Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na motivaci zaměstnanců u společnosti ICM, s.r.o. Práce je strukturována ve třech hlavních kapitolách. První kapitola nese název Teoretická východiska práce. Věnuje se především základním pojmům a teoriím souvisejících s motivací. Další kapitolou je Analýza problému a současné situace, která popisuje vybranou společnost a za pomocí dotazníkového šetření se snaží analyzovat současný motivační systém ve společnosti. Poslední kapitolou této práce jsou Vlastní návrhy řešení a přínosy práce, které se zaměřují na zlepšení pracovní motivace zaměstnanců u vybrané společnosti. The bachelor thesis focuses on employee´s motivation in ICM, s.r.o. The bachelor thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter is theoretical basis of work. It is focusing mainly on the basic concepts and theory related to motivation. Following part is the analysis of the problem and the current situation, which is describing the selected company and trying to analyze the current motivation system in the company. It was used a questionnaire survey. The last part is focusing on proposals for solutions and benefits of work aimed at improving the motivation of employees in the selected company
