The diploma thesis focuses on the topic of Employer Branding, where the theoretical part describes the possibilities of building a brand and improving it. The practical part contains a description of the selected company and a description of the current situation in the company. Subsequently, internal and external research of the company's brand as an employer is carried out, focusing on the Brno enterprise. According to the results of the analytical part, issues are identified and possibilities for their improvement are suggested.

In this bachelor thesis I dealt with the issue of Human Resource marketing in a selected organisation with the concept of personnel marketing. Personnel marketing is divided into internal and external personnel marketing. Personnel marketing is focused on processes of obtaining human resources, selecting human resources and retaining current human resources in a company. Another discussed topics were benefits and bonuses, opportunity of career growth and building the Employer brand. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis contains the proposed changes and some measures that make selected company more prosperous.
Employer Branding in selected company

The diploma thesis is focused on Employer Branding in a selected organization. The aim of the work is to propose changes that will lead to the improvement of the current state. These changes are designed based on the analysis of Employer Branding tools of the selected company. The work is divided into three consecutive parts. The first of them is the theoretical part, in which the findings drawn from the literature or Internet sources were processed. The work continues with the practical part, which deals with the characteristics of the selected organization and its Employer Branding activities and tools. The practical part also deals with the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey. The last part of the work are recommendations that were designed based on the shortcomings identified during the processing of the practical part.
Personnel marketing - Personnel marketing focused on university students and graduates

The character of activities of human resource management is in today's world wider and wider, to be a good employer is not enough, it is needed to communicate this message through various channels and grip potential employees, current employees and also the public. On the basis of analyzis of available sources, the thesis summarizes and completes current knowledge in the area of personnel marketing and employer branding, and proves the importance of personnel marketing in the discipline of human resource management. The theoretical part at first concentrates on the general area of personnel marketing, later it covers specific activities of personnel marketing focused on the target group of university students and graduates. The practical part of the thesis describes the approach of a specific organization and activities of that organization focused on the target group of university students and graduates. Later the practical part describes a project of building university relations in which I took a part, the results of this project, and evaluation of the impact of the results. In the end the thesis compares the activities of this organization with prevalent praxis and answers a question if the success of personnel marketing is based rather on quantitative or qualitative approach. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of current trends in the process of recruiting employees in the organization. Recruiting employees is an important process for HR professionals and for the entire organization. Recruitment is classified as a personnel activity. First the diploma thesis characterizes personnel activities, especially the process of recruiting staff and the individual steps of the activity. Then the latest trends in the process of recruiting are presented, as the trend in the development of information technology is reflected in recruitment. Qualitative research is conducted throughout in-depth interviews with candidates, staff, and interview with employers. On the basis of obtained primary and secondary data obtained, recommendations for the recruitment of entities moving on this market have been proposed.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the system of personnel management focusing on the area of recruitment of the selected company. The main aim of the thesis is to prepare proposals for changes that will contribute to improving and streamlining the functioning of the company in this field. The diploma thesis is composed of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with recruitment issues. Both Czech and foreign sources were used to process this part. The practical part analyzes the current situation in the company regarding the area of recruitment. The analysis was conducted on the basis of a controlled interview with the Personnel Department Manager. At the end of the thesis, based on this analysis, proposals and recommendations for improving and streamlining the management of the examined area are elaborated.
Perception of the employer brand by IT graduates of IT field in the Moravian-Silesian Region.

The main goal of this work is to implement the acquired knowledge about the preferences of students and graduates of IT field in the Moravian-Silesian Region for the construction of the Shopsys s.r.o. Employer Brand. In the first part of this work Shopsys s.r.o. will be introduce and their Employer Brand will be analysed too. For this needs will help also questionnaire survey among employees of Shopsys s.r.o. regarding the perceptions of the employer's brand. Subsequently will be carry out questionnaire survey among students and graduates of IT field in the Moravian-Silesian Region aiming to find out what the requirements for their potential employer are. In the third, the final part will be compared the previous two parts. The output will be a suggestion to improve the building of companys Employer Brand.
Use of social media in recruitment

The bachelor thesis discusses factores influencing a labour market and provides a descriptions of social medias. Afterwards it explores social media opportunities, such as employer branding, sourcing, advertising tools and social media implementation procedure planning in accordance with a company strategy. Gathered data are compared with an emplyoment analysis, which offers a overview of a development and current situation in the company. The thesis researches the applicability of social media in the company Severomoravské vodovody a kanalizace a.s. in Ostrava. Afterwards a plan is made for a utilization of social media for recruitment as well as for employer branding. In the end of the work is proposal for social media implementation in the company Severomoravské vodovody a kanalizace a.s.
