The Energy policy of the Russian Federation: Present State and Prospects
Kučera, Jakub ; Lupták, Milan (advisor) ; Lisa, Aleš (referee)
This diploma thesis deals with the energy policy of the Russian Federation in the period from 2000 to 2008 and its prospects until 2030. First of all, I analyse particular targets of the energy policy of Russia and put them in a broader framework. Consequently, I focus my attention on three economic targets that need to be met if Russia is to become an "energetic superpower". Firstly, I search for the answer to the question whether Russia has enough oil and gas for foreigner markets and whether it can provide for their export in order to be able to act successfully as an "energetic superpower". Secondly, whether Russia will succeed when exporting oil and natural gas to world markets and whether it will manage to diversify transport routes for its exports. Thirdly, whether the effort to "make the economy move" supported by raw-material exports has been successful and whether this situation can continue. The thesis further follows each answer to these questions in two dimensions of time. A hindsight shall first clarify how successful the energy policy of Russia was when meeting these targets until 2008, or what problems Russia had to face while trying to meet them. In consequence, this provides a basis for a foresight.

Eseje o ekonomii a managementu: Aplikace behaviorálních věd v organizacích
Houdek, Petr ; Smrčka, Luboš (advisor) ; Belás, Jaroslav (referee) ; Šťastný, Daniel (referee)
The thesis consists of four conceptual articles focused on application of theories and findings of behavioral economics and behavioral ethics in the sphere of managerial science (What Comes to a Manager's Mind: Theory of Local Thinking; A Perspective on Consumers 3.0: They Are Not Better Decision-Makers Than Previous Generations; Professional Identity and Dishonest Behavior; Puppet Master: Possible Influence of Parasite Toxoplasma gondii on Managers and Employees). The thesis contains introductory unifying commentary that deals with the replication crisis in management science and then speculates on the possibilities of behavioral organization economics. Introductory commentary contains also a summary of the main ideas presented in the conceptual articles and complementary empirical studies listed in the Appendix.

Cognitive continuity in relation to the customer
Barková, Jana ; Franková, Emilie (advisor) ; Žižka, Ondřej (referee)
In my Bachelor thesis I will present mind mapping which is a relatively less known method that enables initiation and capturing individual appropriately focused thought processes, content and structure of individual employees who are working in the sales department. These empolyees are on a daily basis in contact with the customer. The content of the notion that I was in the organization decided to investigate is the CUSTOMER. The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to find out how individual employees perceive the concept of customer. The results of qualitative research by the mental mapping method will bring important associations about the concept of customer, which will be spontaneously reflected in the mind of the worker. In every way executive management needs to know what the employees are spontaneously thinking about the customer in order to improved customer care.

Strength analysis of cutting tools
Petrlíková, Helena ; Madaj, Martin (referee) ; Zouhar, Jan (advisor)
This work is focused on the stress-strain analysis of a cutting tool. At the beginning, the study of available literature and scientific articles relating the topic is carried out. The solution of stresses and strains in whole real system has been carried out based on the computational simulation using the finite element method (FEM). The work contains a detailed description of the creation of the computational model. Model of geometry of the system has been created in the SolidWorks program. Computational simulation including the solution was implemented in the ANSYS Workbench program as well as in the classical environment of ANSYS 12.0. This work includes the presentation of results and subsequent stress-strain analysis of the cutting tool. Last part of this work deals with the modal analysis and harmonic analysis of cutting tools made in classical environment of ANSYS program.

Graphic design of mobile application and mobile website
Fausek, Roman ; Šedivá, Zuzana (advisor) ; Pražský, Petr (referee)
This thesis describes process of developing fully responsive websites. It is focused on decision-making process for selecting the right online presentation of the project or company, individual pitfalls and creation. Creation is then demonstrated on a fully responsive website that relies on knowledge gained in the theoretical part. The goal is to focus on individual differences of mobile devices and their software in conjunction with the development of applications and websites. The output is fully responsive web based on gained experiences from the theoretical part.

The use of the concept of basal stimulation in special primary school
SIEBENSTICHOVÁ, Pavla
This bachelor thesis deals with the application of the Basic Stimulation concept at special primary schools, i.e. schools serving for children suffering from serious forms of mental disability, in combination with potential other disabilities. The basic stimulation concept was created by the German special pedagogue Prof. Andreas Fröhlich in the 1970s, for the education of pupils suffering from serious mental or combined disabilities, at special schools. It was applied in nursing by Prof. Christel Binstein in the 1980s. In this area it also used in the Czech Republic for the first time at the beginning of this century, thanks to PhDr. Karolína Friedlová.The objective of this bachelor thesis was to find out in which way basic stimulation may be used at special primary schools and how it can be incorporated into the education programme. In accordance with this objective, my thesis contains a definition of the basic terms, a brief historical outline of the development of basic stimulation and its theoretical foundations, and subsequently the particular techniques that the concept makes use of. The most essential passage is the theoretical definition of possibilities of applying the concept in the special pedagogical practice, particularly at special primary schools. This part is completed with three case studies that present the real application possibilities of the basic stimulation concept at three special primary schools in scope of the whole Czech Republic.

Kušová, Drahomíra ; Těšitel, Jan ; Bartoš, Michael
Press is a part of mass communication providing the public with information and symbolic contents. It always reflects the supposed interest of the public in concrete problems and it mediates social control of the institutions which are responsible for the particular spheres. On the basis of the content analysis of the regional press in South Bohemia we can state that citizens do not perceive the problem of public greenery as urgent and thus this topic is not very frequent in the media. People mainly observe if public greenery is in good shape. The number of organisms to be encountered in urban environment by greenery users is not large according to the press.
