Business Plan for Privat Practice

My graduation theses deal with the role of a midwife in providing health care. All necessities for establishing a private practice are discussed. The private practice should provide educational and advisory activities during pregnancy, confinement and care for newborn babies. The goal of my theses is to show the possibilities of establishing a private practice on the basis of a prepared business plan. The theoretical part deals with the role of a midwife in providing health care. Analyses and individual prerequisites for the implementation of an entrepreneurial intention are presented. The practical part is divided into two parts - an analytical part and business plan itself. The enterprise surroundings has been analyzed resulting in a SWOT analysis. On the basis of these analyses a business plan has been made, the structure of which is defined in the theoretical part. The main items of the business plan are: a marketing mix with all necessary steps to raise the demand for offered services and a financial analysis with investment and cost specifications. The main gain of my theses is the formulation of a comprehensive business plan for an entrepreneurial intention of a non-medical worker in health care.

Meditation and Dream in the Work of Czech Artists in the Beginning of the 20th Century

Meditation in the works of the Czech masters in the 20th century The personal imaginations a meditations of artist discovering their spiritual way through the art are mostly the point of this work. Introduction of this work expresses the general problematic of the spiritual streams, which had influenced the visual art, and especially particular groups and streams like for example antroposophy, theosophy or Rosencrucian's philosophy which had directly toutched the artistic activities at the beginning of the 20th century. The real body of my work is the selection from the spiritual oeuvre by the authors Rudolf Adámek and František Bílek who, as a minotity among the artists, followed the way of the Christian mystic which was the common feature of these two artists. My work wants to show the way how the artists hand over the spiritual message of the invisible world and how they corporealize it by means of the painting. Watching of the most inner dreams and longings of the mystic should be used as a mean for better understanding of the art piece and specific symbolic which is used by each artist. Audit of outsourcing

Diploma thesis deals with the topic of external audit of IT services outsourcing and is focused especially on application, infrastructure and support services. The thesis describes audit as an efficient tool for evaluation of third party services and defines its position in quality management inside an organization. Furthermore the thesis deals with differences in project lifecycle as described in PMBOK framework and IT Assurance Guide. The second part of the thesis describes main issues of outsourcing contracts in condition of the Czech Republic and offers a solid overview of solving options. In the last part of the thesis all the described issues are demonstrated on a real case study from the government environment in the Czech Republic.

The work deals with the budget implementation of the town Jablonec nad Nisou in the years 2006 - 2008. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the local government bodies in the Czech Republic, their status, competency, budget management, authorities, budget, extra-budgetary funds, as well as accounting. The practical part is then focused on the city of Jablonec nad Nisou, its history, present and above all implementation of the budget.

The Yugoslav cominformist emigration's group in Czechoslovakia

The thesis deals with the group of the Yugoslav Cominformist (anti-Titoist) émigrés in Czechoslovakia. The basic line of the story is constituted by an analysis of their political activity. At the same time, this topic gaye an opportunity for the microhistorical study, which in general displays several aspects of the communist party dictatorship in Czechoslovakia. especially in its initial period. The events among Yugoslav émigrés as a Communist party cell are explored in detail. The following aspects are pursued: Methods and processes of the decision-making and controlling; the relations between the emigrant' s group and the central bodies of CP of Czechoslovakia; the behaviour and thinking patterns of the Party militants and functionaries; the relations between Czechoslovak communists and their foreign protégés. Analysing the situation when the emigranťs group was confronted with a different host environment, it was possible to portray the diversity of mentalities, stereotype s and political and cultural traditions of the two national communist movements. Legal conduct of individual forms of business companies

Legal Act of particular forms of business companies ABSTRACT This thesis goes into integrated problems of legal act of business companies, as in general term - with the outline of philosophical and conceptual aproaches to this subject and with the explanation of basic concepts of legal act and business companies, as especially in term of legal act allowance of business companies in Czech rule of law, with the reference to the upcoming re-codification of private law that will also affect the selected subject. The first part of the thesis introduces the reader into the problem of legal ct of business companies and the reader is equipped with the necessary knowledge of approaches and basic concepts that refer to the given problems, as in term of current Czech rule of law, as in historical and philosophical term, whereby it presents the wider view of the mentioned subject to the reader. The second part of the thesis goes into the legal act of business companies in the Czech rule of law, resp. in general term, when the given problems strike upon all business companies. It explains two basic forms of possible legal act of business companies - resp. the direct act of statutory body and the representation. The Caucasian Jews

Diploma thesis "The Caucasian Jews"deals with the population of Jews in the area of Caucasus. The thesis is focused on the history with emphasis on the Khazar period and also deals with the issue of constituent Jewish groups to present situation, concentrated on the Mountain Jews. The diploma work concentrates all available sources and tries to create the comprehensive treatise focused on history and development of Jewish population. The beginning is focused on the rarities of the Caucasian region (e.g. very unusual ethnic and language structure) which affect whole population without reference to religion. The next part deals with history and the crucial point is the Khazar Empire and following development of regional Jewish population, including all Jewish groups. I also incorporated the results of the most recent genetic researches that are focused on the connection between Caucasian Jews and Ashkenazim. The last part is fully concentrated on history and folklore of the Mountain Jews that are the largest original group in the region.

The time and problem of fleshliness

This thesis " The time and problem of fleshliness" defines the concept of body as alive phenomenon, so called Pexis. This body is non-objective, and specifical nature of this body is its overrun to the surrounding world. This overrun is made by live experience and there is necessarily time process attached to this experience. This text is comparing this body (Pexis) with objective conception of body which we can observe in postmodern society, the text is focused on reasons and effects of this objective conception. There is the conception of body in this text, which can be spotted in many others acctual problems of todays world.

Mpembe effect - reality or fiction? (Hysteresis by water freezing).

The aim of this thesis was to review theoretically and experimentally so-called Mpemba eect, where the initially hot water freezes sooner than the initially cold one. Based upon already published theoretical and experimental works, a list of circumstances possibly supporting this phenomenon was created and discussed. Some situations were veried experimentally. These experiments were carried out partly in laboratory using small amounts of distilled water (less than 1 ml), partly in "kitchen conditions" using the tap water (about 200 ml) and a commercial home refrigerator. The time of freezing dened by freezing of the entire body of water was measured using the inection points of cooling curves. Unlikely to the Mpemba eect (and likely to the usual expectations), usually the sample of cold water freezes sooner than the hot one. The Mpemba eect occured rarely, mostly when the cooler was covered by the layer of the snow and the hot vessel could melt through it to reach better thermal contact than the cold vessel. Other observed cases were mostly inconclusive.

Auditing of the Supreme Audit Office de lege ferenda

This rigorous thesis (thesis) deals with a legal regulation of the supreme audit institution on our territory. The task of the Supreme Audit Office is to verify whether the public authorities (the bodies executing public authority) manage public resources in accordance with the legal regulation and adequately, economically and effectively. The results of the activities of the Supreme Audit Office are the so-called audit conclusions. In view of the fact that the Supreme Audit Office has not been endowed with executive powers, these results of its activities do not lead directly to remedial action. The Supreme Audit Office provides chiefly feedback on the management of the state authorities to the Parliament of the Czech Republic, government, controlled person or body and also to general public since the audit conclusions are published. By way of its activities it contributes to stability and positive development of the state, therefore it is important to establish a suitable legal framework enabling the supreme audit institution to be endowed with sufficient competence and powers for proper fulfilling its goals.
