Creation of the Enterprise Architecture model according to the TOGAF framework
Čapek, Jan ; Doucek, Petr (advisor) ; Zeman, Petr (referee)
The present diploma thesis aims at introducing the Enterprise Architecture and creating an abstract model of a company. The primary focus is on application and process layers as defined in the architecture framework TOGAF. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical chapter starts with a business model analysis which means to describe mission vision and companys values as a part of the strategy framework. Furthermore the business processes are described in the latter part of this section. This chapter attempts to explain how to map a business process and to categorize it by nature and maturity level. Penultimate chapter introduces the Enterprise Architecture in general. This section includes arguments as to why the companies should be concerned with the Enterprise Architecture advantages of the Enterprise Architecture implementation into the companys documentation relationship of companys core business and IT and examples of the Enterprise Architecture frameworks. The last chapter deals with the TOGAF framework where Architecture Development Method is described. This means how Enterprise Architecture model is created and how to implement changes into the layers according to the TOGAF framework. Simultaneously the last section of this chapter describes the reference models which provide graphical overview of all abstractions layers. The practical part of the thesis elaborates on the theoretical part using the Architecture Development Method process in order to create the Enterprise Architecture model according to TOGAF framework. Same as the theoretical part it only focuses on the application and process layer. Firstly the business model is decomposed into vision mission and companys values to the companys strategy and business goals in order to grasp further understanding of business processes detailed description. Subsequently the abovementioned aspects are recomposed to create process map which provides the management overview. The application layer undergoes the same process; nonetheless the process map is replaced by information system description and reference model creation. Once the models are created the thesis compares them with the business and strategic goals. The benefit brought by this thesis is critical evaluation of current status to propose changes to achieve target architacture according business and strategic goals established by management.

Work includes: general introduction to the components of the wood-based panels with a transparent layer, the history of their production. It includes requirements for individual components of composite wood panels and requirements for wood and other wood-based materials, which serve as reinforcement. Also mentions claims potting material, which serves as a matrix. It includes a description of the technology of wood-based panels with a transparent layer. This paper introduces the most commonly used material serving as a matrix, their distinctive characteristics essential for the production of composite plates. Compares parameters resins based on polyester, polyurethane and epoxy resins and analyzes the choice of a suitable material for producing a composite board based on user requirements. Part of this work is to design materials for the manufacture of composite board with controlled light distribution.

Rain impact on FSO link attenuation based on theory and measurement
Brázda, V. ; Schejbal, V. ; Fišer, Ondřej
The FSO link becomes a usual mean of modern wireless communications. But it suffers from atmospheric particles causing attenuation. That´s why this random attenuation must be carefully considered by the FSO link design. As it is known the most serious atmospheric phenomenon is fog, and low cloudiness. But the rain attenuation (night mare of mm wave links) is not negligible on optical links, too. In this contribution we focus on rain attenuation from theoretical as well as experimental point of view. Statistics and rain event analysis are shown. There is an overview and a comparison of several formulas for rain attenuation derived from DSD or rain rate. Rain is not the worst phenomena for the transmission but we can’t neglect its influence on FSO. Only full understanding of influence of real atmosphere can lead to solution of a high availability of FSO systems.

Microalgal Growth Problem for the Photosynthetitc Factory and its Optimization: An Overview and Further Analysis
Čelikovský, Sergej
The overview of the micro-algal growth problem for the photosynthetic factory and its optimal control solution is presented here. First, the model description and its properties like Haldan steady state dynamics, light integration property and the forward invariance of the set of biologically well-de ned states are described. This shows that the model meets basic experimentally based requirements. Further, its optimal control problem is formulated and solved analytically for the one dimensional singular perturbation based reduction. Properties of the optimal control for the reduced model are discussed and compared with some experimental observations. Among them, the general biotechnological paradigm that on large time intervals the optimal solution is, in certain sense, almost constant, is substantiated. As a new original result of this paper, the explicit solvable di erentiable equation for the unsaturated part of the optimal control is derived.

