Anotace: Title: Pastoral Councils in the 2nd Prague Vicarate The purpose of this work is research of the role of pastoral councils in the 2nd Prague Vicarate in the field of pastoral planning and activity of parishes. It tries to find the answer to question whether pastoral councils are proper bodies which help the vicar, resp. the administrator with thein tasks or not. The Czech Council for R&D developed a new version of the Methodic for the Evaluation of R&D. In this paper, we discuss especially three criteria from this Methodic: publications in impacted journals, publications in other scientific refereed journals, and evaluation of publications with more authors.

Artistic, cultural, advertising and sports activities of children

The topic of this thesis is artistic, cultural, sport and advertising activity of the child. Firstly, the attention is paid to the development of the protection of the child labor and to the detailed international regulation. The thesis deals with the most important international documents signed within the framework of international organizations, such as the UN, Council of Europe and International Labor Organization. Next chapter focuses to the European regulation, in particular Council Directive no. 94/33/EC on the protection of young people in work. In the following chapter the thesis is focused on the detailed analysis of the legal regulation in the Czech Republic. The final chapter is a brief overview of the legal regulation of the children activities in France. The goal of this paper is to provide a comprehensive overview of the legal regulation of the child artistic, cultural, sport and advertising activity in the context of historical and international development.

Ecclesiology in the works of Silvester Mario Braito OP This bachelor thesis is concerned with the development of ecclesiology in the works of the Catholic priest Silvester Mario Braito OP. The thesis has three parts. In the first part, it describes the events in the life of S. M. Braito, mainly with respect to their importance for his publishing activities. It also offers an outline of the development of Catholic ecclesiological thinking in the time when Braito was active. The second part then offers an analysis of S. M. Braito's ecclesiological articles in the bulletin Na hlubinu (Into the deep). The third part takes into consideration his ecclesiological thoughts in books. The work contains a review of Braito's church doctrine, defines the main concepts of his ecclesiological reflection and shows the sources he uses. At the end of this thesis, we evaluate Braito's contribution to the development of modern ecclesiology and sets the junctions with the church doctrine, as it has been defined by the Second Council of Vatican. Personnel composition of the city council in Netolice in the seventeenth century.

The topic of my bachelor thesis is the personnel composition and the recovery of the city council in Netolice in the seventeenth century because only few studies have been pursued on this topic. In my opinion it is one of the most important components of the operation of the towns and villages and it should not be ignored. I am going to outline the historical and political situation and then I am going to reconstruct the personnel composition of the city council of the South Bohemian town Netolice in the second part of the seventeenth century. The main sources were mostly the councillor protocols of the city council from 1693 till 1690 saved in State City Archive Prachatice in the fund Archive of the town Netolice. I am going to deal with the structure of the city administration (the city council, the reeve, the village elder). I am going to compare it with the situation in other towns or cities in early modern age. Then I am going to deal with the ceremonial of the elections and recoveries of the city council and I am going to try to reconstruct its proces and everything that belonged to it. The last part of my thesis concerns the compositin of the city council in chosen time period. The result should be the reconstuction of the composition of the political elites in Netolice which can become the ?springboard? to their detailed professional, social and property analysis in other qualifying thesis.

Position of the Slovak National Council 1944-1948

This Thesis analyses the position of the Slovak National Council from 1944 through 1948 as a body that had acquired all legislative, executive and government powers after its revolutionary establishment in Slovakia. The Thesis also deals with the period preceding the constitution of the Slovak National Council in order to point out the historical reasons of establishment of this Slovak national authority in light of developing Czech-Slovak relationships from late 18th century to the Slovak National Uprising, after which the Slovak National Council had been established and taken the reins thereof afterwards. The Slovak National Council is considered in this Thesis a Slovak national authority which originated under the circumstances of the historical period as an expression of the Slovak nation's independence concurrently entering the anti-fascist and anti-nationalist struggle aimed at release from the factual German thraldom. Architecture and feminism in Czechoslovakia in the first half of the 20th century

This thesis examines the relationship between architecture and feminism in the first half of the 20th century in Czechoslovakia. It opens by defining the dynamics of Czechoslovak feminism and architecture with regard to the theory of social movements. This text primarily focuses on the program, objectives and the modus operandi of the liberal branch of feminism, represented mainly by the non-partisan organization Ženská národní rada (Women's National Council). Members of this Council believed they could actively participate in shaping of the government policy on the social standing of women and maintained a close relationship of their organization to the state polity. We view this belief and this relationship as a model valid for a wide range of other women's organizations in that period. We consider these links the most important factor in determining the feminist organizations' relation to the movement of modern architecture.We follow the interaction of architecture and feminism in three chapters. The common denominator is the position of these two movements to modernization processes that were taking place in the nation state, in particular to the advent of the theories of scientific management. Management Company and the Supervisory Board in czech "corporation" and comparison of a corporation under U.S. law

Diploma thesis in its first part characterizes the executive authority of a joint stock company - the directors and the supervisory body - the Supervisory Board. It focuses on the creation and termination functions of members of those bodies, scope and responsibilities of the institutions and the rights of members of the institutions. The second part focuses on the work of a corporation under U.S. law, a single body - the Governing Council, namely the creation and termination functions, powers, internal relations within the institution, etc. At the end of the thesis two systems are compared, given the common and different features, lists advantages and disadvantages of the systems.

Evaluation of Mystery Shopping in National Library of Technology 2015

V posledních letech knihovny po celém světě využívají metody ověřování kvality služeb formou tzv. mystery shoppingu. Národní technická knihovna se již podruhé rozhodla zvolit tento průzkum pro získání dat k evaluaci a rozvoji poskytovaných služeb. První testování knihovny proběhlo v roce 2014 a poskytlo teoretický i praktický základ pro přípravu průzkumu v roce 2015. Díky výsledkům z předešlého roku jsme mohli porovnat, zda došlo k úspěšnému zavedení doporučení z prvního mystery shoppingu. V roce 2015 bylo hodnocení více zaměřeno na samotné služby (otázky byly velmi specifické a šly více do hloubky oproti roku 2014). Vzhledem k tomu nebylo zcela možné srovnání všech výsledků z roku 2015 s rokem 2014. I v tomto roce byla na základě výstupů připravena SWOT analýza a sepsán soubor doporučení, který byl předán odpovědným oddělením. Z průzkumu vzešla také řada metodologických doporučení pro příští roky.
