Characteristics of the social climate in a class of a secondary vocational school
LEFAN, Robert
This thesis deals with a frequently discussed topic the class climate. It focuses on the formation and development of social climate in a class in the first year of a secondary vocational school. The thesis is divided into two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part summarizes information about the class climate found in professional literature. It explains the role of class climate factors in a formation of the social climate in a class. It also describes class climate diagnostics options applicable to secondary schools. The practical part examines the formation and development of social climate in two classes of the first year of a secondary vocational school. The class climate was measured using standardized CES questionnaires in the preferred and current form. The results of such measurements are interpreted also using tables and charts.

The master’s thesis deals with a detailed design documentation of a newly-built kindergarten. The building will be composed of two double-storey objects with a mono-pitched roof and of one single-storey object with a flat green roof. Rooms in the double-storey objects will serve as classes. The kindergarten will contain 4 classes for 100 kids in total. In the single-storey object will be situated rooms meant for operational purposes. All objects will be realised as masonry buildings without a cellar. The design documentation does include hard stadning and hard landscaping.

Construction of class T audio amplifier
Tejmlová, Lenka ; Slezák, Josef (referee) ; Petržela, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of my bachelor’s thesis is to collect information about amplifiers, working in the T class. Because these amplifiers are usually used as digital power processing audio amplifiers, we mostly insist on the ability of sending, the signal without distortion, to amplify the frequency broadband signal, to obtain the high efficiency of the output stages and to obtain the peak quality of the sound. My task is to gather information and facts of principle of the function of the audio amplifiers working in the T class and reasonably priced integrated circuits of this class. Furthermore I am going to focus on the design of wiring of this amplifier with the 2x20 watts output, including the correction pre-amplifier, which provides correction of the heights, basses and volume. The amplifier is realized, in the end of bachelor’s thesis, there are measured it’s characteristics, which are compared to theory.

Burnout syndrome in teachers population
Vilčková, Stanislava ; Hanušová, Marie (advisor) ; Jana, Jana (referee)
The bachelor´s thesis deals with the problem of burnout syndrom of teachers on secondary schools. The aim of this thesis was find out dependence of burnout syndrome on several factors, they are the age, the pedagogic practice, the type of secondary school, the number of pupils in the class and the number of pupils with special educational needs in class. It was used questionnaire method and individual talks with teachers on secondary schools for findings of experimental aids. Resultes shew, that measure of burnout syndrome don´t depends of age nor on longitude pedagogic practice, while number of pupils depends. Influence of number of pupils with special educational needs wasn´t evidenced. The reason was low number of respondents which haven´t this pupils in the class. Burnout syndrome arise on long term stress and presence is very individual for each teacher. There aren´t guaranteed methods how to stop development of this syndrome. Tolerance depends on several factors which are personal charakteristics, skills manage of stress, influence environs, type of profession. Preventive step is to be well- informed about burnout syndrome and know how it rise and which are it´s phases.

Tittle (Thema works):Monitoring ofmotoriallevel pupils 6. and 7. classes (12- 14 years) on chosen elementary school Student: Supervisor: Methods: Results: Keywords: '7 Martin Konvičný PhDr. Aleš Kaplan PhD. We are determining our goals of this dissertation m according with available literature. For the practical part of dissertation we used standard motorical test named UNIFITTEST 6-60. This dissertation dealt with observing of physical development and measurement of motional peďormance pupils of classes 6 and 7 (13-14 years) from Elementary school U Stadionu of city Most. 1 1 Motional peďormance was measured with four chosen motional tests (long two-footed standing jump, sit-ups for 60 seconds, Leger test). Results of our research were compared with Unifittest 6-60 (Chytráčková a kol. 2002) and Rychtecký a kol (2006) and confronted with our working hypothesses. During our motorical testing we detected worsened sports capacity of youth on Elementary school. This accomplishment is alike as Rychtecky a kol. (2006). Supemormal values on fat test are alarming with predisposition to obesity in teen-age. Pupils studied on sports classes resist of...

