Mathematical Modelling of Generalization
Kůrková, Věra
Learning with generalization can be modeled using regularization, which was developed for a search of stable solutions of tasks for physics. In learning theory generalization can be understood as a certain kind of stability.

Aplication of matlab for textile ingeneers education
Salačová, J. ; Lédl, Vít
Students are prepared in the frame of MSc. studies in such a way that they can solve the most demanding tasks in the studying subject as textile quality management, textile testing, textile marketing, methods of thermal analysis or data exploratory analysis. Named subjects are requiring solving of complex mathematic tasks or evaluation of measured data. Student are supposed to be able to research properties of textile structures and textile materials. With upcoming innovation in textile material engineering (such as nanofibres, nanotechnology, new types of the technical textile, intelligent textile) there is necessary improvement in the education process. Innovation is focused on extended use of MATLAB for automatic defectoscopy and generally on textile evaluation. It is connected mainly to semiautomatic processing of measured dat, the possibilities the data visualization, searching of textile structures defects, defects classification or selected tasks of analytic geometry.

Demonstration Program of Computation of Live and Dead Variables
Pavlačičová, Petra ; Koutný, Jiří (referee) ; Lukáš, Roman (advisor)
Demonstration program of computation of live and dead variables is visual utility for learning about optimalization of target code with tagging live and dead variables from input string, which is mathematic phrase with using syntacticanalysis, work with registers and generation of target code in assembler.

Using of Semantic Differential for Euducation Assessment at Basic School
ŠERÝ, Michal
One of the methods for collecting data in psychology is a method of semantic differential. The using of semantic differential is very large, this method is widely used in personality research, clinical psychology, market psychology and marketing. In recent years, this method has begun to apply to the area of educational research, above all educational psychology. A basic problem with wide using is the huge volume of data obtained by this method. Some of the options of setting up of a questionnaire with light to the selection of bipolar adjectives are listed in the thesis. The options represent the evaluation dimension, the dimension of activity and potency in terms of both representativeness and relevance. A set of tools for automatized generation of various combinations of questionnaire groups was created. A technical support of data collection, their evaluation and visualization using semantic differential method was also created. These methods will be used in realization of the project of introducing teaching of mathematic in English language at primary schools. The primary goal of this level of analysis is to judge to what extent can two terms (or more terms), generally regarded as semantically similar or different.

Family in the Graphic Activities of the Children with the Different Family Background
ČERNÁ, Lucie
The dissertation deals with art expression of a family by individuals aged from three to fifteen years old growing up in different family environment. The study is structured into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on characteristics of mental and visual development of the child with regard to drawing the human figure, families and environment of children's drawings. This part also aims at a general definition of family and introduces us with its features. It also deals with mental needs of the child and the risks coming with their long-term failure to satisfy. The practical part is focused on the analysis of drawings in terms of its content and form; then it attempts to evaluate and compare the styles of displaying the topic among the target groups and it also monitors the level of their artistic expression.

Particularities of French regions - Auvergne
Pometlová, Jitka ; Kalfiřtová, Eva (advisor) ; Klinka, Tomáš (referee)
This bachelor's thesis concerns about matters of interest one of the regions of France, Auvergne. Main intention of the thesis is to approach this region in a well-arranged way in order to make in possible to elaborate it like didactic work and consequently use it in teaching of French. Basic materials for the bachelor's thesis are primary books focused on French regions and current internet resources. Bachelor's thesis consists of the introduction, five general chapters and the conclusions. First chapter introduces the region in a general way, second chapter concerns about natural conditions, third chapter deals with economics of the region and fourth chapter gives us brief historical overview. The most extensive is fifth chapter which concerns about particularities of the region. Last but not least, the list of applied literature is enclosed. Final section of the thesis includes visual supplements.

Development of Child with Visual Impairment
Šafránková, Markéta ; Květoňová, Lea (advisor) ; Šumníková, Pavlína (referee)
1 SUMMARY The bachelor thesis named "The Development of Child with Visual Impairment", it aimed at children with low vision. The theoretic part made a reader acquainted with term of low vision generally (diagnostic tools, etiology, signs), with development of weak-eyed child, possible complications but at the same time with possible support. Then in practical part the knowledge was compared with concrete cases of two children with low vision. Theoretic part resulted from information contained in special bibliography or in other materials. For practical part, there was a chance to insight into the personal documents of chosen pupils, to observe them during the schooling and to realize an interview with them. After evaluation of obtained information it is possible to introduce the fallowing conclusions. The authors focused on this topic they are mainly aimed at blind or partly sighted children. So that was my intention to describe the main steps of development of weak-eyed children and possible difficulties. In terms of aids for children with low vision, their offer is really wide and this theme is described by lots of authors. The theme of toys and games for these children is contained in few pieces and the main range is focused on children with more serious visual handicap again. It managed to gather...

Numerická simulace a vizualizace vytváření syntetizovaného proudu
Trávníček, Zdeněk ; Vogel, Jiří ; Vít, T.
The paper presents the results of numerical and experimental investigations of a synthetic jet generation. The experiments were performed in air by means of flow visualization and hot-wire anemometry. The subsequent numerical simulation was performed using the commercial code FLUENT. The geometry, boundary conditions, and material properties of the numerical simulation were defined according to the real experimental situation.

Řízení mezní vrstvy na profilu s vychýlenou klapkou pomocí vírových generátorů
Součková, Natálie ; Šimurda, David ; Popelka, Lukáš
The paper focuses on reducing eventually removing flow separation, which is occurred on deflected flap, with vortex generators. Airfoil NACA 63A421 with simple flap and low profile vane-type vortex generators were used. The investigation was carried out using experimental and numerical method. The flow over the airfoil was visualized by tuft filaments technique in closed circuit wind tunnel for two flap deflections and four angles of attack. Two size and two different shapes of vortex generators were tested. The data from numerical simulation of flapped airfoil without VG's control were used for vortex generator designing.

Musical, Non - Musical and Audiovisual Elements Used in Compositions for Percussions in the 20th and 21st Century
Sokolov, Oleg ; MIKOLÁŠEK, Daniel (advisor) ; MAZOUROVÁ, Markéta (referee)
My doctoral thesis deals mainly music for percussion 20th and 21st centuries. It provides professional public insight into the occurrence and the practical use of musical and non-musical elements in connection with the possibilities of ever growing range of audio-visual elements. On the example of analyzing several premiere works by Czech composers shows the possible developments of this kind of composition. It also discusses the general benefit of the media world to the world of classical music.
