Hřebec, Tomáš ; Brůha, Lukáš (advisor) ; Laštovička, Josef (referee)
7 Abstract This bachelor thesis designs and implements the process of creating and visualizing of 3D models of complex elements of road infrastructure with focus on level crossing. The theoretical part outlines the principles of modeling, methods of collecting spatial data using the Structure from Motion method and aerial images. This thesis also introduces the basics of Blender software, which the model is created in, and how ArcGIS Pro software, in which the final models are visualized, works with 3D data. Model of a bridge is created by an add-on for Blender. This work describes how the add-on was created, how it works and how to control it. In the end, there is described how to visualize the models. Constructive change of Protectorate Prague: Nazi plans and realized projects of traffic infrastructure and industrial buildings
Bajusz, Tadeáš ; Vykoukal, Jiří (advisor) ; Matějka, Ondřej (referee)
This thesis deals with the questions of urban planning and building activity in the time of the Second World War. The research topic of the single case study is Prague in the period of Nazi occupation between March 1939 and May 1945. The aim of the thesis is to challenge the simplifying interpretation of occupation as a period without any building activity. The simplifying interpretation usually explains the low number of built objects being caused directly by the occupants' long term plans with Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia. The thesis tries to challenge this interpretation and using the examples of built objects of the traffic infrastructure and industrial buildings, it shows the ongoing building. The first part shortly summarizes the concepts of Nazi architecture and town planning and connects them with long-term plans with the occupied territories of South-eastern Europe. The second chapter concentrates on the Nazi concepts and plans for remaking Prague and introduces the problematics of building activities during occupation. Based on archival research, the examples of building activity of traffic infrastructure and industrial buildings are shown in the third chapter. The conclusion summarizes the results of the research and critically evaluates the outcomes of the thesis. The thesis is based on...

Leifr, Miroslav ; Ševčíková, Michaela (advisor) ; Ježek, Tomáš (referee)
Annotation: The main point of this study is to analyze the effect of drawing the financial funds from the European Union for development of the traffic infrastructure in Czech Republic in term of it's transport policy. In the first part of this study I describe and analyze the progress of transport policy in Czech Republic from the earlies 90s till the entrance to EU. In the second part of the study I analyze after which Czech Republic has entered the EU till present and I describe the process of cofinancing by the EU and it's structural funds and Cohesion fund in the budget period from 2004 to 2006 and from 2007 to 2013. Than I compare these two periods and my aim is to find out the influence of drawing the funds on the transport policy in Czech Republic. I also chose two projects and I would like to analyze them. The first project is about building-up the orbital of Holice city, funded only by the state and the second one is about building-up the motorway I/34 Stráž nad Nežárkou, funded by both state and EU. By analyzing these two projects, I am going to find more economically efficient way of financing.
