Analysis and Evaluation of Locating Structures According to the Building Act

The thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of the locating structures according to the building Act in the locality of the municipality Pozorice. In the theoretical part are characterized the forms of the territorial decisions with their detailed structure. In the practical section there are analysed plots in the context of the village Pozorice, using regulartors of the territorial planning documentation with the subsequent evaluation. The downstream section of the practical part is accompanied by placing the buildings on the land, from the location of the building, after the issuance of the building permit. At the conclusion of the thesis there are summarizes the objectives and results of the work.

Comparison of the airspace of the Czech Republic and the airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The aim of presented bachelor thesis is to study the airspace of the Czech Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan and to formulate ways to improve it. In accordance with the goal, the following research tasks are formulated and solved: - study the legal status of airspace; - perform a comparative analysis of the airspace of the Czech Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan; - to propose ways to improve the airspace structure of the Czech Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan. The theoretical generalization was made on the basis of an analysis of the provisions of the general theory of law, the theory of international law, the national legal order of the Czech Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan.

V této práci jsem na konkrétních příkladech nařízení a směrnic EU týkajících se vědy a techniky uvedla a analyzovala specifické rysy jazyka používaného v dokumentech EU. Znalost konkrétních, specifických příkladů v nařízeních EU týkajících se vědy a techniky může být přínosná pro pochopení některých nařízení. V této práci jsem vysvětlila, jaké zvláštní rysy mají právní dokumenty Evropské unie, a ukázala jsem příklady těchto rysů.

Same-sex marriage in the context of the Advocacy Coalition Framework

This diploma thesis focuses on the current situation regarding the coexistence of same-sex couples in the Czech Republic. The thesis deals with a proposal to amend Act No. 89/2012 Coll., with closer attention paid to the stenographic record of the 100th meeting of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic. The entire issue is viewed through the Advocacy Coalition Framework (ACF) theory, primarily utilizing the concept of advocacy coalitions. The main goal of the thesis is to analyze the process of discussing the proposal to amend the law aimed at legalizing same-sex marriages in the Czech Republic. The work explains how actors perceive the issue, how they influence the policy-making and decision-making process. The use of the concept of advocacy coalitions contributes to clarifying the formation and development of coalitions in public policy and to subsequently identifying how actors collaborate in promoting their interests. The source of data for the thesis was primarily information from the stenographic record, from other political documents such as parliamentary presses or laws, and also the outputs of involved actors on social networks. The aim of this work is to refer the real situation of women in India and their struggle to improve and implement women´s rights, among other ways also through Gulabi Gang movement. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the legal status of women in India, gender inequality in politics, education and religion. The practical part is focused on civic society group Gulabi Gang and contains also a development project proposal for a community centre for Gulabi Gang.

Frausová A. Viticulture in the context of the amendment to the Act on viticulture. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2019. The diploma thesis deals with viticulture in the context of the amendment to the Act on viticulture. The aim of the thesis was to formulate proposals and recommendations for strategic alternatives for domestic winemakers in connection with the aforementioned amendment to the Act on Viticulture. The first part of the thesis contains an overview of the literature, ie basic terms and knowledge that describe the given issue. The work itself is based on the analysis of the external and internal environment of winegrowing enterprises. Furthermore, the collection of primary and secondary data was conducted. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire survey and indepth interviews. On the basis of the marketing research, opportunities and threats and strengths and weaknesses were formulated, from which a SWOT matrix was subsequently drawn up. Based on the SWOT analysis, strategies were formulated that could be used by domestic winemakers in the future.

GDPR in non-profit organization

Title: GDPR in non-profit organization Objectives: The theoretical part summarizes the laws, regulations and regulations in the field of GDPR. The practical part focuses on the specific area of sport and the GDPR solution in ČUS and ČOV organizations. The main objective of the work is to evaluate the GDPR procedures and recommendations for the non-profit organizations made by CUS and ČOV organization, their comparison and recommendations for improvement of the final document related to regulation of GDPR in general in Czech sport area. Methods: The work includes analysis, evaluation, comparison and adequate proposals together with recommendations for improvement. Relevant data are obtained from available documents and on the basis of semi-structured interviews with selected representatives and members of ČUS, ČOV and specialized companies processing GDPRs in these organizations. Results: In order to examine the available documents on GDPR in sport, it was found that the Česká unie sportu is the most active in this topic and tries to publish all documents on the website. The aim of this work was to create a handbook that could be helpful in capturing and processing GDPR in smaller sports non-profit organizations that are not under the directions of a larger roof organization.
