Chuchvalcová, Eliška ; Švecová, Lenka (advisor) ; Horníková, Monika (referee)
The main goal of this work is to provide managers with complex methodology for the implementation of software supporting customer relationship management. Because the activity is done only occasionally, the methodology is based on theoretical findings of project management which the first part focuses on. The specifics of the multinational company where the software implementation was provided were taken into consideration. The implementation itself is described in chapters corresponding with the theoretical base and prepared project plan as the main implementation document. Described are practical experiences which I gained as the manager responsible for leading the project. During project realisation a number of theoretical findings were confirmed, as well as managers' practical experiences, both positive and negative. Regarding the importance and character of the problems it is expected that similar activity will be repeated in the future. The project provides information on how to prepare for implementation.

The extent of legal liability of the State for misconduct in the exercise of state powers
Patočka, Vojtěch ; Wintr, Jan (advisor) ; Tryzna, Jan (referee)
In the presented work I study the concept of liability of the State for misconduct in the exercise of state powers. The main aim is to show why this concept needs to be different from the one we know from civil law. The legal relationship between the State and an individual is a relationship that differs from the one we know from civil law, given that it is related to the exercise of power. Therefore we have to construct specific legal conditions in order to find the State liable for damages that an individual may suffer in such a relationship. In the first part I question the main function of the State's liability for damages. I show that it has good influence on the administrative bodies in the way that it forces them to follow the law. On the other hand this influence must not be overestimated. In the next part I study the basic elements and conditions of liability. I work with the domestic law as well as with the liability principles formed by the judicial decisions of the EU Court of Justice. I compare both these systems of liability for damages with regard to how they respond to the specific features of the relationship between a State and an individual. Final part of this work tries to explain why different branches of state power should be treated differently. I show on examples what kind...

Qualitative analysis of Internet chain letter phenomenon
Kozlová, Dana ; Švelch, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Kubíčková, Vladimíra (referee)
Chain letters and e-mails are a form of secondary orality. This work determines chain letters as a type of media and looks for message spreadability. The work discusses chain letters spreadability in terms of memetic theory. And looks for fairy tales motifs. The typology is made from chain letters collected from public databases and those forwarded via e-mails and social networks. It is made by form, theme and origin resulting in at least 9 forms and 17 functions. In various forms and functions their usual characteristics and differences are demonstrated . The order by origin explains some differences in the translated messages. It looks for specifics in Czech messages such as racist themes. From structured interviews the criteria of how recipients divide their chain letters and how they select their recipients was discovered. The work refutes the hypothesis that chain letters are spread only among homogeneous groups. In addition, it verifies that the circulating e-mails do not spread easily just because of effortless forwarding. According to the interviews, the main motive for forwarding is the supposedly positive reaction from the recipient.

The Educational Process in a Waldorf School with a View to the Teaching of the German Language

Comunity of Portuguese Speaking Countries:ideal and reality
Němec, Jan ; NÁHRADNÍ, VEDOUCÍ (advisor) ; NÁHRADNÍ, OPONENT (referee)
This text explores the topic of contemporary relations between lusophone countries, principally at the level of Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries (iComunidade dos Paises de Lingua Portuguesa - CPLP), the international intergovernamental organization founded in 1996 by représentants of seven countries which use Portuguese as official language - Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, Portugal and Sao Tome and Principe - with intention to promote a multidimensional cooperation. The project of CPLP tries to get value from the common past of these countries, to which in 2002 added independent East Timor, that goes to the colonial era. Characteristics of this period are also matter of interest of this essay, including the ideological background of the Portuguese presence in the overseas areas and the process of the abrupt decolonization of the Portuguese Empire are also focused in this text. Being the language the most solid tie between these countries, in addition to mutual cultural influences, the Comunity of Portuguese Speaking Countries tries above all to promote a difusion of the common language in the world and within the participating states. Moreover, among the objectives of the CPLP we can find permanent political-diplomatic concert and cooperation in all the possible fields....
