Marketing communication strategies of specific company

The main objective of this final thesis is the analysis of the current marketing activities of a targeted company and the customers? awareness. One of the objectives is an assessment and an efficiency of a marketing strategy and the instruments of communication mix. This thesis also describes and analyses, how the instruments of the communication mix are used in targeted company and how effective they are. The analysis of the history and current competition progression of the targeted company is also mentioned. The targeted company is the company Vase Auto Plc., specializing in trade and service of motorized vehicles. The company is based in Ceske Budejovice and it has a long tradition on the market including valued business name. In application part, there is introduced the targeted company Vase Auto Plc., business in the trade and service field of the BMW and Ford brands. There are the characterization of history and progress of the company progression, law aspects, the purpose of business and other relevant subjects described in this chapter. The current market position and the completion ability are shown in macro and micro space analysis of the company and analysis of current marketing activities within the communication mix.

Segmentation of the organic food market

The goal of this masters thesis is focused on segmentation of the organic food market in the Czech Republic based on analysis of similarities or differences among consumers in Czech organic food market and also find out who is a typical organic food consumer. The thesis is divided into three parts, the theoretical, the methodological and the practical part. Process of the market segmentation, methods and approaches of the segmentation, the basic concepts and legislation on the matter are described in the theoretical part. Furthermore, mapping the situation of the contemporary state of the Czech organic food market. Marketing research is introduced in methodological part of the thesis. The practical part includes market segmentation by using secondary data MML - TGI (with Data Analyzer software) and primary data from quantitative research (with SPSS software). Variables were reduced to the four factors by using factor analysis. Then consumers were put into five clusters based on cluster analysis. Segments were characterized in detail using a general analysis, contingency tables, MCART analysis and multivariate statistical methods. Finally, there were elaborated appropriate marketing recommendations for the individual segments to effective marketing communication with them.

Analysis of the EU regulations in the field of Information and Telecommunication technologies and their effect on the single market

The bachelor thesis describes the EU regulations in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT), particularly the Digital agenda for Europe strategy. These regulations are then tested for their influence on the European single market. The major question answered here is whether the EU regulations in field of ICT have a positive impact on the EUs single market. Answer to this question helps us evaluate the ongoing Digital agenda strategy. The impact of the regulations is analysed by induction of the following indicators, international trade, ratio of population buying online, DESI index and NRI index. With this method it is possible to tackle the wide range of fields the Digital agenda covers. I conclude this work with the statement, that European ICT regulations do have a positive impact on the single market, although are problematic due to the slow legislative process and low efficiency in addressing the regulated issue.

Folklore ensembles' members opinion of folklore and folklorism in the Czech republic

The aim of this work is to analyse the image of current folklore and folklorisme in the Czech Republic through the eyes of folklore ensemble members. It is divided into multiple parts, each of them focusing on different aspects. The first part deals with traditional folklore, its characteristics and functions, and then focuses on other term folklorism, including their comparison, as those two phenomena depend on each other. This comparison is based on the different environments where folklore and folklorism appear, their dissimilar functions and the amount of stylization. Folklorism is furthermore also put into context with mass culture and mass communication. The subsequent part is dedicated to analysis of public attitudes towards folklore in various historical periods as well as to previous research findings in the Czech Republic in reference to current activities of the government and of international institutions focusing on preservation of this part of cultural heritage. A considerable amount of attention is paid to members of folklore groups that work with traditional sources and participate on preservation and evolution of folklore. Analysis of Communication Mix of a chosen Product

This dissertation is dealing with the analysis of the Thermomur Praha s.r.o. company's communication mix. Specifically analysing the Themomur structural system. The aim is to analyze the marketing communication of the structural system, Themomur and based on this propose different suggestions to improve it. The theoretical part of this dissertation identifies basic concepts of the marketing theory, marketing mix, communication mix and its tools. In the practical part the company Thermomur Praha s.r.o. is introduced. After that the communication mix of the Themomur structural system is analyzed and the SWOT analysis is made. The proposal and recommendations should be useful as a foundation to adjust or assemble a new communicational mix of the company.