Case study of forest management of mature beech stands related to utilization of natural regeneration on acid soils of 5th vegetation belt
Heclová, Petra ; Šálek, Lubomír (advisor) ; Dragoun, Lukáš (referee)
The bachelor thesis shows possibility of beech stand regeneration using three-phase shelterwood system within the revision of the Forest management plan (FMP) on the forest estate Jezeří. Beech occurs in investigated stands with admixed birch. For the thesis two over-matured beech stands with various beech compositions in their parts were selected. In both stands 452 A 17 and 452 C 17 sample plots were placed each one with the area of 0,05 ha. The basic mensurational data were measured such as diameter in breast height, tree height and height of the first green branch (the lowest point of the crown). Every tree was ranged to the qualitative class and the status of natural advance was determined. Based of data evaluation it is clear that the both stands passed through similar development and their tending was strongly neglected. From crown point of view it is noticeable that the crown variability is very high and there is no relation between crown length and other mensurational characteristics. The main dominance of quality class B was displayed in the both stands. The stand characteristics from the FMP are lower with comparison to the reality. Although the density of the both stands is highly over optimal there is relation between density and the number of new seedlings from natural advance. Results from data evaluation are used in suggestion of regeneration of these stands.

The effect of social standing on lifestyle in the Czech Republic
Špaček, Ondřej ; Šanderová, Jadwiga (advisor) ; Tuček, Milan (referee)
Ondřej Špaček Vliv sociálního postaveni na životni styl v České republice Summary There can be identified two basic theoretical positions in the discussion o f the association between lifestyles or tastes and social standing. The theory of homology is derived from the work o f Bourdieu and the early ideas about elite and mass culture. This theory supposes that the hierarchy of the social standings is mirrored in the hierarchy of the tastes. High classes usually consume the high culture while lower classes like the popular culture. This idea is opposed by thoughts of some post-modem thinkers. Such authors as Beck or Bauman accent process of individualisation that disrupts strict connection between the social standing and the lifestyle. They say that the influence of socioeconomic determinants on the lifestyle is diminishing in today's western societies. These two theoretical positions could be understood as two opposing hypotheses that should be tested by an empirical research. The empirical core of this paper is based on the marketing research data from survey Market & Media & Lifestyle 2004 (MEDIAN). I construct the typology of lifestyles represented by the patterns of consumption preferences. Four areas of lifestyle preferences are taken into account: culture consumption, eating, travelling and fashion....

From the five-factor model to the five-factor theory of personality
Hřebíčková, Martina
The contribution contains explication of the five-factor theory(FFT) of personality, which was evolved by McCrae and Costa (1996). FFT is a contemporary version of trait theory, based on the assumptions that people are knowable, rational, variable, and proactive. FFT explains personality functioning as the operation of universal personality system, with defined categories of variables and classes of dynamic processes that indicate the main causual pathways. The components of the personality system are designated as 1) biological bases (genes and brain structures), 2) basic tendencies (abstract psychological potentials), 3) characteristic adaptations (concrete manifestation of basic tendencies), 4) self-concept, 5) objective biography, 6) external influences. Dynamic processes secify 16 postuales to specify how the personality system operates. The most radical postulate concerns an origin of the traits, which declares that traits like a temperament are endogenous basic tendencies that are heritable but unafected by environmental influences.

Modelling of elastic and inelastic collisions
Jurčík, Michal ; Burget, Radim (referee) ; Karásek, Jan (advisor)
Master's thesis deals with vehicles collisions within an environment of logistic distribution storehous. The aim is to avoid potential collisions that can occur between these vehicles. In the first chapter are detailed collisions of particles and elements impact for the law of conservation of energy and momentum. In further sections is carried out detailed research of elastic and inelastic collisions in an ideal environment, which are the theoretical basis for the simulation of the real environment. Collisions are supported by detailed calculations and added pictures. The second chapter deals with the development of double-layer application simulating elastic collisions in an ideal environment. In subchapters are descriptions of the classes and methods for computing prediction of collisions with examples of source code. The last section describes the software platform JavaFX and used animation classes that are required for visualization issues. The last chapter, which is the main goal of the work is done by the expansion of the existing design environment of storehouse and vehicles. Particular chapters then describe the cases of various types of collisions their detection and avoidance. There is an application designed to address this issue, with a description of the classes and methods. Used methods are supported with flowcharts for easier understanding.
