MASONRY FAMILY HOUSE IN DVORCE

This bachelor thesis focuses on design of detached house with two floors and a basement situated in Dvorce, Bruntal region. The house is situated on a plot number 139/1 in Dvorce. Near the house is located roadway and common infrastructure. In the basement of the house is garage and utility room. In the first floor is a hall, bathroom, kitchen nook, study room, guest room and a living room with terrace. Second floor is designed as a quite space. There is a bath room, toilette, three bedrooms and one of them has its own bathroom. Floor plan is L-shaped with dimensions of 13,85 x 135,35 m. Foundations are made from plain in situ casted concrete. Vertical load bearing structure is made from Porotherm blocks and floor slabs are also made from Porotherm system. The documentation of this project is elaborated with regard to contemporary Czech legislative and standards. Special attention is paid to correct architectural arrangement, correct structural design and secure using of the building.

Detached house, Debolin

The Bachelor thesis topic is a project of a detached house. The house is designed as two storey basementless wooden building with a pitched roof. The 5 bedrooms layout fulfills the design for 4-5 family members. The entrance is situated in the northwest part of the house. From which we get into the hall of which is open to the kitchen and living room, staircase room, utility room, WC and garage for one car, followed by the workroom. On the second floor there are two children's bedrooms, bathroom, WC and livingroom. All of the bedrooms are enterable form the hall and have southern view. It is a wooden building of large-size panels NOVATOP. The roof is supported by NOVATOP.

Revitalization Program of Floral Garden in Kromeriz

The project respects the original conception of the garden to create space closed against surroundings. In the Holland garden I create one building that contains galery, café, bookshop and education center. The groundplan shape results from the axes of the Floral Garden. The Holland Garden is a changing space, variable is the inner disposition of the building as well. In the south part I project glasshouses, outdoor patches, a workshop building, water atractions and a voliere for keeping birds. The groundplan solution of this part goes out from the groundplan of the building in the Holland garden.

Detached house, Štěpánkovice

The Bachelor thesis topic is a project of a detached house. The house design is a two-story wooden building with a pitched roof and no basement. The wooden building is constructed of large panels and the roof is supported by G-N timber trusses. The entrance is situated in the northwest part of the house. Containing six bedrooms, the building layout fullfills the design for 4-6 family members. On the sheltered lee builds vestibule from which we get into the hall. The main hall opens to the kitchen and living room, stairs, and study room. As well, the main haill leads to the master bedroom which has a separate dressing room, bathroom, wash room, and utility room.There is access to the main hallway from the garage and side door. The second floor has three children's bedrooms, bathroom, and wash and dressing rooms. All of the bedrooms are accessible form the second-floor hallway.All of the bedrooms are enterable form the hall and are situated on south side. It is a wooden building of large-size panels. The roof is supported by G-N timber trusses.

Rational decision-making of individual investors in equity markets

This bachelor thesis aims for an intelligible approach so that the reader has an opportunity to understand the possibilities and ways of intelligent investment on the Czech stock market. In the first chapter, focused on theoretical aspects of stock trading, the most important concepts are explained. The second chapter is focused on two basic concepts of rational investment - the margin of safety and diversification and the three main approaches for predicting the development of stock courses - technical, psychological and fundamental analysis. In the third part, one of these methods, fundamental analysis, is applied in a full scale on a stock title, which for our purposes will be represented by the company ČEZ a.s. In the subsections of global, industry and company fundamental analysis, the various factors and their impact on the stock price of ČEZ a. s. are analyzed.

Cultural and educational center

My diploma thesis deals with newly-built cultural and educational centre in the city of Velké Bílovice. The project is conducted at the level of documentation for construction. Building has the Z-shaped construction plan and contains a basement with two common floors. Cultural and educational centre is based on the basement walls of concrete formwork with concrete grout. The basement masonry is followed by concrete prefabricated skeleton with a lining of ceramic fittings of therm type. Horizontal structures are made of prestressed concrete panels Spiroll. The roof is flat with extensive greenery. The main entrance is oriented to the southwest side. Entryway to the lobby is through the hall where is access to all parts of the building. In the lobby there is a reception and main staircase with an elevator. Bar, library, reading room and an office adjoins the hall on the east side. On the west side there are sanitary facilities, dressing room and multipurpose hall. Technical facilities (including room of technology) are placed in the basement. Hall with gallery and sanitary facilities are situated in the central part of the second floor. House offices are functionally separated from the rest of the floor and located on the eastern side. There are also two lecture halls which can be combined into the one single hall on the west side of the building.

Teaching of Atmospheric Sciences within Geography

Teaching of atmospheric sciences within geography Abstract The concepts of meteorology and climatology have become increasingly sought-after by many people. Their popularity probably stems from everyday experience with weather and climate along with discussions about climate change and sustainable development, which all have an impact on our lives. This is also one of the main reasons why they should be included in the curricula of our educational institutions. This paper investigates the representation of climatology and meteorology in school curricula, describing the expected outcomes thereof. A survey was conducted, which implies that 78% of respondents do not include these disciplines in their curricula (SVP) and 48% are dissatisfied with the systems of RVP and SVP. The time scheduled for teaching of meteorological and climatological topics is eight hours on average. During these lessons teachers most often discuss the issues of greenhouse effect, atmosphere and ozone. The curriculum generally lacks a practical approach to the subject matter, which is essential for the skills and future lives of students. Message infrastructure and market analysis

There are considered modern messaging architectonical concepts SOA and EDA in this diploma thesis. There are presented the elementary principals of functioning of these paradigms and principals are given into the wider context with the business processes and IT Governance. The aim of this thesis is to compare two preselected software solutions of the operational monitoring. There is always one solution per architectonical style and predefined comparative criteria. This thesis is divided into five consequential parts. The first part is focused on the putting the modern architectures into the historical context. The historical context is the way out for the modern architectonical styles. The part afterwards is closely focused on the concepts of SOA and EDA, and also on the comparison of the mentioned architectonical styles. There are put the concepts into the connection with business processes and maturity models In the next chapters. That all together has a influence on the successful implementation and governance. The chapters continuously flow into the last theoretical part of the thesis, IT Governance. There are described all the elements connected with the successful IT systems operating based on the paradigm SOA or EDA. The context in the practical part is link to the all these previous chapters. There are selected and described two software solutions in the practical part of this thesis. These solutions are then compared by the predefined criteria. The conclusion summarizes all the knowledge acquired during the paradigm comparison and there are also summarized knowledge acquired during the comparison of selected monitoring products.

The causes and consequences of the mortgage crisis in the USA

The main objects of this diploma thesis are basic trends in the mortgage market in the United States and their role in the current mortgage crisis. As a theoretical background in the first part of this work are mentioned asymetric information with the optimal consumer choice regarding mortgage product and the general theory of the securitization. Practical part continues from the description of the main characteristics of the mortgage to the whole mortgage market and the role of government agencies. Following analysis is concerning the significant tendencies in the past years, which dominates in the mortgage market in the USA. The focus is mainly aimed at the growth of alternative mortgage products in connection with strong home price apreciation. Then the position of mortgage brokers and their role in the subprime sector are discusssed. Subprime sector is analysed as well and then the securitization of mortgages as the main trend in the past years is investigated. The development of the current crisis is the object of the last chapter.
