Precise monitoring vertical deflection of bridge structures using method of ground radar interferometry

The contactless determination of vertical deformations of bridge structures with accuracy up to 0.01 mm in real time can also be used in practice the technology of ground based radar interferometry. It is also possible in real time to capture oscillations of the object with a frequency up to 50 Hz. Deformations can be determine simultaneously in multiple places of the object, for example a bridge structure at points distributed on the bridge deck at intervals of one or more meters. This allows to obtain both overall and detailed information about the behavior of the structure during the dynamic load and monitoring the impact of movements either individual vehicles or groups. In addition to the necessary theory are given practical examples.

Based on the results of our study, we concluded that the degree of brachial artery flow endothelium-dependent dilatation is difficult to evaluate using predefined cut-off points as a single-measurement screening test to indicate endothelial dysfunction. On the contrary, the variation of endothelial function after a defined stimulus (dietary, medication) examined at a predefined interval using an identical protocol can help to assess enhanced or reduced efficacy of endothelium-dependent vasodilatation. In the next study, we demonstrated that a high-fat load applied at a single dose does not significantly affect brachial artery vasoreactivity in young, healthy volunteers after four weeks of low- and high-fat diets. In contrast with atherosclerosis, the effect of hypercholestrolemia on adhesive molecule levels has been a source of controversy. We demonstrated that 3-month therapy with fluvastatin does not decrease cICAM-1 levels despite normalization of cholesterol levels. The implication is cholesterol may not induce endothelial activation by the initial upregulation of this adhesive molecule. Water and sediment chemistry of fluvial lakes of the Elbe River

The presented paper aims at the problems of fluvial lakes in middle course of the Elbe River which has been influenced by the human activity since the Middle Ages. The oxbow lakes which are extremely precious ecosystems contributing to the stability of the river ecosystem show not only the changes of the course of the Elbe River. With regard to sedimenting a great amount of pollutants, these lakes also tell about the industrial pollution to which the river was exposed mainly in the second half of the 20th century due to insufficient precautions on industrial sources causing contamination. 5 cut lakes between Hradec Králové and Mělník have been studied within this research. These lakes differ in the intensity of communication with the river, in the distance from significant sources of industrial pollution and in the use of nearby land. The research included morphometric and bathymetric measures, observation of hydrological regime, seasonal measures in the water column and regular analysis of surface water samples. Profiles of sediments in the length that the used technology allowed were sampled, so that older anthropogenic load could be found out. The influence of pasture system and pasture exploitation on sward structure and soil properties

The aim of the thesis is an influence of a grazing method and a frequency of grazing and the influence of grassland load on its composition and the soil enviroment. The basis is a literature rewiew which contains a brief outline of productive and nonproductive function of permanent grasslands, grazing systems, influence of individual livestock on grassland formation and ecological conditions influencing composition of a permanent grassland. The experimental part was performed at Carlsbad region near a village named Fojtov. The experiment includes botanical images of three different grazings, cattle, horse and sheep. At these grazings were made three observations, on the 27th of April 2012, on the 15th of June 2012 and on the 13th of September 2012. At the cattle grazing were made observations at three different growth types, at the sheep grazing were made at two different growth types considering a slope of grassland and on the horse grazing was made one observation. Obtained informations were used for calculation of species diversity indices (Simpsons and Hills) and for water regime of site. A part of the practical part was also to calculate overall grazing load for a grazing period and the grazing load for each grazing cycle.

Concrete structure of railway platform

The bachelor´s work is has engeaged of the concept of a roof load-bearing construction of the railway covered platform. It is concernerd of a momolithic ferroconcrete scelet construction with a console panel. The weighting is put over to separate footing. The summary of the bachelor’s work is based upon dimenzation and designing elements of load-bearing construction accordance with ultimate limit state. Result of the each static calculation is design of armature .

