Ltd." is aimed at assessing the financial situation of the company for the period 2012-2015 on the basis of basic information about the company and the data from the financial statements. In this work are used basic financial analysis methods such as analysis of absolute, differential and ratios. At the end of the practical part are then applied a comprehensive evaluation methods aimed at using one number to comprehensively to characterize the financial situation of the company. The aim of this work is to describe the resulting value analysis, to assess the development results achieved over time and compare them with average values in the industry.

The practical part is aimed to analyze the completed achievement tests and questionnaires by students of business academies and interpretation of the results with subsequent own proposals for the integration of cross-curricular curriculum Man and the world of work into the educational system in economic fields of education.