Randomness in music: an overview of the current possibilities
Dos Santos Agostinho Filho, Gilberto ; MRKVIČKA, Luboš (advisor) ; RATAJ, Michal (referee)
Randomness has become an integral part of the contemporary composer's technical pallet. From trivial dice rolls to complex stochastic systems, there is an enormous amount of different methods that can be used in order to apply randomness in music: the results of simple coin tosses can be translated into any sort of binary data (e.g. note/silence), probability distributions may be use to control musical parameters or even musical form, Markov chains can be used to generate the path which a composition will take, etc. To emphasize the importance of these indeterminate techniques, this work will first take a historical look on randomness in the 20th century music, puncuated by relevant musical examples. These techniques are then discussed from a contemporary point of view, focusing on their relevance for the music today, dealing both with acoustic and electroacoustic music, generated with or without the aid of computers.

Persons with hearing impairments in the dramatic arts
NOVOTNÁ, Michala
This bachelor thesis concentrates on issues associated with people with hearing problems and their relationship with theatrical art. The aim of this work is to introduce the problems of studying theatrical art by individuals that are hearing impaired, and also the problems associated with employment for these people. The specifics of being hearing impaired are described in the theoretical section, including communication and education of the hearing impaired. The next chapter addresses theatrical art in relationship to the hearing impaired people. It also includes the performance of university subject Educational Drama of the Deaf (further reffered to as VDN). Also the employment opportunities after graduation from this university subject are covered and chapters the Hearing Impaired as Artists and Hearing Impaired as Educators are included. There is a very limited amount of specialist literature available on this problematic. It was chosen qualitative research method by using half structured interview so the information in the theoretical part were specified or broadened so the reader gets the best possible overview about this problematic. The target group were hearing impaired graduates of the VDN subject, they have the greatest experience in this sphere and therefore they can pass on lots of important information. By the interest of these graduates it can be concluded, that educational subjects opened up for specific target groups is a positive move towards breaking barriers between people who have normal hearing and people who are hearing impaired. This subject could be a model for specialists and the public, on how to further broaden and improve conditions for all disabled people. As outlined above, the scope of this of this bachelor thesis includes an analysis of the concerns of the specifics of the Hearing Impaired Theatre, the analysis incorporates the theatrical performance of the VDN students from a hearing impaired point of view. This bachelor thesis can be an informative source of information for the normal hearing part of a population about the problematic of the hearing impaired and about the Hearing Impaired Theatre.

Utilization of alternative and augmentative communication systems for children with cerebral palsy
UHLÍKOVÁ, Barbora
This thesis describes the use of alternative communication systems with children who suffer from cerebral palsy (CP) The introduction of the thesis briefly defines CP, its varieties and the causes of its outburst. I paid particular attention to defected communication skills of individuals with CP which negatively affect one's development. The overview of alternative and augmentative communication methods (AAC) focuses particularly on the methods aiming at compensation of impaired communication skills used in the Czech Republic. Second part of the paper contains case studies describing concrete situations with individual children. All the studies examine cases of clients with CP using the AAC. The goal of the paper is to define whether the use of AAC methods leads to an improvement of social relationships and learning skills. The research shows that the use of AAC systems positively affects social relationships and communication skills.

SLOUKA, Pavel
The topic of this bachelor thesis is Offer of quality leisure activities for endangered children. The theoretical part characterises basic concepts relating to endangered children, special education and leisure time. Next it describes the structure of organizations that care of these children, such as state and local authorities. The theoretical part also includes who can provide leisure activities for endangered children. Emphasis is placed on the area of volunteering. In the practical part the author focuses mainly on leisure activities offered by organizations to those children. Furthermore the author poses the question why these children are at risk. The research deals with the cooperation between parents of endangered children and organizations that provide leisure time activities. Economic dimension is also considered. Research identifies the financial participation of children or their parents. The results show that the most widespread are sports and artistic clubs. The research declares that parents of endangered children cooperate with leisure organizations. Most children, according to research results, are endangered by disability, ethnicity or unstable family background. Fees for the clubs are either missed, or they can be waived at most organizations under predefined conditions. The bachelor's thesis can be used as an overview of offered activities for endangered children in České Budějovice and Tábor.
