Enforcement in system of social insurance and its social impacts.
ŽIŽKOVÁ, Marta
The topic of this bachelor thesis is the issue of procedure of social security insurance and allowance for state employment policy collection, procedure for debt recovery and securing of claims by all available legal means and evaluation of impacts on social situation of individuals. Social security insurance is, in addition to taxes, fees and custom duties, a revenue of state budget. It is based on the solidarity principle: young people help with their payments to the elderly, healthy people help ill people and people in a difficult life situation. The solidarity principle works reliably in all developed countries of the world. By collecting social security insurance, the State creates financial resources for implementation of fundamental social rights, which are guaranteed by international conventions and the Constitution of the Czech Republic, the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. The main objective of this thesis is, based on interviews with payers of insurance premiums and document analysis, in the first part to make a survey of impact of recovery of claims in conducted execution proceedings into social situation of clients of District Social Security Administration Office in Strakonice and in the second part to determine to what extent the forced recovery of lawful duty has a share in deterioration of life situation of individuals. To achieve the defined goal I have chosen a method of document analysis, content analysis technique and secondary data analysis. As an additional method I used interviewing, the method of semi-structured interview. In order to obtain as much information about this topic as possible, I used qualitative research to collect primary data. The target group consisted of payers or former payers of insurance premiums who are also debtors of District Social Security Administration Office in Strakonice and whose insurance premium debt and penalty was recovered by administrative or judicial enforcement. Objective of the thesis has been achieved. Results of the research will raise awareness of the studied issues and may be used in practice during operation of executions in the district Social Security Administration offices.

Dance Therapy as Help in Integration of Peoplewith Cerebral Palsy
Šourková, Barbora ; Ortová, Marie (advisor) ; Olšiaková, Jasmína (referee)
Dance therapy is a form of psychotherapy where move is the main mean of change. A man uses its own body for this change because body is physical aspect of personality. This therapy helps to create positive image of myself. It is a new profession which is still in proces of defining itself. Dancing education and art performance in this therapy is not the aim. In this therapy the esthetic aspect of movement is not concidered. The Greek word therapy has the same meaning as Czech word accompany. Therapist is the one who accompanies client on his way to recovery and self-knowledge. The principial moment of dance therapy is connection of body movement and emotional experience. Connection body-mind is easy and harmonical functioning systém. Discruption continuity of this system can point out psychological and physical stress. Relation between emotion and movement charakterize an individual. That speaks about face expression, posture, space largeness, where the body moves etc. If psychotherapy changes psychical attitude, even the physical standard will change. In dance therapy thisprincipal also works but in revers order. Participant of this change of mans behaviour is his body. The fact that physical comunication becomes less important due to speach development is also surfaced. It is obvious that animals are in...

Remediation of former In-Situ uranium mining region.
Kříž, Jakub ; Kalous, Jaroslav (referee) ; Jícha, Jaroslav (advisor)
Remediation process of region, formally exploited for chemical leaching of uranium, is based on pumping water contaminated mostly by residuals of sulfuric acid from the relevant geological horizons. The contaminated water is then treated in a chemical plant. In the treatment process evaporators play the key role. Presently operating evaporators – three units – are of falling film type. Heating service is provided by compressed vapor that is generated by evaporators. For driving the compressors and associated circulating pumps of each unit electric power of 3,4 MW is required. In the evaporators treated solution is distributed into individual tubes by nozzles of cyclone type that are mounted at the top end of tubes. In the evaporators feed solution contains calcium sulfide of low concentration. Once the calcium sulfide concentration in the evaporating process reaches the state of saturation, even locally, fouling is initiated. Thus the solids start to grow on the inner surface of the tube wall and the nozzle’s openings become restricted. The evaporator performance – evaporating rate – gradually declines and when it reaches the bottom limit the evaporator has to be shut down. This is followed by carrying out the cleaning procedure. At the time when the evaporators started operating (1996) the period between shut downs lasted around a half a year. However, gradually, this period has become substantially shorter – presently it may even last one week only. The thesis proposes two ways of approaching the present hardly acceptable state. First, replacement of distributing nozzles by a set of properly perforated sieve trays secures the uniform distribution of solution into each individual tube. Second, evaporators’ duty will be taken over by newly build multi-flash concentrator that will substitute the presently operating evaporators. Configuration of this new equipment is derived from widely used multi-flash distillation of sea water. Heat required by the concentrator’s end heaters is drawn from a gas turbine exhaust gas. Steam provided by Heat Recovery Steam Generator is supplied to the condensing heat exchangers installed on the evaporator’s feed stream. Generator coupled to the gas turbine, fueled by natural gas, provides the electric power of 30 MW for export.

