Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá často diskutovaným tématem klimatem třídy. Zaměřuje se na tvorbu a vývoj sociálního klimatu ve třídě v prvním ročníku střední odborné školy. Práce je členěna na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce shrnuje informace o klimatu třídy z odborné literatury. Vysvětluje roli činitelů klimatu třídy při tvorbě sociálního klimatu ve třídě. Popisuje také možnosti diagnostiky klimatu ve třídě použitelné na střední škole. Praktická část je sondou do vzniku a tvorby sociálního klimatu ve dvou třídách prvního ročníku střední odborné školy. Měření klimatu ve třídě bylo provedeno pomocí standardizovaných dotazníků CES v preferované a aktuální formě. Výsledky měření jsou interpretovány také pomocí tabulek a grafů. This thesis deals with a frequently discussed topic the class climate. It focuses on the formation and development of social climate in a class in the first year of a secondary vocational school. The thesis is divided into two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part summarizes information about the class climate found in professional literature. It explains the role of class climate factors in a formation of the social climate in a class. It also describes class climate diagnostics options applicable to secondary schools. The practical part examines the formation and development of social climate in two classes of the first year of a secondary vocational school. The class climate was measured using standardized CES questionnaires in the preferred and current form. The results of such measurements are interpreted also using tables and charts.