The Problem of Creches in Pre-School ad Basic Education

Bachelor´s work concerns problems of children´s home in nursery and basic school pedagogy background. Work is devided into three parts. The first part is theoretical part, the second part is practical and the third part includes enclosures. In the first part I observed family typology. Additionaly I describe changes in a view of child and its childhood.There is a chapter called pedagogy where I talk about difficulties of upbringing and education sciences.Other chapter is about history of maltreated and abused children. I observe substitute family care and institutional care as a short describtion of possibilities and uncertainties for children from children´s home. Practical part contains research of ages group at schools in Pribram region. My aim is determine differencis among teachers view of children from children´s home. I make an inquiry how often teachers meet children from children´s home. There are photos of children from research places in encloser. There is questionnaire too.

It consists of brief introduction to crankshaft torsion and dampers, basic analysis of crank vibrations including crank natural frequencies calculation and analytic verification of torsional vibration stress. It contains also a concept of rubber damper and verification of crankshaft with mounted damper.

Japanese particles "ni" and "de"

Partikule jsou nepostradatelným pojivem v japonské větě, mezi jejímiž členy slouží vztahotvorně. Pádové partikule ( , kakudžoši) přibližně odpovídají v českém jazyce skloňování jmen, případně jmennému spojení s příslušnou předložkou, či spojkám. Stejně jako celá japonština se i funkce partikulí vyvíjely, obsah této práce by však měl odpovídat modernímu, spisovnému jazyku. Pádové partikule ni a de mají každá několik funkcí. Některé jsou evidentně rozdílné, některé mohou být pro nerodilého mluvčího zdánlivě zaměnitelné. Právě objasnění těchto otázek, co se týče nezaměnitelnosti partikule ni a de, je motivem následujících stránek. Kapitoly popisující funkce partikule ni a de sestávají z kategorií (seřazených přibližně dle frekvence použití), jejich popisu, případných výjimek a upřesňujících informací a také z konkrétních příkladů. Ty jsou uvedeny v japonštině, české transkripci a s českým překladem, který je shodný s česky psaným zdrojem, nebo je vytvořený přímo z japonského znění, či je přeložený s přihlédnutím k anglickému překladu. Část o problematických případech naznačuje rozdíly v jazykovém myšlení českého a japonského mluvčího. V komparativní části se snažím ukázat na osvědčených případech, jakým způsobem ovlivňuje použití jedné či druhé partikule smysl výpovědi. Tato práce vychází z gramaticky...

Guild of cultivators of glass - Polevsko, Falknov. Foundation and activity

Předkládaná rigorózní práce Je doplněním poznatků, které byly zapsány v magisterské práci týkající se polevsko-falknovského cechovního zřízení. Magisterská práce byla obhájena v lednu 2006 na katedře Pomocných věd historických a archivního studia Filozofické fakulty Unizerzity Karlovy Praha. Původní práce byla doplněna nejen o načtenou literaturu, ale především o kapitolu týkající se cechovní a sklářské legislativy od konce 17. století do počátku 19. století. Rigorózní práce se snaží zachytit vznik, činnost a vývoj cechů zušlechťovatelů skla na Českolipsku se zaměřením na polevsko-falknovský cech. V jejím rámci jsem porovnala jednotlivá cechovní privilegia zušlechťovatelů skla v obcích Polevsko a Falknov, Kamenický Šenova Chřibská. Snažila jsem se také zachytit počty mistrů, tovaryšů a učňů v polevsko-falknovském cechu a zjistit, z kterých konkrétních obcí členové cechu pocházeli. Zjišťovala jsem zejména frekvenci a obsah cechovních schůzí, poplatky za vyučení a tovaryšství, za mistrovské zkoušky a dále jsem se snažila podchytit běžný "život" cechu, např. spory, které mezi sebou cechy vedly, jednotlivé stížnosti členů cechovních zřízení, ale i pomoc členů cechu ostatním členům či jejich rodinám, např. při úmrtí. 1 Dále jsem se zaměřila na legislativu, která vycházela z centrálních institucí a týkala se jak...