Specifics of nursing care in patients after transapical aortic valve implantation.
VOTRUBOVÁ, Nataliya
Transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) is a new and an attractive method in cardiology and as well as in cardiac surgery. It is constantly evolving method which has been developed as an alternative to standard open surgery, especially in patients with severe symptomatic aortic stenosis with unacceptably high perioperative risk or patients who are not suitable for conventional open heart surgery because of age and comorbidities.A teamwork is very importantfor this new method and approach. The choice for TAVI is discussed by the institutional multidisciplinary heart team, typically consisting of interventional cardiologists, imaging-specialists, cardiac surgeons and anaesthesiologists. The first implant in a human being was performed by Cribierin 2002. In Czech Republic this method was first used in 2008. Transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) was accepted as a minimally invasive alternative to open surgery. This method does not require the use of cardiopulmonary bypass, and cardiac arrest. Other several benefits includinglower risks of bleeding and stroke events, better wound healing, less pain, as well as more rapid early recovery due to preservation of continuity of the sternumthat result in shorter durations of stay in the hospital, earlier rehabilitation and faster returns to normal life. In the presented work was used a combination of qualitative-quantitative methods of investigation. The data was obtained by using the quantitative research. The main technique was using the questionnaires designed for nurses working at the Department of Cardiac Surgery, Hospital Czech Budejovice, a. s. These results were backed up by the implementation of qualitative research, which investigated the patients and physicians view on monitored issues. Questioning method using a semi structured interview technique was used for qualitative research. The results of the survey were processed using descriptive statistics charts in LibreOffice Calc and using diagrams created in LibreOffice Writer. Qualitative results of the research were transcribed from audio recordings and coded, and the base code was created nine categories of interviews with clients/patients and three categories of interviews with doctors. The aim of this work was to explore the specific problem of nursing care about the clients / patients after transapical aortic valve implantation. On the base of our obtained data it is evident, that the client/patient after TAVI may be positioned sideways, the use of surgical drains are less frequently, so the care about the surgical wounds is simpler, patients report less pain in the surgical wound and postoperative rehabilitation and recovery is shorter. H1 - The nurses take care about the clients/patients after transapical aortic valve implantation in the same way as about the clients/patients after open aortic valve replacement, without realizing the differences between the patients treated with different approaches, was not confirmed. The nurses'sees/reported major differences in invasiveness and extent of providing care, rehabilitation, convalescent, in the duration of the hospitalization and better cosmetic effect. The results of the research can serve as a basis for creating the standards of nursing care or educational material for clients/patients. It is also possible to present the results of this work at a specialized seminar for non medical healthcare workers and results can also increase the quality of nursing care about the clients/patients after transapical aortic valve implantation.

