Rekvalification as a form of investment in human capital

The theoretical part of my baccalaureate work is focused on human capital and investments in it. It compares costs and returnes arising from investment into human capital and thinks of returning of these investments during human life. Next my work deals with instruments used for making a decision about investment into human capital and contemporary trend of continuing education and reskilling as a form of investment into human cupital. The application and empirical part of my work is concentrated on following of labour market in the district of Benešov and willingness of employees to continue their schooling. It maps out reskilling and features connected with it.. My conclusions are completed with questionnaire research summarizing views of clients of employment agency in the district of Benešov, their plans, ideas and experience in the area of schooling, it means in the area of reskilling.

The aim of this bachelor work is to compare problems of the development of social infrustructure in Mongolia and South Korea. The author focuses on the two most important spheres of social infrastructure -- health care and education. Majority of differences in development of education and health service in these two countries result from significantly dissimilar economic development that is responsible for poverty of Mongolian people as well as for mental illnesses of exhausted Koreans. The bachelory work is divided into three chapters. The first one is dedicated to Mongolia and its specific problems leading to education and health care of low quality. In the second part the author presents problems of health care and demanding education system in South Korea. The third and the last part compares the causes of malfunction of the social infrastructure in the two countries.

Factors of unemployment in Czech republic versus factors of unemployment in European union

The main topic of this bachelor essay is factors of unemployment in Czech Republic versus factors of unemployment in European Union. The essay adverts to general problem of unemployment within the CZE and within the EU. More deeply the essay follows the development and the reasons of unemployment and does not omit its effect on economy and the whole society. Main focus is addressed to unemployment factors themselves, which more or less influence the unemployment and generate the problem of the whole Europe-scale. Selected factors of unemployment in CZE and in EU were analyzed in the essay and the main goal was to focus on main facts, refer to the differences and asses the relevancy of chosen factors. Prediction of short-term unemployment due to the selected factors is also mentioned.

Cílem této práce je vytyčení oblastí, které jsou zásadní pro efektivní fungování neziskové organizace, resp. pro úspěšné naplňování poslání neziskové organizace. Zkoumanými oblastmi se staly faktory ovlivňující činnost občanského sdružení Poradna pro uprchlíky. V závěru práce docházím k názoru, že nejdůležitějším ze zkoumaných faktorů je faktor lidský a zejména potřeba profesionálních a vzdělaných pracovníků.

Human Capital and Education in Czech Republic

This bachelor work deals with human capital and education. The first part of my work is focused on the theory of human capital, which comes from the work of the economist Gary S. Becker. In this part influences on formation of human capital are described, in more detail the theme of investments to human capital, types of investments, their rate of return and the risk rate are specified. Next this part is concerned with a connection between education and economic growth and with a theory of signals. The second part is focused on an education system in the Czech Republic, its comparison with other world education systems and last but not least on its financing.

Financing of universities in Slovakia

Education represents the fundament, a pillar of social and commercial development of each country whose justness influences the quality of life of every member of the society. This bachelor work dissertates general characteristics of education. The opening chapter discusses different approaches such as human capital,externality and investment. The main part of my work constitutes the portrayal of system functioning of various universities in Slovakia and related concept of the legislative ambit of their financing. Considerable portion is also dedicated to the detailed methodics of funding and dotations analysis, various calculations and social aspect of university students. Conclusion deals with the exaluation of my survey in which numerous students participated, the evaluation of the educational system funding in Slovakia followed by the comparison to the one in Czech Republic.

Obsahem teoretické části práce jsou teoretické poznatky a východiska pro analyzu systému vzdělávání, která se týká jak odborného, tak rozvojového vzdělávání. Praktická část zahrnuje představení společnosti z hlediska působení na českém trhu, představení vedení společnosti a cílů personální strategie i strategie vzdělávání. Následující kapitoly obsahují samotnou analýzu procesů vzdělávání se zaměřením na povinná školení, systematické vzdělávání a oblast rozvoje.

Cílem práce je analyzovat mzdy v České republice v souvislosti s nejvyšším dosaženým vzděláním. Práce zahrnuje různé analytické pohledy na mzdy a dosažené vzdělání podle různých charakteristik. Vzdělání považuji za možný faktor zvýšení mezd. Podstatný vliv na rozhodování jedince o tom, zda bude investovat do získání dalšího, vyššího stupně vzdělání, mohou mít mzdové rozdíly související s dosaženým vzděláním.

Účelem této práce je popis a zhodnocení financování vysokoškolského vzdělání v Bělorusku a v ČR. Obsahuje podrobnou charakteristiku přístupů k financování vysokého školství v těchto vybraných zemích. Poslední kapitola je věnována porovnání a zhodnocení popsaných způsobů, které vzdělávací instituce využívají k obstarávání finančních prostředků zajištující jejich činnost. Závěrečná část také obsahuje doporučení, která mají za cíl vést ke zlepšení situaci ve sféře financování vysokého školství obou studovaných států.

The theoretical part of the thesis contains information about education in general, futhermore it describes general information on e-learning. In the end of this part there are described different ways how to implement e-learning in a company. Practical part concerns information about a company - PRAKAB PRAZSKA KABELOVNA, a.s., possible ways of aplication education. In the final part of the thesis a solution is recommended and compared with an opinion of the personal manager of this company.
