Concept of Motivation Program as an Effective Management Tools in the Gala, Inc.

I deal with analysis of the original motivational program and introduce new motivational program in scope of needs of big company in my diploma work. Concrete aplication is solved in coooperation with Gala inc.In theoretic part I describe process of motivation and theory of motivation which I choose. I target the characteristic of select company, I describe history and line of products in my practical part. After I done SWOT analysis, I describe development of number of staff very short, organizational structure etc. After I analyzed present situation of motivational program in company from in-house document and from anonymous interrogatory. On the basis of interpretation I proposed new motivational program and measure which improve motivation of staff.

The aim of diploma thesis is to describe and analyse the process of motivation and evaluation of employees in TMT Ltd., based on the information obtained. The theoretical part presents a theoretical background of the issue. The practical part focuses on the current system of motivation, evaluation and remuneration of employees in the company. The last part is a presentation of possible recommendations and suggestions that will lead to improve of system of motivation and evaluation in that company.
Forms and methods of motivation in construction company

The bachelor thesis is focused on forms and methods of motivation in a construction company. In the first part of the bachelor's thesis I get acquainted with the theory and with the individual basic concepts that are obtained from the literature. In the second part of the work, the so-called empirical, I set hypotheses, which I then verify using a questionnaire survey, which I conducted in construction companies and which is also focused on the forms and methods of motivation in a construction company. Later, I evaluate the controlled interviews that I conducted in two of the surveyed companies. At the end of the work I evaluate the theoretical and empirical part.

The theoretical part of the master thesis focuses on a detailed description of all issues related to the given subject. The practical part shows an analysis of the current situation in the field of employee motivation and appraisal at Zebra Technologies. The aim of the thesis is to propose appropriate changes based on the theoretical knowledge and the survey results. These changes shall lead to increasing employee motivation and shall help improve non-financial employee appraisal system. The thesis was processed for the local HR department and will be used as a groundwork for possible changes at the branch in the Czech Republic.

The aim of this dissertation thesis is to propose a new system of evaluation and subsequent remuneration in the company Brněnské vodárny a kanalizace, a.s. The theoretical part focuses on the theory of motivation, employee evaluation and reward system. The practical part is based on the survey assessed the current system of motivation, evaluation and rewards and compared with the theoretical part. The conclusion includes suggestions that I recommend to improve the current system of remuneration in the company of Brněnské vodárny a kanalizace, a.s.

The bachelor thesis focuses on employee´s motivation in ICM, s.r.o. The bachelor thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter is theoretical basis of work. It is focusing mainly on the basic concepts and theory related to motivation. Following part is the analysis of the problem and the current situation, which is describing the selected company and trying to analyze the current motivation system in the company. The aim of this bachelor thesis is the proposal of changes for motivational programme in a company Baliarne obchodu, a.s., Poprad. Introduction of the theoretical part explains basic knowledge of motiavation, various theories of motivation and serves as a base for empirical part, in which I analyze current status of motivational programme in the company. Information is obtained through designed questionnaire in a combination with an interview with a manager and observation. Based on these, changes in current system are put forward to improve performance and employee´s work efficiency.

The thesis deals with employee motivation in construction company. The aim of the thesis is to improve the current concept of firm motivation in a selected company. The theoretical part introduces the basic terms and theories related to the topic. Based on a questionnaire survey, the practical part assesses the current system of motivation in the particular company in order to recommend prospective changes to its incentive system. The proposal to improve the system of employee motivation can contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty of the employees who will work efficiently and responsibly.
