Thesis "Comparison of the prices of the house in various parts of the city Světlá in 2014 and 2015" deals with the valuation of the selectedhouse. Compared takes place at the usual price and the price determined in different years and by identifying differences in prices in those years. For the year 2014 the calculation methodology used by the Valuation Decree no. 441/2013 coll., and the 2015 Decree no. 441/2013 coll.,as amended by Decree no. 199/ 2014Sb., that previous changes. Valuation is made by a comparative market method and comparative method of valuation decree. In the work is also this house valued by the same methods, but placed in a different location. The result of the practical part is to define the factors that influence the price in terms of other location. Furthermore it is defined how the price influence the.The theoretical part explains the basic important concepts related to pricing. Also approaches valuation methods according to the valuationrules and principles of market valuation.

The thesis is focused on determining the value of the ABC, s.r.o. company by using income-based methods at 1.3.2015. The first part is dedicated to theoretical basis. The second part deals with the analysis of the current state of the company, which includes strategic and financial analysis, formulating of financial plan and established valuation of the company. At the close of this thesis are summarized the results and there are suggested recommendations for future decisions of management, too.

This diploma thesis called Problematics of the Determination of the Value of Constructions for Sport and Recreation deals with the finding of a possible difference between the price of the delivery of the building and the value of the building. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines value and price and then describes the possibilities of determining the price of the construction. In the practical part the offer price is analyzed and based on the market comparison the value of the selected building for sport and recreation is determined. The selected building for sport and recreation is a newly built wooden building in the village of Loučná nad Desnou. The aim of this thesis is to determine the price of the delivery of the building, its comparison with the determined value and after that to assess the existence of any difference.

This thesis defines the methods of determining the normal price of a house. Among the methods that lead to the detection of the normal price, the method includes finding material values, comparative method, the method of determination of the yield value method of averaging, which is connected to Naegeliho weighted average method, Bradáčova modification weighted average method and the rest. Further analyzes of the established method in practice and as a result these methods will be compared with each other.

In the bachelor´s thesis you first presents the theoretical part, which is the issue of types of prices in the property market. I will try to explain the method of valuation of assets. Award immovable assets also affect the legal defects of the property may flounder. This problem I will devote the price chapter 5 of my bachelor thesis. The last chapter will be taxes that are directly related to immovable property. Home and practical part of the thesis deals with comparing different types of prices of selling a family house in Pohořelice. In the practical part I will also pay how much a participant in the sale of the property actually pay (or receive) money.

This thesis solves the valuation of real estate assets for banking purposes. Part of this thesis is concerned about real estate market analysis and evaluation of potential impacts on the usual price including potential risks. Real estate, which will be taken into account, is situated in Brno, in the distrcit of Žabovresky. Property valuation is assessed using two valuation methods and the final cost is determined based on these methods.
