The use of bioimpedance analysis for kidney function evaluation
Veselková, Alena ; Šrámek, Petr (advisor) ; Švára, František (referee)
Objective: To calculate glomerular filtration (GF) through the use six available methods to estimate GF and measure impedance parameters phase angle () and fat free mass (FFM) by using multifrequency and monofrequency measurement. Select one method of estimating GF as a strict method of estimation GF for this study and by using linear regression relate with other method of estimating GF and impedance parameters measured () and FFM. Consider if () and FFM are significant parameters to improve methods of estimating GF given below (MDRD-A, MDRD-B, CLCG, CLcysC). (...) Conclusions: Impedance parameters () and FFM correlate with GF, decreasing GF cause decreasing of these impedance parameters. This study proved very close relationship between parameters FFMx and FFMc, obtained by using two different kinds of measuring (R2 - FFMx and FFMc = 0,843). Method of bioimpedance is ready to other validation and to develope bioimpedance scale to estimate renal function.

Design of methodology of administration and management of issues and its application in chosen organisation
Holub, Adam ; Stanovská, Iva (advisor) ; Novák, Tomáš (referee)
This thesis is focused on design methodology of administration and management of issues, using issue-tracking system. The objective is to create such methodology and deploy it to specific organization. During methodology creation, there were used best practices, acquired from source thesis and authors experiences. In theoretical part of thesis are described approaches, witch is this thesis based on. Then thesis describes what issue-tracking system is and lists mostly used issue-tracking systems. In practical part, the methodology itself is created. At first, target group is described. Then, types of issuse and roles used in issue-tracking system are described. Then is described, how to create lifecycle of issue and how to handle with its attributes. Last part is focused on data reporting from issue-tracking system. Last chapter of practical part describes how to implement methodology to issue-tracking system JIRA.

Trailer frame PILLAR for transport concrete pillars
Urban, Jiří ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is an analysis of the construction of a trailer used for transporting concrete pillars. The main part of the thesis is focused on frame construction. For the calculation of load states a multi body system was used, whereby a simulation of transport in terrain was performed. The results from these calculations will be used as limiting conditions for strength control. The method of solution is the finite element method. All acquired results will be analysed and according to them changes will be made to the frame construction. In addition to this, the thesis contains drawings documenting the above-mentioned changes.

Risk factors in the development of rating disorders.
DVOŘÁKOVÁ, Gabriela
The thesis deals with risk factors for eating disorders. The theoretical part describes the various disorders and thein symptoms and consequences. Further theoretical part analyzes of the emergence of these disorders and thein gradual historical development, which during its existence passed. Another part of the risk factors for eating disorders and possible wals of thein treatment. The practical part is focused on research of modeling as one of the risk factors for eating disorders. This section is based on information obtained through personál interview conducted with respondents from the field of modeling and acting outsider the scope. The resulting data are recorded by means of case studies, tables and graphs.

Strategic analysis of WARHORSE STUDIOS, s.r.o.
Duda, Martin ; Boukal, Petr (advisor) ; Krause, Josef (referee)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to define basic methods, which are used for the creation of a business analysis and to apply these methods to a real business. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on an explanation of basic concepts required for the understanding of a given topic and afterwards on individual methods and analyses connected with external and internal analysis of a business: PESTEL analysis, Porter's Five Forces Model, strategic analysis of company's internal environment, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. The content of the practical part is an application of the individual defined methods and analyses to create the strategic analysis of Warhorse Studios, s. r. o. The information acquired from the analysis of external and internal environment is summarized in the SWOT analysis. Recommendations are provided based on the results of these analyses. The entire thesis is summarized in the Conclusion chapter.

Anaerobic digestion of sludge from pulp and fodder yeast production
Řezáč, Jaroslav ; Beňo, Zdeněk (referee) ; Pěček, Jan (advisor)
The thesis aims to identify suitable and in the locality available raw materials to a commnon fermentation with sludge from pulp and fodder yeast production in company Biocel Paskov a.s.. Introductory chapter briefly describes the mechanisms of penetration of the sludge itself. The following section deals with origin, chemical composition and properties of biogas. The factors affecting the production of biogas are described. A key part of this thesis is a performance of sludge fermentation test and selected mixed substrate. Acquired knowledge is evaluated and the optimum composition of input raw materials with regard to maximum, but also economic recovery of biogas selected. Further, on the basis of obtained data a rough draft of biogas station is done, icluding its energeic and economic balance.

Calculating Historical Volatility of FX-Options
Hudec, Patrik ; Strakoš, Jan (advisor) ; Hurt, Jan (referee)
The goal of this master thesis is to set up a model for the count of historical FX options volatility based on numeric simulation of the financial process called dynamic delta hedging in view of delta-neutral portfolio. For empirical calculations there are used high frequency data of the monetary pair EUR/CZK in years 2001-2006 and the Garman-Kohlhagen modification of the Black-Scholes formula for the assessment of monetary option contracts. The whole model is processed by assignment in the Mathematica system. Analytical part deals with the optimization and behaviour of the programmed iteration process on real data, it treats closely its input parameters and points possible difficulties. In the conclusion engaged in the analysis of results there are so acquired volatilities compared with the real, market quoted values.

Sentiment analysis of social networks
Zaplatílek, Jan ; Jelínek, Ivan (advisor) ; Bruckner, Tomáš (referee)
This thesis concerns about sentiment analysis. In more detail sentiment analysis of social networks. Main goal of sentiment analysis is determine if tested document expresses any sentiment and, if so, whether is positive or negative. Main reason for sentiment analysis on social networks is detecting sentiment and feels about some company or brand. This activity is called brand monitoring. Information acquired from brand monitoring can be used for improving marketing or communication with customers. This thesis deals with sentiment analysis of post from public Facebook profiles of several Czech banks and telecommunication operators. Goal of this thesis is create model which has precision of determine sentiment of Facebook posts at least 80%. Method for achieving this goal is experiment. First part of this thesis describes sentiment analysis theory, definition of sentiment analysis, its problems, methods, reasons for use and use cases of sentiment analysis. Second part gives background research of often used methods and data sources for sentiment analysis in foreign research. Finally third part of this theses describes experiment, its preparation and results. Main benefit of this theses is creating model which can be later use in real word.

Ecological/Environmental Instruction at a Primary School
Kodetová, Magdalena ; Tomková, Anna (advisor) ; Kargerová, Jana (referee)
The diploma thesis deals with ecological/environmental education in primary school. The aim is to introduce the summary of problems in the process of transformation of the Czech educational system. I will use the acquired pieces of knowledge for suggestion of actual aims, ways and opportunities for new draft strategy of environmental education in the basic school in Jihlava. The bases for realizing of these aims gives the action-research. SWOT analysis and the project dealing with problems of waste are parts of the action reseach. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
