The Concept of Baptism by Jan Bechyňka in the Traktát o viděních a pokušeních zbožného mládence (Tractate of Visions and Temptations of Devout Youth) and in the Treatise O křtu zvonu (On baptism of the Bell).

The thesis deals with conception of baptism by utraquist priest Jan Bechyňka. At first the figure of the peculiar writer and theologian after being introduced is integrated into historical connections of the jagellonian era. The chapters that follow aim at the particular topic. Bechyňka ́s view of pedobaptism drawn from a long passage about commitment of baptism from his Traktát o viděních a pokušeních zbožného mládence [The Tractate on Visions and Temptations of Devout Youth] is compared with pedobaptism in Chelčický ́s Zprávy o svátostech [Reports of Sacraments] and with baptism in general of another Chečický ́s work - Rozpravy [Disccusions] in Parisian manuscript. At first I had intended finding out paralles between mentioned thinkers, however certain differences have appeared as well, not in essential facts. In the case of Bechyňka ́s tractate O křtu zvonu [On Baptism of the Bell] I give an interpretation to it in the concrete. The last chapter deals with utraquist baptismal praxis in the early modern times and in the present day and in general describes baptismal rites of these times. Irrationality in the decision- making of an individual as an economic entity in the territory of the Czech Republic

The main objective of this thesis is an in-depth analysis of the decision-making process on issues of economic nature for individuals in the Czech Republic. The degree of rationality occurring in consumer behavior is evaluated based on lessons learned. The theoretical section is concerned with the economic aspect of the decision-making process, which mainly includes knowledge of neoclassical theory, whose basis is the cardinal and ordinal concept of utility maximization. Subsequently there are introduced the alternative approaches to decision making, focusing on the subjective aspects of human reasoning. Using the mutual synthesis of these approaches, the author draws a term behavioral economics, specific elements of which constitute a substantive content of the whole work. The practical section verifies the hypothesis that the decision-making contradicts the theory of rational individual conduct. Data collected through the questionnaire is subjected to analytical procedures by which the stated hypothesis was verified.

Ethicotherapy in Conception of Vladimír Vogeltanz

I wrote about ethicotheraphy because I'm interested in psychosomatic view of diseases in my work. In the first part I focused on a historical view of connection among body, soul and health. There are also chapters in which I introduced history of psychosomatic approach and ethicotheraphy generally with its methodical approach. In the second part I compared a relationships between the doctors with their patients and the ethicotherapists with their clients was compared, too. I described the ways of work in the ethicotheraphy and their clients and I mentioned a profit of disease. In the third part I wrote about a cancer in ethicotheraphy view. This bachelor´s thesis concentrates on the ways of applying the concept of community based tourism in the Thai rural areas in a model area of the village Ban Tha Long. It particularly focuses on defining a form of the concept whose application would contribute to a reduction of the poverty rate of selected community members in the aforementioned village by involving these members in the community based tourism all the while the current unique form of the Bru culture remains intact.

Kvalita pečovatelských služeb na Rakovnicku

The thesis "Quality of home help services in Rakovnicko" deals with the quality of home help services in the region of former administrative district Rakovník in the Central Bohemia Region of the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretic and empiric. The theoretic part deals with the context of home help services. The changes in old age which develops in seniority are discussed. The attention is paid to social services which above all the seniors draw. In this part the definition, purpose, characteristics and division of social services are explained. Further the thesis deals with founders, providers and clients of social services. The area of home help services is described in more details from the historic and present point of view. The concept of home help services in use practise is integral part of it. The conclusion of theoretic part introduces the problems of quality in social services and quality in general. The introduction of the empiric part deals with the characteristics of home help services in Rakovnicko, where the research was carried out. Jesus in the Koran; with Regards to Islamic As Well As Christian Traditions and the Person of Virgin Mary

Different perception of the person of Jesus Christ remains to be among the most frequent and challenging questions of the dialogue between Christianity and Islam. Intention of this work is therefore to introduce at least basic elements of qur'ānic christology, i. e. the peculiar "word" of the Qur'ān about identity and mission of Jesus. It follows the fascinating process by which one religious tradition or culture adopted and assimilated the towering figure of another tradition and embraced it in its own conceptions of history of prophecy and of revelation from God. It further compares controversial attitudes of the Qur'ān (and let us say of Islam generally), such as refutation of Christian dogmas of the divinity of Jesus or the Holy Trinity, with creeds and statements of Christian christology; it devotes special attention to the person and story of Virgin Mary either. Within its explanation the work attempts to search out eventual origins or sources of the specific Islamic appreciation of Jesus, especially in Christian, canonical or apocryphal traditions. Communication of the Glass Art Centre Glassworks František in Sázava

Bachelor thesis deals with present direction of the communication of the Glass Art Centre, Glassworks František in Sázava. The theoretical part focuses on the analysis of different interpretation of the concept of communication across the specialized social sciences with emphasis on economic disciplines -- especially management, PR, marketing and fundraising. Introduction to the theory of communication also includes communication in sociology and psychology, as they define the basic concepts of communication, which the economic disciplines take over. The main aim of the theoretical part was to find out how the particular approaches to communication differ, set out the procedure for the construction of a communication strategy and define the tools and principles of external communications organization which will benefit the communication of the Centre. The aim of the practical part of my thesis was to analyze, how the current management of external communication of the Glass Art Centre coincides with the theory. The main sources of information for the practical part were interviews with current director of the Glass Art Centre, Martina Kulhavá, on the basis of which we've identified fundamental shortcomings in communication of the Centre. The conclusion includes proposals of the intermediate strategic steps for reduction of these shortcomings, and thus has practical implications for the future direction of the marketing communication of the Centre.

Legal aspects of trade mark as part of goodwill

This work deals with the term goodwill and its analysis of the legal system in the Czech Republic. Compares the relationship of "good reputation" and "goodwill". It also considers the relationship of goodwill and trademarks. It refers to the modern concept of goodwill in respect to trademarks. This work also introduced a system of passing off (unauthorized use of the sign) in UK law. In passing off goodwill is an important element in assessing whether the passing off occurred or not. It also examines the understanding of the goodwill in the Anglo-American legal system. It describes several theories of goodwill, according to legal-historical developments. It also discusses the possibility of transferability of goodwill.

Ecclesiology in the works of Silvester Mario Braito OP This bachelor thesis is concerned with the development of ecclesiology in the works of the Catholic priest Silvester Mario Braito OP. The thesis has three parts. In the first part, it describes the events in the life of S. M. Braito, mainly with respect to their importance for his publishing activities. It also offers an outline of the development of Catholic ecclesiological thinking in the time when Braito was active. The second part then offers an analysis of S. M. Braito's ecclesiological articles in the bulletin Na hlubinu (Into the deep). The third part takes into consideration his ecclesiological thoughts in books. The work contains a review of Braito's church doctrine, defines the main concepts of his ecclesiological reflection and shows the sources he uses. At the end of this thesis, we evaluate Braito's contribution to the development of modern ecclesiology and sets the junctions with the church doctrine, as it has been defined by the Second Council of Vatican.