Web-based application for Czech language e-learning

Lack of knowledge of the Czech language means a serious problem for foreigners living in the Czech Republic. Czech language should help them in communication, business, studying, but for some people it is also the necessary condition for obtaining a permanent residence. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and implement a web application that should serve as a source of learning the Czech language for foreigners. To achieve this goal, the thesis first deals with the analysis of the existing solutions for Czech language e-learning. A design of a web application, user interface and the structure of the database model is suggested based on the finishing analysis. After designing the web application, its development follows, in which the client/server architecture and selected web technologies including Laravel Framework, jQuery and MySQL database system are used. The output of this work is a detailed web-based application that provides an access to educational lessons, instructions and exercises for users, who need to improve in Czech language. They can test their knowledge and determine their skill level.

Modern marketing communication tools and their use of a particular online store

This Master´s thesis entitled Modern marketing communication tools and their use of a particular online store dedicated to modern methods of promotion on the Internet market of fashion in the Czech Republic, namely the largest of these deals ZOOT.cz. The aim of the work is based on quantitative and qualitative research to evaluate the use of modern tools of marketing communication in the example mentioned internet business when compared with other entities. The theoretical part of this thesis provides a definition of Internet marketing and the entire online environment, as well as a description of various marketing tools along with outlining their modern forms. In the practical part is to analyse these tools with an online shop ZOOT.cz. The main sources of data are the results of a survey from ZOOT called Fashion Report, data from Sklik to new service Retargeting about the effectiveness of its use, as well as the conclusions of individual and group interviews with employees of ZOOT or internal documents online stores on the effectiveness of individual used instruments. The results of these studies show that if companies use modern marketing communication tools, they are still more emphasis on the rapid inclusion of innovations into business activities, providing superior customer service, but also a form of monitoring advertisements for competitors.

The use of social media in marketing of retail

The subject of the thesis The use of social media in marketing of retail is to analyze and evaluate success of the marketing strategy in social media used by retail. Comparing the effect of social media with competition and formulation of recommendation for analyzed company in efficient and successful communication on the social media. The theoretical part is focused on examination of performance issues. Also on examination of possibilities in using of social media in marketing strategy. Following methodic part shows used research and analythical methods. In the practical part the survey, competitive comparison and also content analysis is used to compare the effect of the analyzed company and its competitors on the social network, Facebook. Then according to the results of analysis the author suggests recommendations for better assessment of communication with customers by using social media. In conclusion, there is appreciation of the work and commenting defined hypotheses.

Analysis of communication strategy of Red Bull Czech Republic

In my thesis I focused on the analysis of communication strategy of Red Bull Czech Republic, specifically on advertising, communication at the point of sale, public relations and media communications, opinion leaders program, event marketing and digital communications. I started from global communication strategy represented by Red Bull Media House and I have examined, how this strategy is implemented at local level. For this analysis, it was also necessary to analyze market of energy drinks in the Czech Republic, as it stands under the category of soft drinks and what position takes Red Bull. Based on these analyzes, I evaluated pros, cons and suggested possible improvements.

Marketing communication of commercial insurance companies on social media

The diploma thesis deals with marketing communication of commercial insurance companies on social media. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of the communication activities of commercial insurance companies on selected social media. Based on the identified state and detected interest in these communication activities by customers, recommendations are suggested for improvement of communication online commercial insurance companies to support the sales of insurance products. The first section defines the areas of insurance, marketing communication and social media. After that there is identification of activities that companies can perform on social media to increase brand awareness. These activities can be monitored, evaluated and after that optimized. In the second section there is identified the current state of commercial insurance activities on social media and detected interest in these activities from customers by using qualitative research. Based on these findings, draft recommendations are formulated on possible improvements to the current situation. The benefit of this thesis is the identification of the current state of commercial insurance activities on social media.
