Teoretická část práce se zabývá v první řadě vzděláváním v podniku obecně a poté se věnuje obecným rysům e-learningu. Dále jsou v této části obsaženy možné způsoby aplikace learnigu v podniku. Praktická část práce obsahuje informace o společnosti PRAKAB PRAŽSKÁ KABELOVNA, a.s. a dále různé možné způsoby řešení vzdělávání v této společnosti. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje doporučení pro výběr jedné z variant, a toto je porovnáno s názorem vedoucího personálního oddělení této společnosti. The theoretical part of the thesis contains information about education in general, futhermore it describes general information on e-learning. In the end of this part there are described different ways how to implement e-learning in a company. Practical part concerns information about a company - PRAKAB PRAZSKA KABELOVNA, a.s., possible ways of aplication education. In the final part of the thesis a solution is recommended and compared with an opinion of the personal manager of this company.
