1. Identification details Viticulture in Jaroslavice 2. urbanistic solution The place that I am thinking about is the ground located on the edge of village Jaroslavice. It takes 6,5ha. Owners of this ground are husband and wife Markel. My the most important idea for the viticulture is its implanting to the landscape and make the viticulture that will be a family business. The objects of the viticulture are situated on the square place connected to the house, that survived as the only one after the building the brickyard and becoming the family house. Individual services are located according to continuity of production. The part used for living is with the view for the landscape, because of the privacy of visitors. In the center of the court is the place for eating, meeting owners with visitors and with wine, of course. There are two roads that separate two parts: the part of working and the part for visitors and their comfort. The part of the land close to the existing house has plane character, so it is realy good place for the court and also for the wheelchairs access to each buildings. There is no need to modify the land to much because there are no subterranean parts of the objects. The land is also used for increasing capacity vineyards. The rest of the big land could be used for setting fruits plantation – apple trees, plum trees and so on. Even thought the entire set of objects is compact, each of the objects are separated so the construction could be gradual. The most important are the manufacturing and store parts, the parts for meeting, tasting and living could be done later. 3. Architectonic solution The restful place close to the nature in the south of the Moravia region is the ideal place for rest connected with visiting the family viticulture. The design is trying for the best connection between good business and finding a nice place for living. The face of All the objects comes from the existing house. The wooden sheathing unites all the objects. The vision is that the viticulture should befit to the landscape and do not disturb uniqueness of this place. It is thanks to the nature material that getting old together with its surroundings.
Influence of grapevine growing methods on quality of wine
Šprláková, Katarína ; Hrstka, Miroslav (referee) ; Vránová, Dana (advisor)
This thesis is concerned about the impact of ecological and integrated cultivation of vines for wine quality. The theoretical part describes the history, characteristics of the vine, the conditions that can affect the quality of grapes and the finished product. This work also describes the chemical composition of the fruit of the vine, the base phase of processing of grapes and wine production, from cider pressing to bottling processes and analyzes the chemical composition of wine. In the experimental part are monitored changes of chemical parameters (dry matter, alcohol, total and reducing sugars) in the musts during the process of fermentation. The musts come from grapes of Rulandské modré grown in a system of integrated and ecological production.
Cellular processes in twining plants and tendrils
Šimečková, Jana ; Krtková, Jana (advisor) ; Skokan, Roman (referee)
This work focuses on the twining of stems and tendrils of vines and the underlying cellular processes involved. Vines, comprising a diverse group, require support for their growth and are known as "climbers." Successful coiling depends on the contact between the plant and the support, this contact is facilitated by movements such as skototropism and circumnutation. Once in contact with the support, coiling occurs. Specialized G-fiber cells appear to play a crucial role in the coiling process. Additionally, microtubules and cellulose microfibrils are extensively studied in the context of helical growth. Although the complete picture of cellular signaling during coiling remains elusive, numerous chemical substances influencing coiling have been identified, including jasmonates and other plant hormones. Many significant plants fall into the category of climbing plants, yet much remains unknown about their coiling mechanisms.
Once upon a time, there was a stranger on the road
Vondráčková, Kristýna ; Listíková, Renáta (advisor) ; Ébert-Zeminová, Catherine (referee)
v anglickém jazyce: This thesis mainly analyzes the five-part novel Gargantua and Pantagruel written by the French author Francois Rabelais. Emphasis is based particularly on an inclusion of Rabelais's work in historical and literary context of the period of transformation between medieval and Renaissance society. More specifically, it deals with the author's humanist opinion and his critique of contemporary society, which is the main line of the work itself. The aim of our thesis is especially an attempt to outline the various possible meanings of the terms « road or path » and « stranger » in Rabelais's work and explain the role of these thematic concepts in the author's concept of criticism of society.

New methods of grape-vine (Vitis vinifera) plants production
ZUKAL, Radim
My bachelor work deals with the description methods of the propagation of grapevine. Vine can be reproduce vegetatively and generatively. In a generative propagation is described tree breeding maintenance and tree breeding of new varieties. Vegetative propagations deals with the propagation of direct, indirect propagation and propagation in vitro. Described is also a technology of producing grapevine plants.
