Occurrence and characteristics of ide (Leuciscus idus Linnaeus, 1758) catches in drainage area of the Morava River
Prokeš, Miroslav ; Baruš, Vlastimil ; Peňáz, Milan
The ide, Leuciscus idus belongs to autochthonous, less numerous and endangered (vulnerable) fish species of the Czech Republic. In 2004, the fishing on ide was conducted on 51 non-salmonid (NS) fishing-grounds of the Moravian Anglers Union (MAU) on water area of 4622.4 ha. In total, 432 ides (= 0.31 ind.ha-1; 0.25 % of all captured fish) and 332 kg of ide biomass (= 0.23 kg.ha-1, = 0.10 % of total mass of captured fish) were captured in 2004. Mean individual mass of ide was 0.78 kg. In the period 1990-2004, 0.11 ind.ha-1 (= 0.067 % of all captured fish) and 0.075 kg.ha-1 (= 0.035 % of total mass of captured fish) in the NS fish-grounds of MAU were captured yearly. During 1953-1978, 1.67 ind.ha-1 and 1.41 kg.ha-1 of the ide were captured yearly in the riverine fishing-ground Dyje 7. General trend of catches is decreasing. Legislative species protection, artificial reproduction and restocking of fish fry and 1+ juveniles were realized.

Mendroková, Eva ; Oehm, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Patěk, Daniel (referee)
THE COLLATION A REGULATION OF FUNDAMENTAL INSTITUTES OF HOUSING COOPERATIVES IN POLAND AND THE CZECH REPUBLIC This work aims to capture qualities and shortcomings of the legislation in one of the important sectors of housing, the cooperative sector, in the context of a comparison of the two national legislations - in the Czech Republic and Poland. In both compared legislations, cooperative has its special character and long-standing tradition, which was introduced immediately in the introductory sections. The cooperative sector is the merit of this work. The issue of housing is always up to date, moreover, in practice we many time encounter with the uncertainties associated with the housing issue. Cooperative law in the area of housing is interesting in particular, with regard to incompleteness, and, in some cases, to insufficiency of Czech legislation, distinguish it from, more or less, consistent realization of housing cooperatives in Poland. Although both legislations have similar sources and traditions, and their characteristic developments, in the field of the law the willingness of legislators to adapt an important part of ensuring significantly differs from the housing requirements of the population. In the Czech legal system is a cooperative law captured only in a few provisions of the...

Theoretical considerations on the liability of a sportsman in the Czech legal system (liability of a sportsman in collective sports)

Intraspecific diversity in the ichthyofauna of the Czech Republic, its knowledge and protection
Lusk, Stanislav ; Lusková, Věra
At present, 48 fish and 2 lamprey species occur in the waters of the Czech Republic. Of these, 22 fish species are protected by law all over the country or locally, the protection of 3 fish and 2 lamprey species is conditional. For the time being, there are no legal means to protect their intraspecific (genetic) diversity. In this point, one can only utilise certain indirect measures that follow from the limits pertaining to endangered species. The available knowledge of intraspecific diversity of the fish fauna in the Czech republic is fragmentary an incoherent. That is one of the causes of the absence of legislative means to protect the intraspecific diversity. In addition, the apprehension of this phenomenon by the piscatorial public is insufficient although this diversity is the most endangered by the very fishery management. Increased research and knowledge of the intraspecific diversity of particular species is inevitable as the basis for its conservation.

Brandejsová, Michaela ; Miková, Tereza (advisor) ; Roubíčková, Jaroslava (referee)

The whole course of the liquidation leading to a termination of the company is considered from the legal, financial and tax perspective. There are mentioned reasons for the liquidation of a company and description of the duties and rights of the liquidator as the central figure of the whole process at the very beginning of the theoretical part. Furthermore, the thesis deals primarily with the detailed description of the entire process of liquidation - from voluntary decision of the partners to finish the business to deletion of legal entities from the Commercial Register. In the practical part, alternatives to termination of the liquidation in a fictitious enterprise are given, primarily from accounting point of view.

The Soviet collectivization in the late 20s and in the first half of the 30s of the 20th century and evaluation of the social and economic consequences on Volhynian Czechs
Šťastná, Dora ; Fabianková, Klára (advisor) ; Chalupecký, Petr (referee)
The thesis focuses on economic development in the Soviet Union in the late 20s and in the first half of the 30s of the 20th century. An accent is placed mainly on collectivisation of agriculture during the first five-year plan. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to the centrally planned economy, previous economic history of the USSR and Stalin's concept of economic policy. The analytical part of the thesis deals with the process of collectivization and evaluation of the social and economic outcomes and consequences, specifically on the territory of Volhynia, where thousands of Czech citizens emigrated. The hypothesis, that Volhynian Czechs were not directly affected by forced collectivization, was disproved. As a result of collectivization the number of czech population in Volhynia decreased by 30%. The first five-year plan featured a big step towards modernization and self-sufficiency of the country, but in the agricultural sector failed.

Risk group of persons with disabilities on the labour market in Prague from 2005 to 2015
Hošková, Laura ; Maule, Petr (advisor) ; Lukášová, Tereza (referee)
The theoretical part of the Bachelor Thesis comprehensively illustrates the status and representation of persons with disabilities (PWD) on the current labour market in the Czech Republic. In a general manner, the Thesis looks at the employment policy as well; especially its legislative basis in the legal framework of the Czech Republic and selected EU countries. Furthermore, the legal obligations of employers of PWD and the possibilities of fulfilling the mandatory share of PWD employment are stated. Findings of two qualitative employment studies are presented showing that PWD enter the labour market equipped with specialized competencies, which they are willing to complete by retraining programmes in case of need. The employers perceive the employment of PWD mainly as a financial profit, granted to them by the state; and the legislative conditions are a sufficient incentive for them. The questionnaire survey pointed out that the weakness in the employment of PWD is the lack of part-time jobs, which are highly demanded among them. Therefore the Thesis presents a solution, which could be the creation of shared work positions.
