Technologie využití odpadů z textilního‚ kožedělného a obuvnického průmyslu

Předmětem úkolu byla technologie zpracování odpadů textilního, obuvnického a kožedělného průmyslu. Cílem je převedení usňových (třísločiněných i chromčiněných) odpadů na plošný útvar nebo konkrétní tvarový dílec použitelný zejména v obuvnickém a galanterním průmyslu, zbytek pak v ostatních průmyslových odvětvích. U textilních odpadů je navržen způsob zpracování manipulačních textilních odpadů z přírodních i syntetických vláken. Byl ověřen způsob rozvlákňování usňových a textilních odpadů, jakož i optimální složení směsi rozvlákněných odpadů a syntetických vláken. Byl navržen technologický postup tvorby plošného útvaru jak pro usňový, tak pro textilní odpad. V obuvnickém a galanterním průmyslu je ověřováno uplatnění plošného útvaru jak samotného, tak s povrchovými úpravami.

Internalization of company processes -- Outsourcing and Offshoring

Outsourcing and Offshoring represent modern management tools used to increase the competitive advantage of the enterprise by a better focus on its core business, lower costs, higher flexibility or better quality of its processes. These benefits are basically achieved either by transferring some of company's non-core processes on an external provider or on a Daughter Company based abroad. The basic objective of this work is to provide management or scholars with a comprehensive view on above mentioned tools from the phase of adopting decisions about their application up to their final evaluation. To be highly objective and complete there are presented also the tax optimization models within Offshoring by using so called "Tax heavens". For better understanding what procedures and tools are available to managers to comply with current legislation when using these methods, there is added the transfer price issue as one of the possible tools for a tax optimization. Within the practical part of the thesis I tried to create a country evaluation model for international outsourcing based on multi-criteria analysis of localization factors. Doing so the biggest emphasis was laid on minimization of risk of failure from the side of process provider. The model was also enriched by commonly not often used ethic factors. The result of carried out analysis of chosen countries shows that even significantly lower labor costs can not weight on other localization factors in case they are of considerably worse levels. The last part of my work demonstrates the application of both examined methods in the Czech textile industry with a view to bring evidence that they are capable to lead to an improvement of its competitive position on foreign markets. Due to my vocational interests there was chosen Russian market as a sample. Objectives of this doctoral thesis have been achieved by extensive research of various information sources, incl. statistical data and available surveys carried out by reputable institutions and accompanied by personal expert experience from real practice.

Evaluation of selected companies using predictive models

The main objective of this Bachelor thesis is to predict the financial situation of selected companies and to assess the explanatory power of prediction models in practice. To achieve this objective, four companies are selected. Oděvní podnik, a.s. and Veba, textilní závody a.s. are representatives of the textile industry. Olšanské papírny a.s and Duropack Bupak Papírna s.r.o. are representatives of the paper industry. One of each pair is considered to be failed and the other one to be a successful company with a financial health. The first part of this Bachelor thesis is aimed at providing a theoretical basis connected with prediction models. In the second part the full of theoretical knowledge is used and there is a practical use of predictive models. In the final part the results are evaluated, compared and the recommendations for the future use of prediction models are summarized.

Textile Industry in the Czech Republic - the transformation and the actual trends

In this bachelor work I attend to an impact of the transformation process and the actual trends of the textile industry in the Czech Republic in the connection with the world global crisis. This work defines basic processes and phenomena related to the issue of localization of the industrial enterprises, it explains the historical development of this line and assesses the stages by which the textile industry has gone through. It also maps the textile industry in the revolutionary year, deals with the beginnings of the transformation process and assesses the effects of the transformation processes which occurred during the 90´s of the 20th century. The next section observes the period in the beginning of the 21st century and further more there are elaborated the actual trends of the textile industry, the actual stage of the line, including today?s most successful textile businesses. At the end, there are suggested the possibilities of the trend. The text is supplemented by graphs, charts and cartograms, which are processed on the basis of the economic indicators.

Production efficiency analysis

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the chosen financial analysis indicators and the product analysis of the functional products, which are compared to the total production of the company TATRASVIT SVIT-SOCKS, a.s.. Consequently, the financial indicators of the company are compared to those of the whole textile industry.

Analýza příčin neúspěchu při podnikání v malé a střední firmě

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu malého textilního podniku. Práce zahrnuje charakteristiky malých a středních podniků, metody strategického managementu a základy krizového řízení. V práci je popsána současná situace na textilním trhu a nástin jeho budoucího vývoje. V práci jsou analyzovány silné a slabé stránky podniku, příležitosti a hrozby pomocí SWOT analýzy. Diplomová práce je dále zaměřena na analýzu možných příčin neúspěchu při podnikání na textilním trhu.
