Cílem předkládané bakalářské práce je studium vzdušného prostoru České republiky a Republiky Kazachstán a formulování způsobů jeho zlepšení. V souladu s cílem jsou formulovány a řešeny následující výzkumné úkoly: - prostudovat právní status vzdušného prostoru; - provést srovnávací analýzu vzdušného prostoru České republiky a Republiky Kazachstán; - navrhnout způsoby, jak zlepšit strukturu vzdušného prostoru České republiky a Republiky Kazachstán. Teoretické zobecnění bylo provedeno na základě analýzy ustanovení obecné teorie práva, teorie mezinárodního práva, vnitrostátního právního řádu České republiky a Republiky Kazachstán. Studie analyzovala širokou škálu dokumentačních zdrojů, která se vyznačuje přítomností mezinárodně právních aktů, dokumentů Mezinárodní organizace pro civilní letectví, právních aktů České republiky a Republiky Kazachstán. The aim of presented bachelor thesis is to study the airspace of the Czech Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan and to formulate ways to improve it. In accordance with the goal, the following research tasks are formulated and solved: - study the legal status of airspace; - perform a comparative analysis of the airspace of the Czech Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan; - to propose ways to improve the airspace structure of the Czech Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan. The theoretical generalization was made on the basis of an analysis of the provisions of the general theory of law, the theory of international law, the national legal order of the Czech Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