Using of the Czech Warmblood for the Czech Republic Mounted Police
Vlčková, Petra ; Navrátil, Jan (advisor) ; Karel, Karel (referee)
The horse evolution started with Hyracotherium, which was a small animal inhabiting forests of the Eocene. Since then, it evolved into more or less successful forms in which the conditions of the surroundings of its occurrence were reflected. When it comes to the initial usage of horses, they were used as a source of meat. Later, in the period before 4,600 years ago, evidence of the domestication of these animals emerged. Due to the improved system of breeding, horse as a draught animal and a mean of transport gradually became riding horse, which contributed not only in spreading human population, but also in influencing history of many civilizations. Nowadays, horse is represented through a number of breeds, which are used in equestrian sport, work with cattle, horse races, in forestry labours, or as a good companion. In addition, horse gained its irreplaceable role in the service of the Mounted Police of Czech Republic where it is daily deployed in diverse actions; for example in city and peripheral guarding, in searching for missing persons or in restoration of disturbed public peace. The most useful breed for these purposes is Czech Warmblood, where the most preferred geldings are in brown or chestnut color. High demands are placed on physiological characteristics; however, the most important criterion is the excellent character of this breed. Quality of these characteristics consists in the length of duty and in the reasons for their release from duty. Some of the most frequent reasons for the release from duty health problems and age. The release due to age is associated with strong and resistant horses. Regarding the lineage of the police horses on duty, the best evaluated were the descendants of stallions 1154 Quick Lauro Z, Mykonos and 1028 Manillon Rouge. However, there is a correlation between these descendants and their number on active duty. After categorization of all traced stallions into relevant lineages, the lineage 1100 Przedswit became the most numerous lineages (7 stallions). Nevertheless, this lineage is not positively evaluated because of its descendants, which did not perform well on duty. Another numerous lineages were 5500 Pythagoras, 4700 Amour du Bois, Orange Peel xx-Almé Z, 67 Dark Ronald or 4800 Ladykiller XX. The central purchase system of duty horses should help to unify these horses as well as to prolong the length of duty, via universally established criteria. Results demonstrate the unification of typological characteristics of these horses. However, the average withers height of measured horses fails to meet the requirements. Regarding the length of duty, the results were not conclusive; therefore, the hypothesis was confirmed just partially.

Evaluation of the Success of the Recovery of Claims of Social Security Contributions within the Czech Social Security Administration
Brdičková, Radka ; Kukalová, Gabriela (advisor) ; Ilona, Ilona (referee)
The thesis analyzes the relevant methods of enforcement of debts to the social security contributions and evaluates the succes rate of individual procedures within the Czech social security administration. The first part of the work is focused on defining the theoretical background, as the basic concepts, including the basic layout of the social security. Furthermore, it presents the general procedure of enforcement of claims in the splitting of the administrative and judicial enforcement of the decision and the application of the claims in the other proceedings. In the analytical part are analyzed and compared different methods of enforcement, both in cooperation with court executors and tax execution, especially their impact on the development of receivables and collection of premiums in 2013 and 2014, and the effectiveness of various methods in practise. Based on the survey proposes some possible solutions leading to increased succes practices of individual methods of recovery and also to streamline, improve and speed up the work of employees who deal with debt recovery.

The nursing process in a patient prior to and after a surgery on thyroid gland
Pacáková, Renata ; Nikodemová, Hana (advisor) ; Jandová, Jana (referee)
I wrote my bachelor ́s work on theme: Care process about patient before and after thyroid surgery. I split my work to two parts. In the first theoretical part I write about anatomy, physiology, characteristic of illness and examinations leading to the diagnostic and treatment. In the second practical part I write about care process of particular pacient with thyroid disease. I carred of that patient at ORL department, where the thyroid was exenterated to her. During the hospitalization I made a nurse anamnesis which is based on Majory Gordon ́s nurse model of Function health. Thanks to my obtained information from medical documentation, patient and other medical staff, I analyzed all troubless and made nurse anamnesis, to which I attached nurse care plan, realization of that plan and evaluation of nurse interventions. The end of my work belongs to education and prognosis of patient. Education target was to inform patient about post-operative recovery, adherance to medical and nurse advices, to give a sufficient information about after-effects and answer all patient ́s questions, what I could.
