Mendroková, Eva ; Oehm, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Patěk, Daniel (referee)
THE COLLATION A REGULATION OF FUNDAMENTAL INSTITUTES OF HOUSING COOPERATIVES IN POLAND AND THE CZECH REPUBLIC This work aims to capture qualities and shortcomings of the legislation in one of the important sectors of housing, the cooperative sector, in the context of a comparison of the two national legislations - in the Czech Republic and Poland. In both compared legislations, cooperative has its special character and long-standing tradition, which was introduced immediately in the introductory sections. The cooperative sector is the merit of this work. The issue of housing is always up to date, moreover, in practice we many time encounter with the uncertainties associated with the housing issue. Cooperative law in the area of housing is interesting in particular, with regard to incompleteness, and, in some cases, to insufficiency of Czech legislation, distinguish it from, more or less, consistent realization of housing cooperatives in Poland. Although both legislations have similar sources and traditions, and their characteristic developments, in the field of the law the willingness of legislators to adapt an important part of ensuring significantly differs from the housing requirements of the population. A false portrait of Beatrice Cenci and its influence on art and literature from 18th to 21th century
Polláková, Petra ; Konečný, Lubomír (advisor) ; Lahoda, Vojtěch (referee)
This study examines the rich iconographic tradition of a painting by an unknown artist from the collections of Galleria Nazionale in Rome's Palazzo Barberini. The baroque picture depicting the bust of a young woman wearing a plain white robe and a cloth around the head in the fashion of a turban, was erroneously identified at the end of the 18th century as portrait of the Italian noblewoman Beatrice Cenci, who was executed in 1599 for complicity in the murder of her father Francesco Cenci. As Francesco had been jailed for many crimes and was known for tyrannical treatment of his family, general sympathy went out to Beatrice. She was admired for her beauty and the courage with which she faced imprisonment and torture. The dramatic case was exacerbated by a suspicion raised by the Cenci lawyer that Francesco had sexually abused his daughter Beatrice. Although this suspicion has never been confirmed, it brought Beatrice the aureole of a martyr. General fascination with the lot of the young noblewoman became a romantic legend at the time of Beatrice's imprisonment. In popular oral tradition it lived on for several centuries. In the middle of the 18th century the Cenci story appeared in a popular chronicle, Annali D'Italia, published by the Italian scholar Muratori. In late 18th century, a painting of a young...

PÍCHOVÁ, Petra
Personal assistance (PA) is one of types of comprehensive care of people with health handicap, but it is very special, because client himself chooses type, extent and use of care. Problematics of factors influencing juvenile delinquency
NYKLESOVÁ, Eva
The degree paper deals with the issues of juvenile delinquency and the factors which have impact on the origination of the juvenile delinquency. I have chosen this topic since it is a very serious problem and this phenomenon has been proliferating significantly. The crime in general, especially the juvenile delinquency, is a serious social-pathological phenomenon. Minors who do not reach the limit of criminal liability often became the offenders. In addition, the probability of threatening a young man by social pathological phenomena and his subsequent ``criminal career{\crqq} is currently much higher than ever before. To recognize the occurrence of risk factors among the youth in time it is necessary for the families, teachers, educators and all professionals working with the juveniles to acquire sufficient knowledge, information and experience and be able to work with the factors and fight against them in time. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the term ``youth{\crqq}, the personality of a young delinquent, structure of the juvenile delinquency, analyses of the risk factors which most frequently participate in the occurrence of juvenile delinquency, and outlines the possibilities of intervention against the juvenile delinquency and various kinds of prevention. The research is focused on the occurrence of risk factors among the young respondents and on protective factors and attitudes of the respondents in respect of the juvenile delinquency and the crime at all. Structured interviews were held with the youth which are placed in the reformatory or special correctional institutions in the territory of the Regional of Plzeň. The main objective of the degree paper is to describe the factors which significantly affect the occurrence of the juvenile delinquency and to map the occurrence and impact of such factors on the juveniles placed in the correctional and reformatory social retraining institutions in the Region of Plzeň. Hypothesis No. 1 is: The youth commit property crimes at the most. Hypothesis No. 2: The youth behave improperly namely when in groups. Hypothesis No. 3: The decisive factor affecting the juvenile delinquency is the family. I think that the objectives of the degree paper were fulfilled. Hypothesis No. 1 was confirmed. The respondents mostly stated that they were adjudicated treatment in special reformatory institution due to property crimes. Hypothesis No. 2 was also confirmed. The replies of the respondents mostly contained the possibility that they committed crime within a gang. Hypothesis No. 3 was confirmed, too: Analyses of the research proves that all factors participating in the occurrence of the juvenile delinquency are penetrated with the impact of the family and family environment on the juveniles. Results of the performed research will be used for further education of the students at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, as well as for the students of other auxiliary professions at other universities. The results will be further used as the source of information for parents and pedagogical professionals working with the youth and as source materials for seminars about the given topic.

Standardization of data structures of a financial BI solution
Chaloupecký, Stanislav ; Pour, Jan (advisor) ; Zajíc, Ján (referee)
In this diploma thesis I concentrate on analysing the possibilities of standardization of financial Business Intelligence solution. The objective is firstly to assess whether it is useful to create a so-called standard model, i.e. a solution model, which could be used repeatedly in independent BI project implementations. The objective is to analyse whether there are similarities among the implemented BI projects in terms of content requirements (measures and dimensions), or what are the differences. The objective is then to design a standard solution model (design relational and dimensional model for data structures). Another objective is to create a functional prototype solution based on the designed model, i.e. to create the actual data structures and fill them with data. A part of this prototype solution should be a set of demonstrative reports. The objectives will be achieved first of all by analysing the theoretical foundations, which provides the literature, and by analysing available real project documentation. Considered BI projects have been implemented within several non-financial commercial institutions. That means that the outputs of this thesis are applicable primarily in non-financial enterprises environments. In the next step, the dimensional modelling techniques will be used to create the schema. Then, leveraging the knowledge of BI solution development techniques on Microsoft SQL Server platform, the prototype solution will be deployed. Reports will be developed using the Microsoft Excel client tool. The benefit of this thesis consists in the model added value, which can be used as the core of newly developed financial BI solutions. The implementation process should by this spare some time. Another benefit of the thesis is the possible use of the prototype solution as a tool for customized demonstration of the financial BI capabilities to potential customers.

Civil Society in Non-Democratic Regime. Analysis of Civic Groups in Current Burma and Their Relation towards the End of Military Goverment
Peřinová, Marie ; Mlejnek, Josef (advisor) ; Andělová, Petra (referee)
Since 1962, Burma (Myanmar) has been under the rule of a military junta, which, through the extensive state and military apparatus, forms one of the most repressive regimes in the world today. In spite of, or rather because of the authority of the authoritarian regime, hundreds of associations with a variety of social, economic and political goals have been emerging in the country in recent years. The existence of numerous associations under authoritarian rule is a rather new phenomenon which has aroused contradictory views among observers - hopes for the formation of civil society struggling for liberalization on the one hand, and fear that the associations are just another of the regime's tools to manage people's lives on the other. On the basis of a qualitative analysis of various organizations, movements, parties and groups in current-day Burma, this thesis aims to explain that neither of the aforementioned views alone can depict the complexity of associational life under the authoritarian regime, but rather that both roles must be viewed as an intrinsic and mutually-interacting part of it. Many of the associations are apparently controlled and used by the military government for its own objectives, including the aim to preserve the regime. At the same time, there are organizations which strive to...
