Corruption as a Barrier to Development Aid in the Kingdom of Cambodia during the years 1993 - 2014
Švorcová, Zuzana ; Lukášová, Tereza (advisor) ; Ševčíková, Michaela (referee)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to show how the development aid which has been received in the Kingdom of Cambodia during the years 1993 - 2014 has been effective. This paper is also focused on the influence which could possibly stop the developing aid from its effectiveness. Based on the data of the World Bank Group is the correlation tested by using Gretl Software for stated years. Besides the growing number od the primary school teachers, the results of the two variables - life expectancy and decreasing child mortality has shown significant correlation with the growing developing aid on 1% confidence level. The author is also focused on corruption as one of the main possible barrier to fulfil effectivness of the international aid.

Influence of social politics on fertility rate in specific regions of Czech republic
Dvořák, Josef ; Melzochová, Jitka (advisor) ; Babin, Jan (referee)
Thesis is focused on relationship between fertility rate and tools of state support. The goal is to reveal relationship between these two factors. Partial goal is to discover specific effects of tools of state support in specific regions of Czech republic. I have aimed on research at national level and also specific regions between years 1993-2014. In order to find these relationships I used method that compares differences in development of the fertility rate. After that, I set up regression model solved by method called fixed effects. For specific regions analysis was used OLS method. Model was able to explain more than 80 % of variability. This results can be used for predicting of citizens behavior, when some changes in family allowances occurs. Main finding is, that most motivating tools are parenting allowances and child benefits.

Crisis - family break up-from a child 's view
Nevoralová, Monika ; Procházková, Jana (advisor) ; Hadj - Moussová, Zuzana (referee)
This graduation thesis topic is "Crisis- family break up- from a child's view". As the name Prompts, this paper is focused at the crisis in general, at the crisis in family and also? in detail? at the situation of family break up (or divorce) from a child's view. It is without doubt that the family plays a key role in child's development. It is the first community that a child meets in its life and from which it receives main ways of behavior which are necessary for its social existence. At the same time family is also a place, which is predisposed for getting into crises, family crisis is a period of explosive atmosphere and the family is more endangered by break up. At Present, divorce or family break up are widespread in our society. Beside divorce or partners break up a l s o informal family break up exists husbands or partners still live together but their mutual relationship is *i Very conflictful. Therefore it is possible to say that many children are endangered by disadvantageous s»uation in the family. In this work attention is aimed to children behavior during family crises, childrens' ideas about sřlving critical situations and knowledge of supportive measures. Closer attention is also given to children reactions to parents divorce, parents break up, forms of communications between children and...

Aesthetic standards in art education
Podlipský, Rudolf ; Slavík, Jan (advisor) ; Janík, Tomáš (referee) ; Hazuková, Helena (referee)
In this thesis paper, application of aesthetic norms in visual art education has been studied from the explanatory point of view of structuralism (with an emphasis on Czech Structuralism). The study has been carried out as a qualitative research focused on didactic analysis of teaching processes. The aim has been to find out the extent of impact aesthetic norms may have on visual art education teaching process; to examine ways of handling aesthetic norms by teachers during the lessons; as well as to verify or newly develop a fundamental conceptual apparatus enabling to handle the aesthetic norms issue within visual art education lessons in a material way. The study is grounded in records of standard teaching units (written records of lesson observations; videotaping). In his study, the author applies the concept analysis method - a methodological means for didactic reflection and evaluation of teaching based on creative tasks and activity approach. T cells labelling by bimodal contrast agent for in vivo studies of stroke
Krijt, Matyáš ; Poljaková, Jitka (advisor) ; Kříž, Jan (referee)
Stroke is a serious brain injury, which causes sudden death or terminates in permanent neurological disability. Nowadays, tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) is used as the only effective treatment of stroke. One of the potential targets for novel therapy are T cells. Even though the explicit role of T cells in the pathogenesis of brain injury, amounts and timing of all T cell subtypes infiltrating into brain during the stroke still needs further investigation. The research in this field is complicated by the lack of efficient methods for in vivo cell tracking. Therefore the aim of this thesis was to develop a method of T cells labelling by MRI contrast agent in order to investigate T cells distribution in ischemic mice model using in vivo MR imaging. T cells were isolated from C57/BL6 mice in two step isolation protocol using gradient centrifugation and magnetic separation with the efficiency of 97 %. The isolated cells were labelled with 100 μg Fe/mL of Molday ION Rhodamine B contrast agent. The labelling efficiency after 17 hours of cells incubation was higher than 99 %. The labelled cells were cultured with CD3 and CD28 antibodies resulting into the 74 % viability of labelled T cells compared to 83 % viability of non labelled T cells. The labelled T cells were visualized by fluorescent...

Operating software with web interface for programmable controllers
Matějka, Tomáš ; Kovář, Jiří (referee) ; Houška, Pavel (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with developing of software, which allows access and control of programmable controllers through web interface. Software uses client server model and for communication between client and server is used Windows Communication Foundation interface which is integrated in Microsoft .NET Framework from version 3.0. Applications were written in C# programming language using .NET Framework libraries. Data visualization in web application was created by Microsoft Silverlight.

Physiological development of posture and movement in pre-school children - vestibular apparatus
Bočínská, Helena ; Zounková, Irena (advisor) ; Syslová, Jana (referee)
This work is aimed at the development of posture and movement in pre-school children. Specific focus is placed on the control of posture and movement of vestibular apparatus. The study is drawn upon thorough research of Czech and English literature; and initially, some information was gained from foreign articles published in electronic magazines. The study concerns pre-school children and its emphasis is hence put on this particular period of human development. In presented findings, particular focus is put on anatomy, embryology, and neurophysiologic aspect of vestibular apparatus. The overview is chronologically structured and goes from prenatal to pre-school stage. The impact of vestibular apparatus on development of movement is reflected in consequent improvement of motoric skills. The work focuses on the impact of vestibular system on the control of posture in pre-school children, and its increasing responsibility for control of posture and movement in relation with visual sensory and somatosensoric system. The case study concerning motorics of healthy children serves as a useful tool in verifying the findings about the impact of vestibular apparatus on the control of posture. Development of physiological posture and motion in a pre-school period - function of hand
Stachelová, Dagmar ; Zounková, Irena (advisor) ; Jelínková, Barbora (referee)
This study is focused on problems of developing handskills of children at pre-school age. Reaching, voluntary grasp, carry, voluntary release, bilateral hand use and tool-skills are described here, according to their age clasification. I refer to interrelationships between handskills and musculosceletary, visual, motoric, somatosensoric, perceptional, and cognitive system. I also mention method of examination of grasp and its therapy via special physiotherapeutic concepts and methods. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
